Issue 783 time skip

After resolving issue No. 783, I was creating a bulletin about it. I wasn't supposed to receive a new issue for another 6 hours, but I got one only 5 minutes after answering issue 783. Is something wrong, or is it just a regular bug?

It's not a "regular" bug. No idea what caused it. It's not doing you or anyone else any harm, so there's no reason an admin needs to be alerted to give you a response.
