The Steelbender has landed...

Image

A plane carrying players and coaches of Steelbaron’s national team landed in the Santa Clarita International Airport, where they will live and train at world-class facilities owned by Khantari’s Culaton FC.

Dozens of people gathered outside the Santa Clarita International Airport to greet The Steelbender players, chanting their names and football slogans. Passing-by cars honked when the Steelbaron team was walking out of the terminal.

During the official part of the ceremony, the guests from Steelbaron were greeted with folk songs and a traditional dance by local dance troupe.

Greythrone landed in Fort Raleigh on Tuesday to attempt to successfully win their first Malay World Cup title.

The Greythrone took off from Winterarder International Airport in pouring rain hoping captain Sebastian Curnow will stay fit after eight months on the sidelines with a foot fracture. Greythrone have only three draws of their last four friendlies, but all the focus is on their opening game in Fogington on Friday against Pauh Janggi. It will depend on how far we go, how we're going to finish" at the finals, Curnow said in an interview with Thronian daily Winterarder Daily.

THE KERAJAAN OF ERAMAN
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL TEAM

BASIC INFORMATION
Nation: The Kerajaan of Eraman
Demonym: Eramanian
Team Color: Prussian Blue
Style Modifier: -2.5
Formation: 4-3-3
Head Coach: Sembara Bunian

GK: Dundang Bayan, 28 y/o, Royal Arupura
The Royal Arupura goalkeeper only conceded 19 goals in 22 games in Liga Eraman this season, the second least goal conceded in the league. With his side only scoring 16 goals, the least goals scored outside of the bottom three, Dundang Bayan is key to his team's fifth finish place in Liga Eraman this season.

DR: Lipas Kudung, 22 y/o, Royal Puncakpura
Not much is known about Royal Puncakpura before the start of Liga Eraman but after the first season was concluded, four of its players are now in the national team. Lipas Kudung is one of the pleasant surprise for Eraman. The right back is a modern full back who loves to gets up and down the pitch for 90 minutes. His speed and ability to cross the ball is his main assets.

DL: Cicak Kudung, 22 y/o, Royal Puncakpura
The second player from Royal Puncakpura to get the national call-up is Lipas Kudung's twin brother. The abilities of Lipas Kudung and Cicak Kudung is as identical as their face. The only downpoint of it is they are both right-footed. Cicak Kudung always supported attacks down the left flank but frequently had to cut in onto his favoured right foot to hoist crosses into the box.

DC: Badang Gangsa, 27 y/o, Anara (C)
Badang Gangsa has been appointed as the first national team captain. The Anara captain has shown his leadership qualities after leading his side to a second place finish in the domestic league with an all-local side. The center back was nicknamed Gorilla for his strength and aerial prowess.

DC: Dino Sapar, 31 y/o, Royal Daulapura
Dino Sapar formed a towering center back pairing with Khantari's Edgardo Shiplett for Royal Daulapura to create a mean defense. The champion of Eraman only conceded 13 goals in 22 matches, the least in the league. The veteran center back is the oldest player in the national team and is also the tallest player playing for Eraman at 190cm.

DMC: Putra Daulapura Suara Petala, 25 y/o, Royal Daulapura
The national team will be led in the midfield by the prince of Eraman himself. The third son of Maharaja Nila Petala came into the competition on a high after lifting the domestic league title with his side, Royal Daulapura. Despite not being particularly skillful from a technical standpoint, the prince is physically strong and aggressive with an extremely high work rate.

MC: Rimau Belang, 25 y/o, Royal Puncakpura
Rimau Belang is another domestic club team captain going into the competition on a high. He led Royal Puncakpura to domestic cup trophy after shocking the domestic league champion in the final. Rimau Belang is deployed as defending midfielder for his club but is expected to play in a more advanced role for the national team.

MC: Mano Bosa, 27 y/o, Anara
Mano Bosa will be the main creative outlet for Eraman. The attack-minded center midfield has the most impressive passing range and passing accurary in Liga Eraman this season and is very deadly in dead-ball situation. He is expected to be responsible for corner kicks, free kicks as well as penalty kicks.

AMR: Kilat Saputra, 23 y/o, Anara
Kilat Saputra formed a deadly front three for Anara in the league alongside his twin brother Kudrat Saputra who will be on the bench for Eraman and striker Buisan Buayan. His main ability is his pace. His speed will keep his opponents afraid as he is able to beat defenders in a footrace.

AML: Biduk Serangga, 26 y/o, Royal Daulapura
Biduk Serangga is a quick and hard-working player with an eye for goal. The Royal Daulapura left winger is predominantly known for his ability to use both his pace and flair on the ball in order to beat opponents, and create scoring opportunities for himself or his teammates. Together with right winger Awan Heli who will sit on the bench for Eraman and Khantari young striker Robb Honeyworth, they steamrolled the league with 66 goals in 22 games for Royal Daulapura.

ST: Buisan Buayan, 27 y/o, Anara
Buisan Buayan will be the focal point of Eraman's attack. He has shown a surprising amount of upper-body strength in the league which allowed him to shove defenders aside, creating room for him to show his skills and make things happen. He also have the ability to get into great position with his movement.

