The monitor is a DC 'villain' who is involved in the 'Crisis'. Essentially a whole mess of superheroes from different earths are brought together to defeat a big bad. So ya, maybe not as big as an infinite earths thing, but it did involve some 15 superheroes in the comics. I can see it being that many on the silver screen as well.

I mean, Monitor all but says "There's a crisis on infinite earths coming". I mean, he said almost all those things, just not in that order.

Also, my favorite line from this evening even though I'm not on the Legends superfan squad is "I spent so long as a cat because of you dicks."

For the life of me, I cannot figure out who that guy in the mask is supposed to be. Other than that, fun episode. Clark is perfectly cheesy in everything he says and does, though the writers do go a bit overboard with 'supergirl is so much stronger than me in every conceivable way'. Like ya, I get it, it's her show, but every time the two cross paths it's the same speech.

umm... what else...

Braniac fighting a robot, even off-screen is great, because you know he is having so much fun in his own braniac way.
Martian Manhunter is fire-resistant now; so there goes his big weakness.

I want more batwoman.
I also am super curious where batman went in the last 3 years (it was a one-off line in part 2, but I am still wondering).

surprised that flash didn't go in for the hug at super-speed.

So,
I guess I'll spoiler this just in case, but they really led me to believe that Batwoman would be a the center of this crossover and not just a momentary guest star side hustle to set up Crisis on Infinite Earths. All of Gotham could have happened without her. I know this was a backdoor pilot style introduction the same as The Flash and Legends, but I thought they'd make her the story instead of finding a way to have her guest star. Having the batarang actually batarang was cool, though. Also, The Monitor's Mr. Glass plan is kind of stupid.

I've been busy recently, but I finally got caught up with Legends and I absolutely loved the mid-season finale. Only Legends could pull off an episode like that and still make it work. It's incredibly rare for a TV show to make me laugh that much. Once again it reminds me why it's the best show in the Arrowverse.

Still need to catch up on Elseworlds.

It's not like they left Legends out cause of spite. It was just easier to film without the rather large cast of that show.

Plus they really didn't give me any reason to be excited about Batwoman at all.
And yeah, The Monitor's plan was dumb.

Really hope they wrap up the Nora storyline soon though.
She's becoming even more annoying than Diaz.

Meanwhile, Arrow now has Sea Shimooka in it, which is just great.

Arrow was...not terrible? I mean not great, but the whole documentary crew angle was actually kind of neat.
And hey, Team Arrow whooping ass like before that god-awful New Team Arrow feud crap. I liked that.
Could have done without emo-teen William. If I talked to my mom like that, I'd be missing a few teeth.

I've been watching supergirl and flash on Netflix but I saw a clip where arrow and flash went to Supergirl's earth and meet Lois and Superman, my qwestion is what I that about, plus I heard they may be planning a crisis on infinite Earth's cross over based on plot threads in every session of the glass what are you thoughts on that.
