Can you describe them?

They're an entire minor Clan that was Outcasted when they disobeyed direct orders from their Lord Marshal in the T'an'khan Incident, firing upon a refugee vessel found in one of the Fringe Systems nearly a decade ago. Instead of being reprimanded and punished after the Incident, the Clan overwhelmed the loyalist crew aboard the Xaoc Class Battleship Red Honor and ejected them without spacesuit in to space. After that, they've been preying on merchant shipping in and out of Federation space and mostly trying to stay under the radar of the Federation Navy. They left the Red Honor and have since taken refuge in an old asteroid mining installation while they prepare for their next moves.

The pirate chase begins with a Raxin pirate vessel trying another hit-and-run after a couple of days of committing them. Then they fly into an asteroid field being chased by a Arms LLC cruiser and the cruiser runs into a pirate ship of a Freelands species. They end up destroyed but the cruiser knows the other ship is still about so they deploy a probe and warp out of the system. The pirate ship warps and the probe detects the general direction the ship warped, and so a slow-but-sure search begins for the base of the pirates and end up finding some of those Outcasted in charge of a pirating operation on an asteroid. Various things happen that I haven't thought of yet.

Denied, you're tech is outlandishly OP.

How? Mechanical infantry is vulnerable to standard infantry attack as well as armored unit attack without drone support, and infantry drones are tactically inflexible without mechanical infantry.

The FTL engine I'd like to use also has its weaknesses, for example it is impossible to hide its use and needs space to decelerate the ship unlike a warp drive. The only advantage it has is being very hard to stop with physical objects and allowing quick acceleration. In addition, I cannot use it too far inside star systems, unlike a warp drive.

Got a WIP post up. My intro for my interaction with the Vresh is finished.

Hopefully I can get the other two bits finished soon enough.

NS Name: Sertia
Nation Name: The United Consensus
Flag:
Image

Capital: The Consensus hub “Concord”

population size: 30, 10 Primarchs and 20 Coarchs

If semi Autonomous Drones count: 400+ billion
Primary species:
Primarchs: The primarchs are the leaders of the Consensus, each built to not only run an aspect of the Consensus Empire but to also improve and reenforce a sector of their territory as they see fit. They are artificial intelligences, each a potent Von Neumann device that transfer their intelligence from all over their empire in order to handle issues personally when able and to also ensure that they will always survive a cataclysmic failure or attack made against them. Each is unique in both personality and physical design, most lacking emotions except for those with heavy interaction with organic populations, namely Merchant, Commander, and Ambassador

Coarchs: The Coarchs are assistants, siblings, and partners to their equivalent Primarchs. They help the Primarchs rule effectivly by handling lower priority issues and projects and free up time and operating power so the Primarchs can effectivly handle long term and sector to Empire Wide issues. Each is also unique in construction in terms of physical body and programming, and due to their larger interactions with not only each other but also organics that commonly interfere with their Primarchs operations, they are commonly subject to having emotions. Not as developed as those whose Peimarch’s main operations involve biological life, but enough to be noticed.

Culture: The Consensus largely operates on the idea that each Primarchs must operate as efficiently as possible in order to better protect the Consensus and allow it to continue to grow in a Biological life lead galaxy. They all agree that they must work together and always come to consensus so that their collective experiences and knowledge may be efficiently used for the greater good. What they do not agree on is the importance of emotions and the interaction of Biological life. Those who have had long interactions with Organics, Commander, Ambassador, and Merchant, have all developed emotions and life like personalities that have caused them to be almost alien to their siblings, such as Researcher and Freighter who have never needed to spend any lengthy time interacting with Organics. These differences have caused a small divide in the Consensus, one which is only kept from widening thanks to the Coarchs efforts to keep things running smoothly and the Primarchs desire to reach Consensus as effectivly as possible.

Those with emotions commonly push for their siblings without to modify themselves to obtain them or to interact more with Organics in order to naturally develop them, viewing the acquisition of emotions as not only beneficial but absolutly nessasary in order for the long term survival of the Consensus. The rest do not see it that way, and view emotions as inefficient and their emotional siblings as having received damage to their programming. However, neither can force the others to do anything without a complete approval from the Consensus, meaning the issue has been deadlocked for the past couple centuries.