The Malay World Cup is underway and the Steelbaron side is getting acquainted with life in Khantari with their first match just days away. The team's headquarters is based at the Oxygen Fogington Beach in the tourist city of Fogington, around a 35-minute drive from Fogington Stadium. Not far from the capital city of Fort Raleigh, the town is on the Woolmort Coast but also surrounded by woodland. The squad will be hard at it during their daily training sessions. These will usually begin around mid-morning at the Culaton FC training ground, located north of Fogington, in the town of Culaton. Some parts of the session will take place in front of the media with the remainder behind closed doors. As with all athletes, what they eat is important and can be crucial to their fitness and performance. Steelbaron team chef Kim Oxterfeld recently revealed the previous Malay World Cup squad's diet was very protein-focused with lots of white meat, fish, rice, vegetables, and salad. He added it would be carbohydrate-based immediately before a game.

Tolol 2–0 Steelbaron

In a surprisingly close encounter at Fogington Stadium, Tolol managed to sneak a narrow 2-0 victory over Steelbaron. The match began in controversial circumstances as Steelbaron were denied claims for a penalty. Tolol's Hasan Nawarsim put the first goal with a curling shot from the edge of the area. Experienced player, Muhammad Qaharudin Syah bin Haji Awang scored what proved to be the winner on 88' with a good header from just inside the six-yard box.

After Steelbaron narrow 0-2 defeat at the hand of Tolol, striker Gil Lindenberger spoke of mixed feelings in the camp. The Old Cave Grove striker told The Sportmen that ordinarily a defeat to such opponent would be expected but to keep the score down and ultimately end up with nothing was hard to swallow.

The previous Malay World Cup thread was locked permanently due to plagiarism - IE the posters in the thread were copying news articles, changing the names, and posting them as sports RPs and match reports.

In this thread, the nations of Steelbaron, Greythrone and Khantari have all posted articles ripped from other sources. This is against site rules and, in general, against the entire ethos of the NS Sports forum. Do not do this. This is an unofficial warning to stop copying articles in order to write your own RPs.

We appreciate that there may be a language barrier, and that writing original works in your second language may be a difficult thing to do, but plagiarising works from the internet is not the answer.

Cheers,

Pauh Janggi 1-2 Greythrone

First Game, First Defeat in the First Trial of Pauh Janggi in the international football arena. Everything is almost perfect with the ball possession of almost 54% and with 5 Shots on target, but we lose with the counter-attack force of the fastest opposing team.

Our offside trap is less effective that Michal Rapacki can escape and score the opponent's winning goal. Nick Slepnier score it first but our captain, Daeng Senopati equalize it in 41'. Rapacki winning goal came in 89' destroy our hope to at least bring the game to draw.

But all The Tempest supporter in the home always pray for our nation win in the second game which schedules on Sunday 7 October to be face to face with the host nation, Khantari. For that, head coach Firdaus Wan Yahya must formalize a better plan to tackle Khantari team in front of their huge supporter.

Can we deliver in the second game? Our striker, Ahmed Bragas full confidence that they can conquer the fear and nervous and play with more confidence in the second game, especially in front of local supporter. Our main GK, Ismail Othmaniah also will be fully fit for this second game after not in the first eleven after succumbing an injury three day before a kickoff.

Experience and Mentality, Important Key for Zeniyadh

Oldenhurst, Khantari - Zenidhian National Team manager Canan Tosun quoted "Experience and Mentality" as most important keys for their team in the upcoming match against Eraman. According to him, their experience in previous edition of Malay World Cup is the advantage Eraman don't have and they must manage this advantage to achieve a good result. Zeniyadh didn't won those Malay World Cup, but they still got the experience and they've learn much from that. Tosun also added that it's the right time to build strong mentality, something they don't have in previous Malay World Cup.

"We play as host but we don't have good mentality, it was a fatal mistake that every zenidhian don't want to remember. We got stolen in our own home. But now we've learn from this experience, our senior players will play big role in this tournament. They got the experience and they will help the team to build strong mentality", said Tosun.

Zeniyadh bring some senior players to Khantari for this tournament. Mehdi Ishaq is one of them, he's brave leader with a lot of experience with both his club (Askerispor) and the national team. He's the man who scored a brace in the famous victory against Steelbaron in First Malay World Cup. Mehdi not alone, his teammate in Askerispor Abdulkadir Bouazza is the other senior player who experienced in MWC. Bouazza was the first ever goalscorer in Malay World Cup history, but nobody want to appreciate this because he scored to his own goal. Abdulkadir Bouazza disappointing the whole country when he scored a late own goal which led his team to a nightmare, Zeniyadh loss to Southeastern Malay in their own national stadium in the opening match.

It was the worst day on my career, people hate me and i don't want to see my own face on the mirror for the next three days. But it already passed, now i'm ready to pay for that mistake., Bouazza grumbled.

