The books in question aren't posted on our site, they're just linked. I didn't have any trouble locating similar copies using Google Search. In my eyes, that makes determining copyright violations someone else's problem.

As for Mein Kampf, I don't agree with the player for posting it, but I can't see that it's breaking any rules by being there.

I'm agreeing with Fris here, I don't see a rule being violated. I would find the inclusion of any books by Hitler to be in poor taste, but there is no rule against it.
