PT 1. PRELIMINARY

Short Title

1. This act shall not be known in any other govt. documents other than the “Money Act”.
   PT 2. DEFINTIONS
   

   ---

   
   Money
2. Money shall be defined as any item designated by the government as a means of purchasing commodities.
3. Tainted Money shall be defined as any money illegally gained being transferred and being made untraceable.
4. Counterfeit note, Counterfeit money shall be defined as decoy money intended to be used for purchases and the definition of counterfeit money shall exclude
   
   1. Money used in board games,
   2. Prop money used in the production of films, or videos,
   3. and counterfeit money not intended for usage in purchasing items, which further
      
      1. does not prohibit play-places intended to mimic a city,
         
         In clause “i”, to avoid breaking the real-world reference rule, an example of some play place mimicking a city is KidZania
      2. or in-game currencies utilized in games.
   PT 3. CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE LEGAL POSSESION, USAGE OF MONEY
   

   ---

5. Money, when legally handled or used; must:
   
   1. be fairly gained via means of
      
      1. selling items to people legally,
      2. obtaining money as salary by means of working in a company,
      3. or any other means that do not involve illegal methods,
   2. not be gained via means of
      
      1. illegal activity;
      2. cheating;
      3. laundering;
      4. or counterfeiting.
6. Any money which is legal may be used in transactions or used normally.
7. Any tainted money may not be used in transactions. Upon discovery of tainted money, the police shall take the appropriate action to seize the tainted money.
   What to do with tainted money
8. The tainted money shall not be distributed to the public and shall be transferred only to charities.
9. Any misuse of the tainted money shall result in a fine of minimum 280,000 sliding door fine to maximum 525,000 dollar fine.
10. Any misuse as dictated in the above clause shall also be punishable by jail of minimum 2 years and maximum 26 years.
    PT 4. PROCLAMATION OF MONEY

11. The name of the currency shall be the sliding door.
    PT 5. COUNTERFEITING

12. No money that has been counterfeited shall be used as genuine money to gain benefits of criminal conduct.
    Counterfeit-related punishment
13. Manufacturing of counterfeit money shall be punished with 7 years in jail, a fine of 36 thousand sliding doors for each note counterfeited.
14. Possession of counterfeit money with intent to use as genuine with the bearer not knowing such money is counterfeit shall have no jail and only a fine of 41 thousand sliding doors. If the bearer knows such, he/she shall recieve
    
    1. a term of 12-27 years in prison;
    2. or a 170,000 sliding door fine for each note.
    Appropriate handling of counterfeit notes
15. Counterfeits may
    
    1. kept with permission of the Police Chief for forensic reasons;
    2. destroyed and burned immediately;
    3. or have it’s paper salvaged for recycling.
    PT 6. SOFTWARE

16. Software for editing shall be fitted with a system to prevent the editing or printing of notes, based on any sign that it is money.
17. The identifying feature of money to any
    
    1. printer;
    2. scanner;
    3. editing software
    4. or any other software for the editing of notes and programs of which can display money, excluding
       
       1. prop money
    shall be a polar bear watermark.
    This shall not prohibit
    
    1. the production, management, or design of prop money in films, videos, and movies;

Short Title

1. This act shall not be known in any other govt. documents other than the “Timber And Trees Act”.
   PT 2. DEFINITIONS
2. Timber shall mean logs harvested from trees.
3. Wood shall mean logs that have been processed.
4. Tree shall mean a plant that follows one or more of the conditions which are as follows:
   
   1. bear fruit,
   2. has a trunk,
   3. is a perennial plant,
   4. has an elongated stem visible, in which such elongated stem shall be considered a trunk.
   and considering that any tree not meeting these shall be considered a bonsai tree. Such definitions do not exempt bonsai trees.
5. Bonsai Tree shall mean a tree following the definitions of a tree but instead is at a much smaller size.
   PT 3. FOREST AREAS

6. All protected forest zones shall be clearly marked and surrounded with fences. No electric femces are allowed.

1. Noting the Empire has been defamed heavily in WV68 (WorldVision 68th Song Contest), with Normandy and Picardy winning,
2. Trying to address the skyrocketing rate of jealousy nationwide, and to joy protestors, hereby:

3. Authorizes the use of nukes at any time to be used and detonated in the territory of Normandy and Picardy.
4. The WorldVision Contest Winning Plan Council (WVCWPC) shall be created.
5. Any possible lethal force may be used on nations attempting to win against the Empire. Cheating and rigging of results shall be authorized when necessary.
6. All citizens born or pledging allegiance to any enemy state winning shall be exterminated immediately.
7. This hereby concludes EO 1.

Short Title

• This may be called Penal Code.
  Others
• This Penal Code shall hold any people commiting any offences defined by this Code and all other acts and apply to all people within the jurisdiction of Crazybloxian Empire. Such shall include
  
  1. embassies;
  2. military bases, regardless of location and it’s jurisdiction;
  3. and when the Empire is in a state of war, any land captured;
  4. nations who are in an extradition treaty with the Empire, after gaining permission.

Executive Order EO 1.002

Authorization of Lethal Force By Riot Police At WorldVision Song Contest In The Case Of Crazybloxian Empire Being Chosen As Host

1. Hereby noting the 69th WorldVsiion Contest, hereby
2. Defines “Worldvision” as the song contest,
3. “Lethal force” as a means of causing the death of protestors via methods conducted against any perpetrators.
4. Lethal force shall be authorized by the Government for use by riot police to disperse any protests, and before such use, approval shall be relayed by at least 185 Law Passing Council members.

EO 1.003. AUTHORIZATION OF LETHAL FORCE AND ROBBERIES AGAINST GUN STORES AND MANUFACTURING PLANTS OF WOLF ARMAMENTS.

AN order to authorize lethal force and robberies against the Manufacturing Plants, Gun Stores, owned by Wolf Armaments, and to blacklist Common Territories from certain/all services offered by the Empire.

1. Noting the deprivation of arms staged by Wolf Armaments, hereby declares that:
2. Lethal force shall be authorized against any manufacturing plant or gun store owned by Wolf Armaments, and shall be used on sight, at all costs.
3. A nuclear attack shall be authorized on TECT (Common Territories) land at any time.
4. Any shipments of arms from Wolf Armaments to it’s buyers shall be intercepted and arms taken from the plane, and then be allowed to proceed. Same shall be authorized for ships.
5. Common Territories shall be blacklisted from all storefronts, at all costs
6. War and extortion methods shall be used.