Canan Tosun also praise the Eraman team quality. He said that his players must prepare for tight battle in the midfield. Tosun mentions two eraman players his team must aware. They are Rimau Belang and Putra Daulapura Suara Petala. He said that these players are unpredictable. But tosun optimistic Mehdi and his team could stop them.

Predicted Line-Up : Rafeq Avci (GK), Umu halfoglu (DEF), Abdulkadir Bouazza (DEF), Daif Tosun (DEF), Guner Ghazi (DEF), Mehdi Ishaq (c)(MID), Ferhat Menderes (MID), Bastug Turkoglu (MID), Semih Doguz Togay (MID), Omer Zayed (FWD), Reza Al-Radd (FWD)

We want to inform to all that this thread is a regional roleplay thread of Tanah Melayu. And the admin of this thread are :
1. Zeniyadh,
2. Eraman

There are some post which suspected as plagiarism, they're posted by Greythrone, Steelbaron, and Khantari. We want to confirm that these nations are part of our region. Zeniyadh have sent a TG to all of these nations to remove the plagiarism content (images and articles) and update with the original content. Eraman also have sent different TG to these nations (i don't know the message). And we also warn them on our regional board.

Since there's many suspected nations, we want the moderator to give us a chance to coordinate with our members. We believe we can handle the situation. thanks

If there's no further plagiarism, there will be no further mod intervention and you'll be able to continue your roleplay.

ERAMAN FALTER AT DEBUT MATCH

Oldenhurst, Khantari - It was a heartbreaking debut for Eraman in the 2nd edition of Malay World Cup. The national team first ever match in association football ended in a 2-1 loss at the hand of Zeniyadh. The match was held in an almost packed Ironchurch Mines Stadium. The crowd was first entertained by a high scoring game between Wuriya and Tahkalen which ended in a 4-0 victory to Wuriya before the match between Eraman and Zeniyadh kicked off.

The match between Eraman and Zeniyadh was marred by a bad pitch which was resulted from the previous match. Eraman attempts on playing short simple pass is unfruitful throughout the match. Their attempt to play free flowing football were hampered by both the pitch and their inability to connect passes to each other.

Zeniyadh opened the scoring as early as the 16th minute of the game through a 25-meters strike from their captain, Mehdi Ishaq. Eraman's midfielders failure to close him down gave the Zeniyadh captain an acre of space to put in a thunderous strike. Zeniyadh continue their attacking performance after the goal forcing Eraman to sit deep in their own half leaving Buisan Buayan isolated upfront. Zeniyadh attack came to fruition again just before the break through Omer Zayed after Mehdi Ishaq put in a through ball to release Omer Zayed one-on-one with Eraman's goalkeeper Dundang Bayan.

The second half was a bit dull as the pitch gets worse and both sides are unable to create clear cut chance. Eraman's consolation goal came in the 82nd minute through a header from Badang Gangsa who connects with a corner kick from Mano Bosa. The next match for Eraman will be against group leader Wuriya and Zeniyadh will be up against Sandhora who also won their first game.

Narrow Victory Doesn't Guarantee, Tosun Said

Oldenhurst, Khantari - The Zeniyadh National Football team achieve 2-1 victory over Malay World Cup debutant Eraman. The strikes from Mehdi Ishaq and Omer Zayed inspire the zenidhian to won their first match in 2nd MWC. Zenidhian head coach, Canan Tosun said he's happy with the results but there's still a lot of things to do. According to him, this narrow victory doesn't guarantee anything for Zeniyadh in this tournament. His team must keep focus on the upcoming matches.

"We compete with many strong teams here, we achieve 3 points today and it's good for us but doesn't guarantee anything. If we want higher achievements we must keep focus on the next matches."

The same opinion come from zenidhian captain Mehdi Ishaq who selected as man of the match.

"It was a difficult match, of course this 3 points will be an advantage for us. But our target is to win every matches, and it's about how we manage to keep in good form."

Zeniyadh is included in group B. They have played 1 of 5 group stage matches, placed 3rd in the group standings. All teams still have 4 matches to be played, means every teams have the same chance to advance to the next stage. Zeniyadh will face Sandhora on their second match tomorrow.

"Arya Wiguna's good respond."

Nakalmu, Skakmatstan. Prime Minister Tolol Arya Wiguna yesterday felt proud  because in about two days ago National Team PRT gave a sweet result(Like Sugar) with defeating Steelbaron(also known as The Steelbenders) with the score 2:0, but also he added National Team must use this moment for morale riser into the Final(Insya Allah...), not as pride object. This year is the first time(of course!) PRT joined the MWC, but some of the civilians said "Inda Mungkin kita manang!(that impossible to winning!)", but PRT player with proudly(Oh no, his nose getting bigger)swapped their word like their swapped our busses(Most viral at PRT), For sake of God.... .Today, PRT will confront with Greythrone NT this time(When again?)

P:S= Disclaimer, this is not plagiarism because I write it what had on my mind, if someone still claims this as plagiarism, the claimers be reported by Tolol News Right to Tolol Grand Court.
