Wash Your Hands After Peeing or Pooping
Recognizing that a great deal of health problems can come as a result of exposure to urine or fecal matter;
Bemoaning that many people still don't wash their hands after peeing or pooping;
Requires that all individuals wash their hands after peeing or pooping in a public restroom, excluding situations where soap and water are not available, disposable gloves were used while peeing or pooping, or incidents where a device or container was used to directly receive and retain the urine or fecal matter such as but not limited to a diaper or colostomy bag.
Establishes the Sanitary Hazard Inhibition Taskforce to receive reports, assign violators to toilet cleaning duty, and receive appeals.
