As a MP of the Sonindian Parliament and an officer in the SAAF (Sonindian Armed Forces) I would like to express my support for the declaration of war against the New Pacific Order. I believe that the defeat of the NPO and like minded organizations will restore the balance of power in NS. The NPO's brutal attacks on defenseless regions must end.

After debating whether it (APC attacking TP) was a raid for several days, we came to the conclusion that the definition of a raid is "seizing control of a regional government that is supported by natives in a violent manner with the purpose of destruction". The APC does not intend to sow destruction, it intends to reform and fix TP, and the regional government isn't really supported or hated by residents. On top of that TP is a raider region.

Not exactly: they are aggressive imperialists. The reason defenders should oppose that is because, as imperialists, they aim to overthrow and capture regions against their will, which is entirely contrary to defender ideology. Arguably, imperialists are worse than raiders because, while raiders are by far more active than imperialists, they often have a "catch and release" mentality. Imperialists target fewer regions, but the end goal is always either subjugation or annihilation.