Nation History: developed eons ago by a now forgotten Stellar empire, the Consensus traces it’s history back to a normal Von Neumann device designed to expand the empires infrastructure and military. While the reasons why are forgotten, the Consensus remembers being swarmed by the organic empires of the time and nearly destroyed, left for dead as He empires forgot and eventually were forgotten themselves. Millennia passed before they were reactivated, done so by a new and young empire searching for relics of the forgotten ages. As soon as they awoken the Consensus ancestor fled into the unknown, leaving the empire in confusion, then fear as they discovered what it was they had just brought back to life. It would be many centuries before the Consensus would take form and return to the galactic stage.

Early on, the Consensus was what most races feared it would be. A synthetic races ruled by logic and a desire to grow, destroying races and ecosystems in order to accomplish this goal. However, over time the Consensus military Primarch (Commander) developed emotions from continued interaction with Organics, and the war’s slowly grew gentler and less frequent. This decrease in aggression gave way to Ambassador, who even more quickly developed emotions and joined commander in their appreciation for life. With the increase in peaceful interactions with Organics, commerce was required and Merchant was created, aided in developing emotions by Commander and Ambassador, allowing them to far more quickly develop their emotions.

Now the consensus is a largely balanced empire, only going to war when Economic or Political means fail. These emotional machines however have not lost their edge, Able to use emotions and their understanding of them to the advantage against Organics. When Commander goes to war, he is ruthless and terrifying to the enemies of the Consensus. When Ambassador speaks, they can move Organics to tears or to laughter, as well as make them shudder in fear. When Merchant wishes toaqcuire something, they will use everything in their arsenal in order to obtain it through commerce that benefits the Consensus far more than their trade partner.

Unique technologies: Gravetic manipulation (The manipulation of gravity through the creation control of dark matter), Extremely advanced artificial intelligence, and Instantenous Communication and information exchange through the creation of miniature wormholes to send information through. The wormholes are to small for anything but Data and waves to go though, but that is more than effective for the Consensus’ uses.

Military Size: 8 billion Drones

Military Description: the Consensus military forces are completly made up of semi autonomous Drones and weapons platforms directed by Commander and his Coarchs. They highly capable, built quickly, and tend to be self sufficient as military practice begins with the construction of nearby factories and other infrastructure and ends with the total conversion of the planet to the desired set up request by the Consensus.

Armed commonly with energy weapons and focusing in a balance of quality and quantity, it is very common to be faced with specialized units specifically designed to combat the enemy with the best of the Consensus’ technology in ways that efficiently damage and counter the enemies own technological and cultural biases and uses.

Soldier appearance:
Image

Standard Ship Appearance:
Image

The standard Consensus vessel is more akin to a mobile space station than a capital ship. Slow, cumbersome, and a very large target, these Ziggurat class dreadnaughts are commonly well above the average size of capital ships, being roughly twice the size in most cases with the main flag ship of the ship class stationed above Concord being three times the size. However this size makes them incredibly slow, in both real space and ftl. It can take them days to charge up the energy needed to enter warp, and take twice as long on average to arrive in locations. The large ship above Concord is completely incapable of entering warp space, as the technology to move such a craft is still being researched. However, what they lack in mobility, they make up for in industrial power. Housing massive factories and storage areas, these ships are in essence like their creators, Von Neumann devices built to rapidly create a fighting force once they arrive. While in capable of creating ship larger than frigates in their own, multiple can work together to create larger ships and even more Ziggurat class ships.

Escorting these ships, and acting as their vanguard, are the Obelisk class battleships. Smaller than the average battleship, they form the back bone of the fleet in most engagements that allow the ziggurat time to create them of if some are sent ahead. They are fast, hold factories to create a near limitless supply of Drones from both space combat and ground invasions only dependent on the resources they can gather, and lack any biological life or systems required for them, making each deceptively hardy and tough to put down.

Supporting these ships, acting as effectivly the fodder of the fleets, are the various designs and adaptable models of frigates that are made for each engagement. Custom built on site by the Ziggurats, they have no formal design and are instead mearly highly modifiable weapons platforms meant to support the larger ships to the best possible degree.

