The operation was a partial success. While Herulic communications were successfully disrupted, Herulic personnel were able to counter our attempts to damage their facilities. Deficiencies in the ConTroll worm and fast action from enemy units is responsible for the failure. Reports from the ground claim that they simply "turned the machines off, replaced mainframe components with backups, and waited until they were sure the virus was no longer present in volatile memory. This morning, at 0600, a UAV Taḩirev Type 17 took off from the ANS Savunkosz and entered Dolphik airspace. It remained
undetected until reaching a compromised large PFS cell. PGMs were dropped at the command point, and as far as we can tell most
of the targeted PFS members were terminated. Following the strike, the Taḩirev attempted to return to Savunkosz. Dolphik jets
were sortied during the return, and we believe they positively identified and photographed the Taḩirev before it was shot down
over water. The carrier group pulled out after losing contact, and further plans for unauthorized strikes in Dolphiland have
been put on hold.

Blorbik Recognition of Suroig Sovereignty

“The violence in Suroig in the past months has been a tragic event, but the one and only choice by the populous against a corrupt government, banning any democratic secession and imposing martial law on the region for desiring self determination. Up until recently, the violence in Suroig has largely been just that, but recently, a true and proper nation and government has been declared and solidified in Suroig. This new fledgling government is of its people, and today Blorbs will officially recognize the free and independent government of Suroig. We desire to see to the self determination of any group who thus desires it, and this development has been a very positive one for the causes of freedom on Kerbin. It is also our hope that it can be conveyed to the international community and world at large the importance of freedom of secession and the good that can come of it.

However, despite this, the violence required to achieve this is regrettable. To that end, Blorbs seeks to curtail and stop the death, destruction, and tragedy from escalating beyond their current levels in Suroig due to foreign meddling. In order to achieve that, Blorbs will be guaranteeing the sovereignty of Suroig from outside, uninvolved belligerents causing unneeded suffering and devastation in the nation. Furthermore, we will seek to immediately facilitate and strongly encourage discussions towards a treaty of peace between the government of Suroig and Dolphiland in order to prevent further conflict or require any Blorbik involvement.”

Subject: CML.4ED preliminary test results

Content:
Preliminary tests on the CML.4ED prototypes gave our crew full satisfaction and comparisons between it and our older main battle tanks proved to be fully in favor of the CML.4ED during survivability, maneuverability, cross country, firepower and endurance tests.
However, in depth technical examinations and tests after the trial runs revealed several issues with the tank:

1) Tests in sandstorm conditions showed that the engine ceased to function properly after one to two hours of exposure,

2) Main optics tend to be struck fairly frequently by small to medium caliber fire leading to the protective armored glass breaking, hampering the ability of the gunner to fire with accuracy and reducing the tank's combat effectiveness,

3) Lower glacis is vulnerable to 105mm kinetic high velocity penetrators at up to 400m,

4) RCWS 20mm cannon tends to overheat after a burst of 30 to 50 shots.

Suggested solutions as follow were locally engineered, installed and tested successfully:

1) Installation of additional sand filters over the engine's and radiator's exhausts and intakes,

2) Installation of a second quickly detachable from inside the tank screen of armored glass over the optics,

3) Installation of a layer of 60mm of composite armor over the lower glacis,

4) Installation of a stronger thermal sleeve around the RCWS cannon barrel.

Additionally the staff tasked to examine and evaluate the tank suggested:

1) Installation of a triangular shaped piece of armor over the hull's underside armor to better protect the tank from IEDs and heavy antitank mines,

2) Modification of the front hull armor (in addition of the (3) suggested solution), side-skirts and rear section of the turret to allow the installation of ERA blocks and cage armor to offer better protection against HEAT charges from self propelled grenade launchers and lower caliber cannons.

Please note that the issues mentioned higher do not contradict in any way the will of the Edusan Army to purchase the tank as it was chosen to replace the currently in service Ar-25 Ezpata main battle tank. Once the new versions are tested and approved by the staff and unless new issues appear, a contract to completely replace the obsolete fleet of Edusan main battle tanks (amounting to around 350 vehicles) over the course of the five years will be discussed.

