I don't recognize goldmoors as a nation, looks more as a large market.
The leader sees that he don't care much to the health and inclusion of his citizens ,as long they consume and die, just for the market and money..
I just laugh seen such law enforcenment and crime still moderate when..

Such nation with no care for his citizens is health, while enjoy the money of citizens and imposed how they need to live their life, and don't see to care about your actions or diplomacy need to be condemn.

I don't really see a draft for a resolution here? If you actually had a draft, I'd comment on it. Also, you can't liberate nations you can only liberate regions.

Edit: And the nation in question is waaayyyyy too young to deserve a condemnation or commendation yet. Who knows what they'll do in a month? Or two? Or a year? Best to hold off.

It's good be careful and watch that ''young'' nations, looks like a puppet nation, a sake to a maniac.

Another resolution should make this place an end to an ethnic export, this could reduced ethnic cleansing, i'm fight for secure the existence of my people and support the self determination of folks.

You're not going to get it until it looks like a proposal. You've been spamming the proposal queue with a bunch of random stuff, and you're still not ready to be a proposal author. Your main problem is that you're trying to write proposals about nations and regions that no one has ever heard of. That's not what the Security Council is for. It's about interaction with other nations and regions and players, not national statistics.

You need to leave this thread open for a few weeks and see what sort of advice and help you can get, then demonstrate that you're willing to listen to that advice. Don't submit ANYTHING until you get a whole lot of positive feedback. Even better would be for you to participate in other player's forum threads for a few months while you learn how things work here.