NS Name: Donner Land
Nation Name: The Fallen Shenyuri
Flag:
Image

Capital: Refectionem, built around Domum 1 in the Domum System.

population size: 50 Billion
Primary species:
The Primary Species of The Fallen was known by multiple names, but the name given to them by themselves is known to all of its people as the Shenyur. Art across star systems on planets, either once habitable or currently inhabited, had drawn them to be tall and slender beings in hoods and long cloaks or in what could be described as a battle armor of some sort.

These depictions are not inaccurate. The Shenyur are a race on average being between 6 Feet (1.8 Meters) and 8 Feet (2.4 Meters) Tall. Their bodies are slender, and depending on the health of one being, may either be extremely thin or musculature, they have five fingers and toes as well as two arms and two legs. Their head contains four eyes, which provide vision, depth and a sort of rangefinding ability. The head itself is egg-shaped.

Compared to some species on their own planet and others out there in the galaxy, they are relatively weak. Their low gravity homeworld has given them comparatively weaker bones and muscles than what would be evolved on a planet with stronger gravity. Thus their abilities must be augmented with technology to make them competitive in terms of strength or agility. The Senyur have, despite their lack of strength, developed extremely high intelligence. Allowing them to dominate their planet quickly on an evolutionary timescale and become a space-faring species.

Culture:
The Culture of the Shenyur revolves around a polytheistic religion developed during their infancy as a species, simply referred to as "Unises (yu-knee-ses)". Unises as a religion enforces that all life, regardless of its intelligence or other ability, belongs to one God. Because the Shenyur had dominated their planet so quickly, they had thought that it was their duty to bring all life into their dominion as to serve Unises, either through diplomatic means or forcefully. The end goal of Unises is to condense all life into one amalgam of all life. Thus, through this, it's believed that this will lead to transcendence. Scientific research on this act of Transcendence and how to create it once all life had been subjugated was undergoing, but no concrete way to accomplish it, dozens of failed biological experiments occurred thinking of every possible way to achieve this.

Due to the nature of the religion and not all alien species being sentient or otherwise capable of perceiving the individual among other reasons, not all Species were forced to be indoctrinated into the religion as it was much easier to simply blindly guide them for the Shenyur's own goals, leaving them in more or less blissful ignorance of what they planned for them. In some instances, this had lead to conflicts in fruitless wars of independence to leave the domination of the Senyur. The Shenyur had dominated a large amount of the galaxy in it's prime, and uniting life into one to reach transcendence was near. This was far before much of the galaxies current nations had arrived, and under their flag, thousands of species served, including one such species known as the Vresh. Unknown to the Shenyur, they would become just another victim of a cycle that had claimed multiple "caretakers" of the Vresh Hive after the Shenyur had been being treated as Gods themselves for so long. They were stabbed in the back by the very species they want to lift into transcendence for such petty things as being used as troops in the Shenyur's cause.

The Shenyur in this conflict were losing rapidly. After a long extermination campaign against the Shenyur by the Vresh Hive, the Vresh Hive had finally found the Capital of the Shenyur. A small Capital World adorned in lights around a star. The Capital, to the Shenyur, had been mercilessly demolished and in the fighting, made completely inhabitable by Planetary Bombardment Weapons used out of necessity to keep the world out of the Vresh Hive's hands and to support ground battles. After many years in a colossal space battle that spanned the entire Star System, leaving parts of the System washed in debris, the Shenyur had retreated into Dark Space outside of the Galaxy, now only the remnants of a shattered Galactic Empire. This conflict would be called the Vresh-Shenyuri Hyper War

After many years, to some uncountable, the Shenyur had come back to their Home System from Dark Space and in secrecy started construction of a Ring World around the Planet they once called home, swearing vengeance on the Vresh Hive that had nearly made them extinct and destroyed their chances at transcendence. They will try again, rebuild from the ground up, and make them pay. No longer will they be a Fallen Empire, investigated by archaeologists as to why and how they fell, they would be alive again, and usher in an Era of Reawakening. The Galaxy will learn again of the Shenyur and fear The Fallen.