Weeks ago a large cruise missile strike was launched against numerous targets against Fascist Timbera. We have denied these claims- that changes now. Last month barbaric hellish fascist paramilitaries executed innocent Serrian civilians who were serving to their missions for God, Country, and Family while at the peaceful Serrian embassy residing in Timbera. These demons stormed the compound, let off a large bomb, and killed diplomats and Serrian refugees escaping the conflict in the troubled nation. In the following days, the Serrian government found this an act of war, after support from the ruthless fascist forces in Timbera was confirmed by foreign investigators. Within hours, the perpetrators who had escaped were killed by a GBU-12 Paveway II guided bomb dropped from Giulia and Aurora the defender of the Storms and the shower of beauty in northern Turmoil. The next day, an undisclosed amount of MCS.2 cruise missiles struck fascist forces all around Timbera, greatly hampering their war effort. Let it be known that at no point an attack on our Divine land shall be tolerated with nothing but fair retaliation. We are a people of peace, let it stay that way. We wish no conflict with no foreign power and let it be so, those that trespass shall be taught otherwise.

In brighter news, we have received a diplomatic request for a visit from the Edusan Queen; their Head of State as well as Government: Her Majesty Elen Nahiko. We accept this request for a visit with open arms. Any foreign leader at any time may come and visit our glorious Divine Archipelago, free from peace and conflict from the outside world. We hope that the young Queen will enjoy and learn from her stay in our beautiful nation. The High Council of the Serrian government has nearly unanimously voted to make this stay an official state visit- which for all Serrians should be familiar. Expect a glorious time with people from outside our lands. As a nation with tourism as a focus as well as an international center for trade, this should be no new endeavor. Expect parades and activities to define truly what it means to be Serrian, and hopefully, our millennia-old tradition of hospitality shall apply here as well. May God Bless the Visit!

It isn't the first time Edusan Queen and House of Colombo Serrian Prince Francesco have been seen together- they worked together on the massive Serrian-Edusan oil industry deal. They also are suspected to have been together for days while young 25-year-old Prince Francesco was assisting the Order of Serria in their humanitarian rebuilding of Edusa projects. What they were up to has been speculation for months, however, the recent announcement of the Queen's visit to Serria might be connected to it. Elen Nahiko, the Edusan monarch, is of similar age, being 24 herself. The Prince has refused our request for comment on the matter, seemingly dismissing this as nonsense. However, there has been no denial yet. Is this a dismissal due to non-importance- or is it something much bigger?

Start of a space colony

With the rapid recovery of our nation, and billions of dollars of aid being donated to us by other nations we once considered staunch enemies, along with freed money ready by next year, the people are ready yet again to become the ambitious and scientific leaders they once were. The long nights during our cold yet tranquil winter have made us stare into the dark void known as space. The small specks of distant planets and stars made us realize that we must explore as much of those dots as possible, and spread the species across the galaxy and the universe. We have begun a program, so far unnamed, that would, after a few decades, produce a ship capable of relatively fast speeds, to bring a large and self sustainable population to a nearby star system with potentially habitable planets. We are fully aware of the fact that we cannot do this alone, and as such, we reach out to those across Kerbin, of any race, ideology, or government, to aid not only us, but Kerbin in exploring what was once far beyond our reach, and making sure that the kerbal race lives on forever, wherever that may be. Kerbals will never be stopped by any challenge in any field, so we should not let this stop us here, either.

The Council Elections

During the seizure of Corticis, the Firdeck leadership executed or imprisoned most if not all of the legislature of the previous legitimate government. The country has been ruled by Gabriel Holub and a small cabinet quickly appointed by the True Pine. The people of Barkadia will no longer stay unrepresented, and we are proud to announce that a nationwide election, including those in what was once Kolonia, will be held on January 15th, 2019, to quickly rebuild the legislature of the nation. We apologize to our people and the world for not allowing proper freedom in our nation to occur, and we hope that the democratic process is uninhibited.

