Requires that all individuals wash their hands after peeing or pooping in a public restroom, excluding situations where soap and water are not available, disposable gloves were used while peeing or pooping, or incidents where a device or container was used to directly receive and retain the urine or fecal matter such as but not limited to a diaper or colostomy bag.

Establishes the Sanitary Hazard Inhibition Taskforce to receive reports, assign violators to toilet cleaning duty, and receive appeals.

I have no idea about this draft, but this is pretty useful that I know how to do it.

Let’s just go all the way and mandate WA bathroom attendants for every public lavatory, with full police powers of course, to enforce cleanliness standards and arrest NW’s (non washers). The WA should also conduct no-knock unannounced raids inspections of private homes and dwellings to ensure proper sanitation is being observed. Maybe even set up mandatory “sanitation re-education camps” for those deniers who dispute the major importance of this issue!

Having read the draft, The Free State of Jeanee would gladly offer our support. However, we do have some concerns. Namely, there is a distinct lack of explanation of how the Sanitary Hazard Inhibition Taskforce would be implemented. We believe that this would either require a separate resolution that is proposed along side this one, or should be explained further. Our other major concern is "assign violators to toilet cleaning duty." This is because we believe that such punishments should be decided by the individual nation state rather than an international institution. Thoughts?

If this is a genuinely serious proposal, then I must stress that it is entirely unnecessary and far too juvenile for the World Assembly. You'll also have to find a category, and I honestly don't see one it could fit under.

If serious, I suggest you rename this to "Personal Hygiene of Extremities" to account for nations whose populations don't have hands, but other sorts of extremities. Additionally, please substitute "peeing" with "urination" and "pooping" with "excretion" whenever necessary, though I suggest you overhaul any section with those two terms and simply talk about "bodily fluids".

Everything else should use the same language as this, i.e. “urination” or “excretion”.

Bemoaning that many people still don't wash their hands after peeing or pooping; Whereas, this clause looks a lot more like a joke proposal, and has far more informal and childlike language, which is not at all suited to a GA proposal.

Requires that all individuals wash their hands after peeing or pooping in a public restroom, excluding situations where soap and water are not available, disposable gloves were used while peeing or pooping, or incidents where a device or container was used to directly receive and retain the urine or fecal matter such as but not limited to a diaper or colostomy bag. You have put neither a category nor a strength on this proposal, and I’m not quite sure what category you put this under, but the strength would probably be strong given the overreach of this clause. You still have the infantile language only it is mixed with a very commanding clause that doesn’t quite make sense near the end. This needs reworking.

Also, I’m potentially seeing something illegal in the last clause due to the ban on a WA military and police. Finally, there is a large degee of challenge in assessing the appropriate category for this, so there are legality issues there.)