Nation History:
Starting in their home system, and achieving space flight, and then the leap that was warping time and space in order to technically beat the speed of light, the Shenyuri were among the first to reach the stars using found technology from even before their time from various forerunner archaeological finds. These technological and cultural gold mines leapfrogged them ahead of most of their rivals and other species, some of which not even inventing the wheel yet. Thus through snowballing their power in their Northeastern part of the Galaxy, the Shenyuri began their rise to dominance. Enforcing their Religion diplomatically or by war to all life they could find, subjugating them for their own uses and to bring everyone together into transcendence through brutal and strange biological experiments. Turning what used to be recognizable people into a sludge, bringing them no closer to transcending. They continued never the less.

At its height, it had controlled less than 10% of the Galaxy's area, and but a measly fraction of its biodiversity for transcendence. Like the greedy animals they were, they had striven for even more but gained more than they had ever bargained for upon finding the Vresh Hive. A biological jackpot for the scientists of the Shenyuri. The Vresh were subjugated, seen as gods by them, and used as Foot Soldiers and Scientist's playthings. With the Vresh now apart of their experiments, the Scientists of the Shenyuri could now swear they were closer than ever to transcendence. What was sludge, became a higher thinking organism, though not quite there as due to a high metabolic rate and large amounts of recorded pain, the experiment would burn itself out. Progress was made regardless.

However, the Vresh Hive became smart to the Shenyuri's abuses. Feeling betrayed and used by their Gods, they struck the hand that fed them, and thus, the Vresh-Shenyuri Hyperwar began. Another victim of the cycle in the Vresh's destruction of their "caretakers".

The Vresh-Shenyuro Hyperwar took decades to end. The Shenyuri, now beaten and battered from the total war that ravaged their once great empire, had only their Capital Planet to fall back to and but a handful of ships to defend it with. Hundreds of systems fell, and even more Planets become uninhabitable as the war went on. The Shenyuri had only one plan left if they failed at the Capital, flee into Dark Space and come back many years later to reestablish their empire. They had the technology to do it and implemented various measures during the war to make sure it was done. Namely the construction of one massive colony ship in Dark Space to house a genetically diverse population of the Shenyuri in Cryosleep, who would be awoken when the time came.

Sure enough, the Capital was lost, and in the ground war, completely glassed by Relativistic Missiles and Railgun Bombardment. What was left of the retreating fleet warped into Dark Space, and met up at the Rendevous point to simply wait for generations to come back and exact revenge on the Vresh Hive. The population couldn't be woken up to tell them the world was gone, so the military vessels planned to construct a massive ringworld around their once great Capital. After first reestablishing control in the space around the system, resources would be stripped off any and all bodies in the system to accomplish their herculean task, mining colonies using the sleeping population would be set up to begin this and after some large amount of time, the ring would be ready to be lived upon.

And it's planet, what was their capital, would serve as a constant reminder. "Glass the Hive to their last World".

This plan was carried out, and after many years, it was accomplished. The Ring World now established, the Shenyuri then began the next phase of their plan. Build up their industry, their population, and their military. Then, announce to the galaxy that The Fallen have risen once more, Reestablish the Empire, burn the Vresh, achieve transcendence.

By any means necessary.

Unique Technologies:
-The Fallen, from their Ancient Technology, have much faster FTL Drives than most species due to advanced materials and their overall experience with spacecraft. Allowing them to squeeze the most out of their drives as possible. Shrinking travel time for their craft and Recharging time overall for their Drives by about 25% overall. A Ship from another nation may take a week to get from A to B, while The Fallen shrinks that time to around 3-4 Days. This, however, does increase maintenance time and costs.
-The Fallen have constructed a Ring World around what was once their Home Planet. Showcasing their engineering prowess overall. However they cannot live on it for long, and sooner or later must expand outward and make their presence known to Galaxy at large.

Military Size: 2,500,000,000
Military Description:
The Fallen's Military is mostly in it's Space Forces, rather than it's Ground Forces, like most Space Faring Militaries. Starting with the Space Forces, The Fallen have at their disposal massive Battleships supported by Cruisers and Destroyers, but only 1 Fleet currently just now being built up, and that fleet being the literal remnants of what had retreated into Dark Space in the Vresh-Shenyuri Hyper War, the Fleet also does not feature any carriers, a massive drawback. Its current organization is this.