Suroig

Suroig, still currently occupied by Dolphiland still trying to clutch to its disgusting imperialist legacy, has begun to reignite tensions as of recently, with several major world powers grasping at their own opportunities for molding the legacy of the important strait and Sellenese people. Barkadia has officially not taken a stance on the issue, due to us seeing other places as more important, but we can no longer ignore the issue that could potentially fuel further conflict. The PFS, communist and Blorbik in their ideology, fight for independence every day. Anderia and Sellen want Suroig to be under Sellenese control, to remove the junta and return the people to their country. Others just want to watch the strait burn. As of today, November 26th, 2018, we take a stance. Our allies in Anderia deserve any kind of help we can give them, and we hope that we can patch up our relations from other incidents. We support a Sellense Suroig, to lift the junta, support our ally, and bring final peace to the area. The communists are misguided in their struggle, and the nation of Blorbs does not understand the potential repercussions of their tendrils expanding their communism to another corner of the globe where it is not fully welcomed. We hope our united struggles end in the goal most realistic and peaceful.

Protests had brought the relatively small city to a halt. Communists and Capitalists alike marched, protesting the regime, the high prices and constant good shortages, and the government's harsh crackdown on drug use. With the demolition of most of the cartels and seizing of many illicit substances, the Doxian Empire had regained full control of the city. Yet these protest threatened to throw the city back into chaos. Military had moved into the city to bolster the police, and the protests were finally being isolated. It is unknown who started the fight first, but the military police began to fire rubber bullets into the crowds. They rapidly disintegrated, as all fled the bullets. Still, these protests cost the Doxians far too much. The upper leadership looked for a solution to this issue, and they would meet to find it.

The port is bustling with activity, much of it commercial, although the marina section is emptier than usual due to gradually decreasing temperatures. Amidst the activity, few would likely notice the lone submarine sail lancing through the sea. As the sail submerged, fewer still would notice the masts atop it. And soon enough, none would notice the submarine at all, for it was hidden under the waves.

Peragenor International Airport, Edusa

It was a bright sunny over the Peragenor International airport. Five aircrafts were lined up on the side of the runway. One small passenger jet and four fighter jets. They were Herensuge D4s bearing white, red and blue liveries and a stylized Edusan flag on the tail. All of them also featured a large number of victory marks painted under the cockpit on the left side of the aircraft, most of wich were acquired during the campaign against the ESR. They were the elite of the Edusan air force.
The royal jet was a small two engined private passenger jet, the white lauburu that replaced the Edusan star could be seen on the red and white vertical surface of the aircraft as the more attentioned observers could also spot flare and chaff dispensers under the tail. All five planes featured large external fuel tanks and, 15 minutes earlier, an EG-160/M-2 in air tanker configuration took off and was circling near the tip of Blorbs in international airspace, ready to perform the first refill of the fighters for their long travel.
The fighter pilots were already in their seats, performing the last checks before the engine startup. As the queen arrived on the runway to get in the aircraft, a large line of royal guards deployed around the aircrafts, rifles loaded and ready. On the last step of the access ramp, the queen raised her hands toward the crowd that gathered in the glass galleries of the embarquements bays of the airport as a last salute before her departure to the Serrian Archipelago. As soon as the door closed, the guards fell back towards the side of the runway and stood in a perfect garde-à-vous. The roaring engines of the fighters soon covered every other noises as the aircrafts lined up on the runway, ready to take off. A green flare flew from the control tower and one by one the fighters and the royal plane took off. After a wide turn, the fighters realesed trails of red, white and dark blue smoke as the crowd massed on the glass galleries of the embarquement bays of the Peragenor International Airport cheered when the aircrafts performed a low pass over them under the flashes of cameras before heading towards the Serrian Archipelago.

A few hours later, International airspace

The formation flew pass the Muskovan islands between Sellen and Dolphiland half an hour ago when the fighters broke formations one by one to meet with a Serrian RA.6 flying a few hundred meters higher on their left to refuel mid-air.

"Thanks for avoiding us a swim !" launched one of the pilot to the air tanker before a harsh "Shut up !" from his commander echoed in his helmet.

International airspace over Nuntic sea

The radio of the escort leader suddenly turned on, letting a voice with a thick Serrian accent speak:

"Aurora and Giulia approaching for escort duty, you should see us bearing 4 o'clock from your POV."
"Roger, we see you."

