This is subtrahend to the Rising Sun Radio thread where YOU will be able to directly aid the Resistance movement in the Pan-Asiatic States. This IC thread will be launched sometime around when Z-Day actually begins, and will run for 33 hours after as well.

The RP will be character-based, with you being able to send in a one-man Rambo in the style of Call of Duty, crossed with Dungeons and Dragons. The applications will be organized into various Arms of the resistance, and your objective will be to complete the assignments designated to your Arm.

I've also designated for everyone to use the Fallout 4 S.P.E.C.I.A.L skill system for rolls. Your actions will be determined by physical dice I have in my possession right now.

BIOGRAPHY:

Wrex was born in an Inuit village situated on an island north of Taloyoak. The people there retained a traditional way of life. Wrex himself was unconventional in some ways. While he was an excellent bone carver, he had a hunger to hunt.

When Wrex was sixteen, his adventurous attitude was drawn to the words of a visiting Canadian army recruiter. His Japanese father, an anthropologist who had settled in before Wrex was born - and more tepidly his native mother - were content to let Atka follow his own path. Given a chance to see the wider world and protect his people’s culture, Wrex signed up for the army two years later. In boot camp he worked hard to improve both his English and Japanese, and learned the ways of urban culture, while his active lifestyle made physical training more bearable.

He graduated with flying colors and quickly was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. He proved his merit as a leader by diffusing a hostage crisis in the Toronto airport and later commanded a platoon deployed to the Middle East as a Lieutenant. After such distinguished service he was offered an even higher rank but declined to remain close to his unit.

In the year [REDACTED], he was involved during the NATO proxy war against the Pan-Asiatic States. He was captured on the frontlines by the 28th Urban Combat Company, a company of Japanese-Filipino Aspirants.

After five years interred, oddly enough, he felt sympathetic the Pan-Asiatic cause. The propaganda which had haunted him all those years started to make sense. Looking back to his mud hut and military service, he was constantly discriminated by the superior-complexed American and Canadian servicemen. He had spent almost all his life trying to prove himself worthy, but in the Pan-Asiatic States, he already was.

After another year of pleading, the reluctant Pan-Asiatic States Armed Forces allowed him to serve amongst their ranks. He learned Filipino, and some Mandarin. He quickly rose up the ranks once more, and after three tours of duty, decided to settle down as a Captain of the Gendarmerie in Caloocan, New Philippines.

He dons a full suit of combat armor, of which he can carry with many thanks to his cybernetics, with multiple utility pouches. The pouches contain a wide variety of necessary items, including extra ammunition, weapon modifications, an emergency toolkit, an emergency medkit, grenades, and the like. He carries a semi-automatic compact rifle which is heavily modified to suit his needs, having an adjustable thermal scope, a silencer, and even a flamethrower attached to it. He also carries a small handgun as well as an Igorot headhunting axe.

BIOGRAPHY:

Hiero Aguja was a military commander in Fardhin, and one of the few Luzonite members of the highly secretive Legacy Council of Florentino Fardo I. He was born in a Bontoc tribe in Igorot society, and is respected in his tribe as a great warrior and hunter. He took part in many battles of Fardhin, and replaced many organs with cybernetics for the sake of convenience and improvement. He was also a test subject for many experimental weapons of Armas Fardo, many of them being implemented in his cybernetics. He eventually became the commander of the Iron Lucoes, defying Padre Vigile to lead the Fardhinon forces in the Battle of Halman. He and the Iron Lucoes went into hiding afterwards, before helping to oust Padre Vigile. The Iron Lucoes was then disbanded, and Hierro Aguja became Mansuduyan's personal agent for the most dangerous missions.
Note: Hierro is sent to the most dangerous missions to die, because he is too dangerous to live and also because he is neither a Moro nor a Lumad and is somehow part of the Legacy Council. As such, he has become subject to secret assassination plots including this mission.

BIOGRAPHY:
Serving as an officer in a Stormtooper battalion, Eichwald is well regarded by his superior officers and the men that he commanded. Due to his mysophobia, he constantly wore a specially designed gasmask at all times. Though it was custom for officers to operate with a melee weapon of their choice, usually a sword, ax, or hammer, Eichwald surprised his peers when he started training with Katar daggers; one for each hand whereas normally a gun and a melee weapon would be used. Under the Stormtrooper training program, Eichwald became skilled in both firearms and close-quarters-combat. Even though Stormtroopers aren't usually sent into low-intensity combat zones, Eichwald volunteered to oversee and observe combat operations. He got his nickname due to his black uniform paired with his metal gas mask.

Attended Kravis Academy of the Arts as a communications/marketing major for high school (14 years old/9th grade) when [REDACTED. INFORMATION NOT TO BE REVEALED IN NON-ABSD DOCUMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS SPECIFIED BY OFFICER WITH INFO/COMMS CLEARANCE 7-I.]. Only survivor. Adopted by ABSD out of secrecy and safety concerns.
After "the incident", psychological/behavioral reports come with PTSD and the possibility of slight depression- rejection of foster guardians, night terrors, generally antisocial, conversations frequently consisting of profanity, insolence, and cynical humor. Nonetheless, obeyed basic orders by officials and eagerly wanted to begin training as an ABSD combat operative despite young age. Emotional attachment to former schoolmates has been noted as a reason for his “need for revenge”.
Now 25 and with the rank of Master Sergeant, serves in CST-7S and is highly trusted amongst high-ranking officials for security details and solo operations.

Despite her incredible charm and attractive appearance, Lankaster found herself more interested in flexing her abilities as a prodigy in combat with respectable physical capability and remarkable tactical and strategic ability. Initially, she joined just to follow and protect Leon, but soon became attached to the line of work. Leon was a military nerd who studied Lethen military history as a kid. He became enamored with the subject and went off to realize it someday. He was glad to find that he was lucky enough to at least barely meet the requirements to enlist, but not so much about finding that his overprotective cousin tagged along too.

Through his absurd amounts of willpower, and his strengths in hitting the books, he managed to make it in the army and even thrived. The miniscule boy soon found himself among Lethen elites.

OFFICIAL EXODIAN ABSD DOCUMENT-/FILE/JANSA,ANDRETTA_FRANCHESCA:
Born to Italian immigrant Giorgio Jansa and Exodian national Petra O’ Dunn at Topel Medical Center in New Collective City. Described at an early age by many as shy (perhaps due to her non-married parents, who shared custody of her) yet inquisitive and intelligent. Showed an interest in both medicine and the police force in middle and high school.
After studying internal medicine at Westlong University, moving the the NCC Naval Academy to do her required 2 years’ conscription, serving as both a medic and a designated marksman in the Naval Infantry. Was invited to the White Dragons (Exodian Navy Special Operations), but turned it down.
After a year and a half of civilian life, an affiliate of hers who was also one of our operatives was able to convince her to join the ABSD. Currently aged 24 and the rank of Senior Corporal within the organization, and well-trusted for most basic jobs. Serves in CST-7S.
Upon meeting Sergeant Alcono, she was one of the few to break through his antisocial shell, perhaps with both sharing a similar emotional situation in their childhood (although the resemblance in circumstances is arguably nonexistent). Has taken an interest in his prior life’s story, and is considered by some to be his protege.