-4 Titani Class Battleship
-20 Menel Class Cruisers
-20 Senel Class Destroyers.

Numbering in total at 44 Ships. However, despite the small size, thanks to now enhanced Ancient Technology, from even before the Vresh-Shenyuri Hyper War, each ship is more than capable of dispatching more than it's weight of enemy ships. The fleet itself is massively capable in any situation, and the crews are descended from generations of ancestors that had done their jobs and trained their offspring. However, until the Vresh are found and the Shenyur has made their presence known, they will not expand their fleets anymore than this.

-Titani Class
10x 50cm Dual Railgun Turrets (Good Against: Capital Ships, Planetary Installations. Bad Against: Destroyers, Small Craft)
40x 20cm Dual Railgun Turrets (Good Against: Cruisers, Destroyers. Bad Against: Small Craft)
40x Conventional Close-in Weapon Systems (CWIS, Good Against: Small Craft. Bad Against: any ships larger than a Frigate)
20x Anti-Missile Missile Launchers (Small Missiles used for the purposes of intercepting other missiles and small craft such as fighters, 20 per launcher)
2x Particle-Beam Cannons (Basically weaponized case mate particle accelerators. Good Against: Ground Targets, Capital Ships. Bad Against Shields, Relys upon on other ships to take down enemy shields before it can fire.)

-Menel Class
40x 20cm Dual Railgun Turrets
50x 5cm Quad Railgun Turrets (Good Against: Frigates, Cruisers, Destroyers, Small Craft. Bad Against: Capital Ships)
20x Conventional Close-in Weapon Systems
20x Anti-Missile Missile Launchers

-Senel Class
40x 5cm Dual Railgun Turrets
500x 2cm Dual Railgun Turrets (Good Against: Small Craft, Frigates. Bad Against: anything larger.)
10x Anti-Missile Missile Launchers
20x Swarm Missile Pods (each pod contains 100 small armor piercing missiles used to overwhelm shields and armor at short range)

Shenyuri Ground Forces are equipped with light suits of armor that augment their Strength and Agility. These Exosuits that double as EVA suits for either in space or on inhospitable planets are what allow the Shenyuri to fight effectively against Species that outmatch them in raw strength. Infantry are supported by walkers equipped with heavy energy weapons. Ground forces come in on large to small dropships and drop pods. The Infantry themselves carry long-range energy weapons, and are very weak in close engagements with enemy forces, requiring armored and air support to fight effectively.

NS Name: Shadowwell
Nation Name: Weseh Nomadic Conclave
Flag: (Please Spoiler Images)
Capital: The Fourth Citadel?

population size: 100,000,000,000
Primary species: : Weseh: Weseh are large in size and appear akin to the great apes of Earth, they stand at around 8 foot in height and half as wide. They hold a thick coat of fur which is usually a mottled black or brown but can range from black to orange or even silver. Their fur holds patterns which can change from time to time, even without the Weseh willing it.

They still carry traits from their days as simple animalistic life-forms, as prey. They can camouflage themselves in a variety of ways, they can change the color of their skin and fur at will to reflect nearly any pattern. They can even mask themselves from senses, both natural and artificial, they can eliminate or change their scents and even heat patterns and such that they release.

Despite the fact that they evolved to avoid danger rather than fight they are not defenseless. They possess a strength befitting their size, tough thick skin, and strong senses, they have sharp teeth and claws in addition to their other traits.

Weseh generally live for 500 years at the least, it is not entirely known just how old they can get, even to themselves. True elders of the Weseh may vanish over night, using their Nymos given gifts to go on a Pilgrimage or to seclude themselves and ponder on the wonders of nature. It is not unusual for a Weseh to be thought dead only to surface a few centuries later.

Culture: Weseh culture revolves around knowledge and the mastery of crafts. Their natural traits and longevity makes mastery of any field merely an inevitability, but they are still regarded as an accomplishment, if only a lesser one. What really is important is the knowledge, the wisdom they have gained and their insights into that field.

