The Peoples' Republic of Guanzhong has only recently opened up to the outside world politically, and has found it necessary to maintain diplomatic relations with countries all over the world, which is why the Guanzhong Foreign Ministry is inviting interested nations to establish diplomatic missions in the capitol city.