Indeed, from that direction two aircrafts where quickly approaching and soon formed up with the Edusan fighters.The two P.300 where both decorated with different motifs. The one identifying as Aurora featured light grey bands over her fuselage and wings while the Giulia displayed thunder clounds and lightning bolts over her slick forms. Muttering between Edusan pilots could soon be heard on the radio:

"Holy shit they didn't even appear on my radar !"
"Think we'll ever get aircrafts like these ?"
"Lucky bastards !"
"Clear comms for fuck's sake !"

RAM Centrale, Serria

The aircrafts finally arrived on the RAM Centrale airbase after hours or flight. As they landed, the passengers could recognize the dark uniforms of the Carabinieri moving towards the aircrafts. They positioned in two perfect lines on each side of the jet's side door as the Queen was walking down the access ramp of the aircraft. She was wearing the white coat of the royal guards but a golden cordon was falling from her shoulder on her left arm in elaborated curls, the sign of the ones who fought alongside the loyalists during the ESR times. The belt tightly fitted on her waist was made out of dark leather filled with gold wire embellishment depicting a camelback cavalry charge and a buckle of the same material instead of the usual simple brown leather and iron one. On her left, an ornate scimitar was swinging in the wind alongside her coat's fold. Her short dark hairs contrasted with the gold and emerald tiara she was wearing. She was pale, way paler than the two royal guards following her in fact, a sign of her far Dolphik roots.
Elen stopped on the last step of the ramp as a wide smile illuminated her face. In front of her, the Prince Francesco of the House of Colombo was walking towards her followed by diplomats and Carabinieri. The same smile was on his face when they shook hands like two old friends whose only wish was to see eachother for all the time they were away from each other. After she saluted the Serrian diplomats, they headed towards the buildings of the airbase eagerly chatting. The Edusan pilots, left behind, kept admiring the Serrian stealth fighter parked beside their Herensuges under the smiles of their two serrian colleagues.

SANSELLE RETURNS AND IS AWARDED DIRECT CONTROL

Having been in hiding within the Nazi regime, Sanselle decided to risk his life to return to the Junta, after hearing about the terrible assaut on the Junta's headquaters.

Sanselle has since the beginning of this war been hiding within the Nazi regime, unable to even leave the place he was hiding in, because the Nazis were trying to hunt him down. He was ordered to remain in hiding until the end of the war, since retrieving him was deemed too dangerous even with a special forces operation. Sanselle had followed the development of the war and the revolutionary fighting spirit of our troops while he was hidden, but when he learned of the assault on the governing body of the Junta, he decided he had to risk his life in order to save this revolution. Herules, who of course knew of the inspiring figure, decided to help him in his return, despite them being in favor of the Nazi regime and risking their own lives. They told him that they recognized how much he had given our country and our people, so returning the favor was seen as a duty in their eyes.
Sanselle shocked everyone with his return. The remaining few survivors of the Junta had lost much hope of winning the war, but when they saw Sanselle, they tell us it was like seeing god returning to grant them their fighting spirit and overwhelming willpower. Because of Sanselle's extraordinary skills at warfare, the Junta voted unanimously to grant him full control until the end of this war.

1st army, and 4th and 7th independent corps' are ordered to assault the troops within the salient, in order to pin them and wear them down. 
4th army's 2nd corps and 5th army's 3rd corps will continue to push west.
The Doxians have been given permission to borrow our western fleet to secure it, and they have been ordered to retreat from the city.