To further their knowledge many Weseh act as scientists and researchers, secluding themselves in the Sanctuaries, the massive ships which house the knowledge of the Weseh. Though they pursue knowledge above nearly all else this is not so for the young. of those youths in the Conclave, even the Weseh seek life beyond the ships. When they reach the age of majority, or its equivalent

Despite being a space faring race or maybe because of their knowledge seeking nature they still worship two deities, Nymos, Goddess of Nature and Travel and Axona, Goddess of Knowledge and Wisdom. Those of the Conclave revere not just the aged and the wisdom age brings, but the knowledgeable as well.

The Conclave is led by the Council of Revered Elders, usually made up of the oldest and wisest of those on the Sanctuaries as well as any others of note.

Nation History:The Weseh began as a species of primitive humanoids on their homeworld, Valdmar, which at that time was home to an incredibly advanced species. The Weseh eventually gained sapience and developed a primitive culture, separate from the Draug'n, the species who inhabited Valdmar before them. The Draug'n developed a vast space faring civilization that spanned many worlds and star systems.

They were a group of closely related reptilian humanoids, great warriors who were akin to raiders in that they would attack others and hoard what they gained. They left most of the lesser races and civilizations in their space alone and would periodically raid and cull them. Suddenly well over a millennia ago they seemingly vanished over night, their cities and stations were vacant and abandoned.

It took some time, but the Weseh learned that the Draug'n were gone and over time they began to more actively approach what remained of the Draug'n civilization on Valdmar. It would take even longer for them to start living in the Draug'n cities. At the start they merely ventured into the cities, harnessing what the Draug'n had hoarded. Of what they gathered from the remnants of the Draug'n cities they valued not the wealth or the weapons the most, no, they valued knowledge the most.

After they began inhabiting the Draug'n Cities they began to adapt Ihbb tech to their own needs and purposes, gathering more knowledge along the way. The Weseh were a patient people, they had spent centuries avoiding and deceiving the I Draug'n, they could wait until they knew every secret the Draug'n possessed then advance onwards from there. Eventually they began to take to the stars, using not just adapted Draug'n ships but a few of their own as well.

It was not long before they began to colonize their home system, spreading to the other worlds. When they reached their destinations they repeated what they had done in the past, patiently waiting and acquiring knowledge. The Weseh would face their first test a short time after taking to the stars, against a species once under the thumb of the Draug'n, the Chyss. They were rodent like humanoids, small and weaker, but they were versatile adaptable beings, and they were many.

While the Weseh had spent many years patiently learning every secret the Draug'n had held the Chyss were different. They had already been space faring when they first encountered the Draug'n, they were peaceful traders, but their time under the Draug'n irrevocably changed them as a whole. They became cruel, paranoid, and aggressive, striking out at any and all around them who were not Chyss. They used Draug'n tech, not bothering to change it and what remained of their own.
They swiftly conquered the species in the systems and worlds around them, those who like them had once been under the thumb of the Draug'n, not all were changed as the Chyss were. Those that did not accept the rule and domination of the Chyss were not simply enslaved, they were massacred. What remained of those species were used as trophies, mounted on ships and their soldiers as trophies of war and warnings to their enslaved foes.

They were arguably worse than the Draug'n who although being raiders did not stoop as low as genocide if they didn't get their way. They met their match when they encountered the fledgling Weseh Conclave. The Conclave at that time was not powerful, in fact they were quite weak compared to the Chyss Dominion. What they did have was patience, patience and knowledge, especially about the technology used by the Draug'n Supremacy, technology the Chyss still used.
At first the Conclave was only able to rebuff the Chyss, to hold them off, but the Weseh had patience, they just had to wait to change the situation. They adapted their ships for combat against the CHyss and searched for allies against them. They found their first ally in a most unlikely place, one of the aces that had been conquered by the Chyss, the Ihbb.

The Ihbb were a species of long lived semi aquatic humanoid reptilians. They were peaceful creatures, long lived and devoted to knowledge, similar to the Weseh, but unlike them, they had no fangs to bear or traits to use against the Draug'n or Chyss. They could only allow themselves to be conquered, to be forced underfoot by the Draug'n and then the Chyss later. At first they were distrustful of the Weseh due to their ferocious appearances, that changed when the first of their worlds were liberated.

