As is stands, it is becoming increasingly clear that the Tiber will be unable to take up the post of Consul, as they have disappeared and have not been seen in some time.

As a result, the region of the Roman Empire will be going into martial law, and there will be a period of transition, but rest assured that the commitment made by the Roman Empire and its citizens to join this Union will not waver.

After a recent poll which was open at : https://www.nationstates.net/page=poll/p=134108 ,
about changing the name of the Coalition for a better finding of our coalition purpose as an organization,
53 percent of eligible voters have voted in favor of this, and the motion is considered passed.

The old name was "Byzantine Union". This would had to make some confusion with the name of a region.
The new name is "Universal Roman Union".

Also, a chat is now open for all members of this coalition: https://discord.gg/vNSMgjg (posted in the first post).

It is time to discuss and to establish a Charter for making everything clear and legal working.

It was decided that the Coalition will be represented in NS by the UNIVERSAL ROMAN UNION Coalition, with the following:
- The Charter of the Coalition
- How to Join the URU Coalition

Joining the UNIVERSAL ROMAN UNION - Coalition is simple:
- Contact the Magister Officiorum or the Primus Consulus of the Coalition;
- Join the Discord server chat;
- Adopt (by signing) the URU Charter;

- Optionally, open embassy with the representative region: UNIVERSAL ROMAN UNION Coalition (for to certify membership); This region entitled with the Coalition's name can be used as a military base or outpost when necessary or for training; and this region will open embassies with the Coalition's member regions (mainly for to certify their membership). Other embassy requests, if not from members, will be rejected, with the only exceptions which are: The Embassy and regions connected to us by treaties.

Every remaining region, other than the Roman Byzantine Union, is dead or inactive, every member is either CTEd or inactive. And as long as nobody takes serious involvements for this Coalition.
Therefore, as Primus Consulus of URUC I hereby decide to close this one.