New Osakia News Morning Report
Good morning Osakodo this is the morning news from New Osakia News. Our first story is the beginning of construction of a new Shinkansen rail system to replace the aging bullet trains. when done in 10 years, every major city will be connected by a 190 mph train compared to the old 130 mph trains built in 1960. Our next story involves the uprising in Suroig. President Hirohiko Araki has stated that in accordance with the Neutrality Bill of 1999 no Osak aid or volunteers will go to either side although Araki has been opposed to this bill and seeks to nullify it he says he will abide by the law and hopes that the situation can be peacefully settled. Our Third story involves the Announcement made by prime minister Jon Usamaki to pass a bill to instate a massive public works program to create jobs and empower the economy and with the Conservative Union Party in power, it is expected to pass. Our final story involves Parliment passing the Defense Bill of 2018 raising the defense budget to 25 billion NSD starting September 1st 2019. They were a few hundred here, the first wave to go fight for a foreign land. Some were soldiers, most were civilians. Some were here for the action, others to get away from Edusa or just brag to about it or impress a girl but most were here because of their hate for socialism. They couldn't make the ESR pay all they wanted for a killed loved one, they saw the failure of the previous government to take care of the reds, now they would drown their sorrow in blood, red blood, now matter if it was their or a stranger one. Two days ago the government gave its agreement to let people leave the country to fight as volunteers in Suroig against the socialists upon the request of a rather large group of person. A little more than 1600 people answered an unofficial call to arms launched by several far right ex-political parties. Today the first wave of 400 men and women would head for Dolphiland as simple civilians, no weapons, no military equipment, but once in here, the few Edusan soldiers who decided to join would train them helped by their Dolphik colleagues and they would be sent to kill and die as they wished, equiped with the weapons seized from the nomads and rebels months ago, sent separately as official military goods given away to Dolphiland. Not many of them would come back but they didn't knew it yet, blinded by their enthusiasm and hate.

Subject: The Kleczev Incident


The situation in Dolphiland has had some troubling developments recently, and the push towards hostilities has been greatly
increased with today's events. 7 unmarked Anderian brigades, 5 of the Federal Ground Forces and 2 with the Strategic Artillery
Corps, engaged Dolphik troops in a skirmish while attempting to carry out an agitation mission in the border town of Kleczev.
After crossing an unguarded stretch of the border in a valley, they were intercepted by 5 Dolphik brigades. According to the
submitted combat report, the 18th Mechanized Brigade fired upon three Dolphik units after crossing paths. They struck quickly,
however both sides faced heavy casualties and the 18th was forced to withdraw. Dolphik forces attempted to regroup but faced a
combined barrage from the 79th and 32nd Artillery Brigades, though they were able to remain in fighting shape, albeit
disorganized. The 21st Mechanized moved in and exploited the disorganization, effectively eliminating one of the Dolphik units
from play. Our armoured forces successfully outmaneuvered the Dolphiks, eliminating the threat from Dolphik armour. After
regrouping somewhat, Dolphik mechanized attempted to counterattack Anderian armour but failed, with Dolphik troops once again
pulling back to a more defensible position. Anderian infantry attempted to take the initiative, however Dolphik troops
successfully defended their position from our assault. Dolphik airborne support then counterattacked the largely undefended
armour, forcing our tanks to pull back in disarray. Our artillery responded by firing another barrage at the Dolphik infantry,
causing one of the mechanized divisions to pull back and also exit the fighting. Dolphik troops pulled back and try to regroup
in a tactical withdrawal, but largely remained disorganized, allowing Anderian infantry to launch an attack on the remaining
Dolphik infantry, ultimately forcing a rout. Anderian forces quickly fled back to our side of the border after the incident
concluded.

Overall we were victorious, however Dolphik forces have again held their ground against our military probing. If the incident
is reported in the media we should put blame on Dolphik forces and perhaps expand it into an alternative casus belli with the
Sellenese getting cold feet from Blorbik interventionism. Our performance in the battle was by no means spectacular, and the
Commander of the 18th has been reprimanded for initiating direct combat with Dolphik troops. We must also consider the
ramifications of potentially inconclusive fighting in the future, and how that may affect the overall state of Warplan
Stakoıžûu at the present stage.

For the last three weeks the Anderian military has been undergoing covert operations that not only violate Dolphiland's territorial integrity, but also it's sovereignty.

They have crossed undemarcated areas of the border, infiltrated Andic towns, and otherwise made moves to establish a pro-Anderian independent nation in the Aprezye region, the extent of ethnic Andics within Dolphiland. To supplement the civilian movements they have been sponsoring, the Anderian military, dressed in the same old surplus uniforms as the rebels, has taken an active role in the war unofficially. The Anderian army in fact has seized the large mostly Andic border town of Kovonietz and has installed a president handpicked by policymakers from Grôžnûk.

