Call me crazy, but the presumed ethnicity of non-existent characters is something I couldn't give a fuck about.

But it's disingenuous to paint is just as a product of the Left. White racists threw a complete hissy fit at some recent Hollywood castings, and here in my country people got inexplicably outraged by an African-American man playing Julius Caesar in Shakespeare...
