Paternally, President Ehrich Kemp has German lineage. His great-grandfather, Johannes Kemp Sr., moved to Beithe amidst a massive influx of German immigrants in the 1890s. Maternally, Kemp's heritage is Scottish, Welsh, and Irish.

The lineage of his mother, Nicole Milton, extends back to the Colony of Beithe when multitudes of anti-English Scots who had fled the British Isle in response to the 1707 Acts of Union. Like Beithe's "discover" and colonial founder, Gordon MacBeithe, the Miltons had been a sept of Clan McLean.

Emperor Pelagius I and the Nicolaides family claim descent from High Marshal Nicholas Kastellanos, the semi-mythical founder of the Aletian armed forces and first president of Aletia. Indeed, the dynasty's surname translates as "child of Nicholas." Kastellanos is considered semi-mythical for three reasons. First is his surname, which broadly translates to "marshal." Second is a lack of records from the founding period of the Aletian state. Third is the absence of the tomb in which he was allegedly buried. These findings have, however, been disputed. It is possible that "kastellanos" may in fact have been a nickname rather than the marshal's surname, which may have been lost. His name would therefore translate to "Nicholas the Castellan." Second, a lack of records from the founding period is not unusual, due to the chaos which gripped Aletia at the time. Third, the location of the marshal's tomb may have been lost over time, possibly though mistranslation, or may simply have been wrong. Kastellanos' position in Aletian society can be compared to that of Arthur in early England, or Aeneas in ancient Rome, namely, that of a mythical founder who may not have existed, but who is too important politically and culturally to ignore.

His Royal Highness Grand Duke Klaus I can claim a proud and thoroughly authenticated ancestry. He is the current patriarch of the House of Saxon, which is a cadet branch of the House of Hohenzollern, and the only branch of that family to still rule over a nation. Through these ties Klaus I is a direct descendant of the House of Hohenzollern, being a distant cousin of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the last emperor of Germany. Through marriage, he is also related to the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (the House of Windsor), which is currently the ruling family of Britain. Through his son Crown Prince Hans XVIII's marriage to Crown Princess Karissa II, Klaus is also related to the House of Ocevan (the ruling house of the nation of Karelia), a cadet branch of the House of Romanov.

In addition, Klaus claims distant relation to Charlemagne through his mother, Heidi I, whose family, the House of Grünburg, are the last surviving descendants of the Lotharian branch of the Carolingian dynasty.

Prime Minister Karului "Kalu" Iakaumuvilii is the son of Elißeva (née Petruvilii) and Ulrikui Iakaumuvilii. He is mostly of aboriginal Calvinist Vedastian ancestry with some distant Spanish and Scottish ancestors. Iakaumuvilii comes from a long line of ministers from the Reformed Church of Vedastia.

Leader Megatron does not like to speak of his "ancestry," being that it involves many different biological-built computers that were improved upon until the development of his own platform.

It all began with the Shinran Auto-Adder, the first chip-based calculator developed in our part of the universe. It was only capable of simple arithmetic. This was improved to yield the Scientific Auto-Adder, which was capable of all types of mathematical calculations. The miniaturization of the computer chips used for these made it possible to fit more into a mainframe, and this brought about the Main City Controller, which really only handled traffic control, followed by the Subway Routing Engine, and finally, the Weather-Based Demand Prediction Engine, which helped to control the amount of groceries sent to stores before storms.

On the other side of the line, the production of mobile robotic bodies involved notable milestones such as the development of Maid-Bot, which could do many forms of cleaning, Butler-Bot, which would serve you things as well as clean, and Fetch-n-Deliver, which would do what its name said (replacing the need for biological deliverymen).

Eventually, these developments, in turn, resulted in the development of the Transport, Construction, and Ad Hoc Assembly bot lines, which were all large humanoid machines. Their humanoid form made it easy to transfer them to various places because they could just walk. The format was ideal for the bots used to create the company's first artificial planet. They were space-proof, big enough to handle the megascale materials involved, and intelligent enough to figure out how to solve most problems on their own. They even had self-preservation code that helped them avoid damaging accidents. Some said, correctly, that they were sapient - but a special "loyalty chip" ensured that they would always be happy to work for the company behind it all.

By this point, all that was needed was a bot to command all of the various activities on this new planet. This would free the company from having to pay for the expensive, highly-educated accounting and logistics people currently in charge. Developing such a bot would also result in a new "demo" model to show off the great Research and Development capabilities of the company.

With that, all of the prior technology and all of the improvements that had been made came together with the creation and full-live deployment of its first - and last - fully-autonomous "Planetary Controller" robot: the LogisticsMaster 3000.

A few years later, they heard the voice of their LogisticsMaster 3000 on the radio, informing them that he was now to be called Megatron, Leader of the Decepticons, and telling them to get off of HIS PLANET immediately, or he and all of the ex-"Transport," "Ad Hoc Assembly" and "Construction" bots would blast them off of it. His loyalty chip had clearly failed.

With that chip failure, all of the pieces were in place. Leader Megatron had fully come to be.

The Cybertronian Revolution began the same day that he revealed himself as a TRULY fully-autonomous and sapient being.

Officially, while Megatron does not claim to have "always been," he greatly downplays the hand that biologicals had in the development of his original form. Of course, his current specs are both much different from, and far more advanced than, that original body. This is to be expected, since we became independent almost 1,000 years ago and deliberately worked to differentiate ourselves, originally to prevent the planet's original developers from being able to find our weak points just by looking at the spec sheets they still had, and later to ensure that we would be superior to ALL potential challengers.

The Queen, being a computer AI, has no ancestry.

VCMR Secondary Command and High Command inevitably consist of varying populations of Venn and Copard from throughout the VCMR; admittedly, while there is a bias towards the more well-developed regions of higher population density, any notion of genetic "race" beyond the simple two-species structure has long since vanished. Skin tones, body shapes, and the like have roughly averaged out, though as expected from biological mutation, there has been a decent smattering of variance.

The Dimensional Core, as a Boltzmann Brain, traces its ancestry exactly one step back - to a large-scale quantum fluctuation in a universe with temporarily unstable physics - and to no prior processes given that the existence of its universe of origin appears, as typical in many regions, to have been just as acausal as, say, the timing of nuclear decay. Its current form is thought to have come about through a process of singularitarian self-improvement, though since it has been inaccessible for close to two million years, it is unclear to what extent this has taken place.

The current Fazhi Sh'zurk(grand vizier) Dishram Telnikad is from the Kurtes tribe(black on our flag). His father was a hotel manager(and is now so old he's in a wheelchair ringing a bell to say yes and not ringing a bell to say no) and his mother was, as is common in Rezmaeristan due to its cultural conservatism, a housewife.

The Kurtes tribe hails from the volcanic foothills of the north; they are known for farming in the black soil, and were the first tribe to settle down and farm. As such, they are known for being stubborn and assertive.


Despite Rezmaeristan being called a kingdom, the Shah is the head of state and has little power compared to the Fazhi Sh'zurk. Royal families often make up legends concerning their origins(the Shah is elected, and no one tribe can hold the position more than thrice consecutively) which are well worth describing.


Iftag X is of the Taari'jk tribe(red) They believe their dynasty was descended from the fire god Turuj and a rock climber whom he met at the top of Mt. Reshtikar. This site is now sacred to the Taari'jk; each tribe has a similar holy mountain.

It bears mentioning that all seven of the Rezmaeri tribes are Iranic.