This morning, I was nothing more than a leader of the Andic community trapped north of the Border, being a founding member of the National Progressive Union that now leads our government. Tensions have been high between us and the Dolphiks in recent months, and today it finally boiled over with the simultaneous overthrow of various local Dolphik governments. Local militias that had been organized to help defend the Andic population came to me, and together we decided that we would do whatever it takes to ensure firm defence of our homeland. Similar demonstrations have occurred across the country in Andic majority areas, and collectively we have formed the Aprezye Anderian Republic. It is our hope that in time our unilateral recognition of independence is recognized by our Andic brothers to the south. If Suroig is allowed to secede, we have the same rights of secession to rejoin our Anderian brothers.

Prime Minister Matthew Smith has announced with the Navy that 2 billion dollars will be allocated to the development of Korcadias Navy and it's naval power, the Navy has acted quickly on this and has already begun using these funds from the government. Admiral William McPherson and his high ranking staffs have met with multiple companies and purchased ships from them. The companies will not be released but the ships and the price will be released to the public, the following document will outline all ships bought and their new names and hull classification:

The total price of all naval vessels is 1516000000 (One billion five hundred sixteen million) all ships will be sent to create a new fleet, the Etanamic Maritime Force.

Officer staffs and ships positions are being appointed currently and sailors are being trained on mock vessels until the ships arrive and are fully commisioned, a commissioning ceremony will be announced on a later date. When the said event does occur world and naval leaders from around the globe are welcome to come and view the event.

This is truly a great day for the Navy and it will surely be put towards good use and establish Korcadian naval dominance in the globe.

we begin this morning with the major headline of a resolution to nullify the Neutrality act of 1999 being brought into Parliament to vote on tomorrow. This bill presented by the president seeks to allow Osakodo to trade with warring nations and make public statements supporting or condemning Countries or groups. It will not however allow the country to declare war without it or an ally being attacked first. Our next story concerns the Announcement of the Naval Reamrment Program of 2019 which will see the navy double its size within the next decade. along with more destroyers, frigates, and small boats, A new Carrier of the Chiakura design. this is expected to start when the larger military budget is instated around 2019.

The ten admirals of the Edusako Itsaso Armada are sitting around the round table of the Edusan Navy siege. All of them were wearing the Edusan navy dark blue uniform with silver buttons but unlike the other army bodies, they hadn't any decoration; bragging about the death of a sailor brother no matter his origin was forbidden by the EIA's code of honor. They were all also bearing worried faces looking at papers and small ship models assembled in the middle of the table. The elder stood up from his chair, pulling together a few papers and clearing his throat:

"Ladies and gentleman, we are in big troubles. According to our census, the effective Edusan Navy we have now is composed of one battleship, two outdated destroyers, one corvette and twelve patrol boats. Should the conflict in Suroig reach us one way or another, our navy will be no match for any serious opponent. Until our carrier is finished we don't have any offensive power and until the Eusonians finish building the ships we ordered them, the entirety of our coastal defense is based on a low number of outdated ships. Let's be clear: we are irrelevant if not in danger in any case of conflict. The Aire Armada and the Lur Armada will perform most of the defensive actions will we will be kept at bay to a complete destruction that will fall upon us anyway as our harbors get bombed. Let's put it simply: we need a lot of new ships and get rid of the Maiana once and for all. This battleship is an obnoxious target, an unjustified waste of money and personal, symbol or not."

Several eyebrows raised at this last sentence.

"Of course I'm not asking to scrap her, ishe has too much symbolic value for that but sje should be turned over to civilian authorities and turned into a floating museum for whatever they deem necessary. It would free us hundreds of hands for manning newer, more numerous and better vessels and free quite a lot of money that we used to sink into that pile of rust. This is what I call to vote for: Should we keep the Maiana ? May those wanting to see her gone raise their hands."

Seven hands rose, the admiral sat back with a satisfied smile.

"Good, now let's see what we can do to replace the other outdated ships..."

BREAKING NEWS: Dolfik Army announces withdrawal from Suroig

Dolfik forces are to begin withdrawing from the province of Suroig, whilst the Dolfik government attempts to negotiate
a ceasefire with the rebellious People's Front of Suroig, sources report.

