As we all know,our planet Earth is slowly being emptied out of traditional fuel sources like petrol,diesel and nataural gas I recommend the WA General Assembly and the International body to take up the following measures:

1.To form a new organisation 'International Solar Alliance'(ISA) and encourage all nations to be a part of it.

2.To promote the usage of more and more solar energy into different industries,thus replacing the traditional fuel sources.

3.To liaise with the WA Scientific Programme and coordinate the release of non-classified research and development within the disciplines of Enbironmental Svience Research.

4.To provide financial support to economically weaker nations for setting up Environment Research Labs.

5.To issue an official warning to those nations who are giving a serious damage to the environment.

With the below golden lines I close my proposal and request ever WA member come forward to make earth again,instead of finding life on mars save the life on earth.

I was thinking that Manufacturing would still have all of that new 'Solar' stuff to manufacture but that, effectively, all industries would have to spend money on adapting... so 'All Businesses: Mild' would be better.

BELIEVING in a peaceful world
The nations of the World Assembly, therefore, declare that
1. That the WAC (World Assembly Court) will be created and
a. will not overlap already-existing courts on certain subjects
b. will listen to both sides of the case fairly and
c. will look at all resolutions as law for the court in court ONLY and treat the resolutions like that.
2. That ALL nations of the WA will follow c. only if they are part of a case and
3. That all WA nations are REQUIRED to take disputes to court. Certain exceptions include disputes that
a. have been solved before the date of the trial and
b. are disputes that both sides know they can solve easily and quickly
This will be declared as International Security because this resolution does promote that but does not boost the police and military budgets.
Nations of the WA will follow this resolution.

Except, you don’t get to decide what a category does or doesn’t do. That is coded into the game, so, metagaming violation.

Acknowledging the regulations that are intended to protect socially and morally just human beings by allowing the freedoms of religion, sexual orientation, political views, freedom of speech and just actions. Recognizing the laws that protect basic human rights worldwide has been diminished and suffocated due to uprising dictatorships and governing government bodies whom of which fail to abide by the just human laws presented before them.

Distinguishing the idea that peace within a nation-state does not reconcile with war with another or is not a humane example of how to treat or to rule ones nation-state which is described in summary; A nation-state shall not wage pointless war within their own borders for the act of unjust causes for unnecessary bloodshed and acts of non and transgressional fear.

Noting the currents efforts established are not effectly in motion towards restoring and maintaining a level of humanitarian decency in the General Assembly and across other nation-states playing field. Therefore this documentation is a declaration that their must and/or will be a minimum just humanitarian requirement written in legislation for nation-states.

Applauding the current attempts towards creating a more safe and human just societies across all nation-states.

Highlighting the dedication and importance of this peice of legislation. Ensuring that we not only make sure that citizens of Orisis which includes all nation-states that resides within and outside of- are treated fairly and humanly but also with a sense of preserving the decency of- and human race within or respective borders.