The surprise offensive by the PFS recently has continued to gain ground in the province of Suroig, the latest reports indicate that
guerrilla raids and ambushes are in occurrence throughout the province, whilst at the same time successfully driving Dolfik troops out
of large areas of the western half of the province. Dolfik forces are reported to have mostly regrouped along the river Maythor, which
runs through the center of the province southward from the border with Sellen before emptying into a large, semi-tropical area of
swampland covering the southern coastline west of Gronzor, the provincial capital. West of this river PFS forces are dominant, controlling
large areas of countryside aswell the city of Scorse, the largest city in Suroig west of the Maythor, leaving Dolfik forces in a losing position
in the region.

Additionally, there have been growing calls from left-wing leaders, such as those in the United Worker's Party and Social Democrats to
negotiate, and the topic has become highly divisive within politics, although in the light of recent setbacks a growing number of politicians
have come out demanding that negotiations with the PFS be held. These have finally culminated this Saturday as the Prime Minister and
Minister of Defense made an official announcement, stating that Dolfik troops would begin withdrawing from the territory by next week,
and negotations would be held with the PFS to secure a ceasefire. It is not known as of yet what the terms of the ceasefire will be, with
some on the right having voiced hopes that Dolfikland will be able to retain its military bases in Suroig, whilst the PFS has previously issued
declarations stating that nothing less than complete Dolfik withdrawal would be acceptable in any peace deal. Nonetheless, the news comes
as a relief to the families of those who have faced stressful and often combat filled deployments with peacekeeping forces to the territory.

Once more, our attempts to secure peace amongst all of the nations of Andolia have collapsed. At every turn, we make our greatest effort to secure a continental peace and a state of fraternity between Anderia, Traestan, Dolphiland, and Sellen. This has not been an easy task by any means, and our efforts have been betrayed by the Dolphiks and the Traestani, who like honorless dogs have backstabbed us and formed a political bloc for no rational purpose other than to threaten Anderian sovereignty. In response to this ignoble act, we see it fit to disestablish the Greater Andolian Concordat, and to invoke Article IX of the Security Treaty against the Traestani Federation, expelling them from the Treaty under violation of the provisions of Articles V and VI. This is in addition to the revocation of all Ando-Traestani economic and military projects, and Anderia hereby declares that all loans to Traestan must be repaid in full, with interest, within the next 10 days. Furthermore, we are pursuing immediate action to secure Anderia's strategic objectives in it's border territories and the peripheries of Dolphiland and Traestan, including the region of Apreźye that is in open revolt against Dolphik authority and the Koâčaklar Archipelago that have been unlawfully occupied since the aftermath of the Great May Revolution. This attempt to box in Anderia will undoubtedly fail, and the short sighted policy makers who have put their anti-Anderian plans into action will see a swift end to the era of peace they have signed away.

The first order of business we should discuss is the makeup of our pooled forces. In total, we are capable of fielding 24,000
soldiers, however with current restrictions on supply we have only managed to arm about a third of that. So far, at least 10
paramilitary and insurgent groups that had organized independently and have established formal ties with our government. Their
combined force in men is in the range of ~9,000 potential combatants. That, in addition to the two active Anderian brigades
would round out our total force to approximately 40,000 soldiers. And I would like to make it clear, that our forces are barely
any more organized than the insurgents. The only real difference is that they have the same old uniforms as the
concealed troops. Within the next two weeks, we will need a significant escalation of Anderian involvement.

In terms of the front line situation, we have not yet engaged with Dolphik land forces, however the RAF has been striking towns
and villages. We have set up Anti-Air defense networks in the aftermath of such incidents, but the time we can realistically
hold out without major Anderian reinforcement is limited. The ethnic enclave around the city of Vaňgaź is at this point
isolated from the rest of the front, and I believe that reaching and incorporating the exclave is of the utmost importance.
Currently, combined forces hold valuable strategic positions in major towns, centers of infrastructure, and in the mountains.

Overall, while not dire, the situation is wholly dependent on the level investment we get from Grôžnûk.