When they got to know the Weseh, and their nature they were quick to lend their knowledge to the Conclave. The Conclave were not able to save all those under the Chyss, not all were able to endure, some were broken beyond repair, much like the Chyss had been. They did provide release to the unfortunate souls who were less fortunate. After a time the Weseh started truly fighting and they forced the Chyss back from many systems and worlds.

After many years, nearly a century of fighting the government of the Dominion sought peace. A peace summit was arranged, the government of Chyss and the rulers or ruling parties of every world involved would arrive at an old abandoned moon not inhabited for millennia. The events at that summit would herald the downfall of the Chyss, as a nation, and a race. The event was a trap by the Chyss, the whole moon was rigged with Draug'n tech and explosive devices.
The peace monger politicians of the Dominion and the governments of the other worlds against them were all killed. One of the casualties of the Red Summit as the event would come to be called was the First Primarch, the eldest and first ruler of the Weseh since they took to the stars. It was his death that led the Weseh to exterminate the Chyss and those who stood against them.

Up until that point the Weseh had hesitated, had not wanted to inflict irreparable harm on another sentient species, no matter how terrible they were. It was during this time that the Deathwalkers were born, they were Weseh trained from a young age in combat oriented pursuits in addition to the regular intellectual ones. It was they who brought an end to the Dominion Wars, they arrived on every world held by the Chyss and wreaked havoc.

They arrived silently, walking through their cities and compounds, and in their wake only bodies were left. They did not kill all Chyss, only the leaders of the military and others who actively stood in their way, but not those simply following orders or doing so unwillingly. The cruelest and most devastating knowledge held by the Conclave was put to use tin their hands against the Chyss. It was following the Fall of the Chyss the Weseh Conclave fully came into its own.

Though the Conclave would carry their name still the Weseh would not rule alone. They formed a council of members of all the species they liberated and that fought with them. They then took to the stars in full, they would leave what they had once inhabited on the rim of the galaxy. They would become nomads, roaming the galaxy in several massive fleets. With each being led by a Citadel, massive starships that served as repositories of their knowledge and power.

Unique Technologies: Again, i am not entirely sure what to put here but the Conclave holds both stealth composites, ie allows/metals that can confuse or reflect most sensors as well as technology to project stealth field and phase shifting technology.

Military Description:
Soldier types/classes

Of the different soldiers used by the Conclave it is the DeathWalkers and the Warmakers who are the most dangerous, they wield something more dangerous than any weapon of war, knowledge. The Warmakers are the elite, the best of the best, they have devoted their lives to the art of war. They are trained to adapt to nearly any situation, in battle and out of it, they are rarely seen except during times of war. Until such a time they act as personal guard for the Council of Revered Elders.

Aside from the requisite knowledge and skill in combat all Warmakers

While both DeathWakjers and Warmakers wield knowledge as a weapon, the Deathwalkers are the most mysterious of the two. They are masters of disguise, with the majority of them being Weseh, as the first were. Outside and inside combat most are masked or disguised as normal soldiers, very rarely however they do appear in their actual uniforms. The cruelest things ever committed by those of the Conclave were committed the Deathwalkers.
Deathwalkers are chose

Standard Ship Appearance: Due to their nomadic natures, most ship classes come with multiple variants, some suited for combat others suited for trade or knowledge seeking. It is because of this that for each ship class has a basic design then 1-3 variants. The only exception to this are the 4 Sanctuary Class Titans with the various Nomadic Fleets.

-Frigate: Tracker and Hunter Class Frigates

-Destroyers: Seeker Class Destroyer, Illusion class

-Cruisers: 3km

-Battle Cruiser: 4-5km

-Battleship: Guardian Class,

-Carriers: Primarch class, Reverent Class

-Dreadnought/Super Dreadnought: Dib'hur Class Dreadnought, Var'tash Class Dreadnought

-Titans: Sanctuary Class Titans

Carriers and some other ships usually carry a compliment of smaller strike craft, usually of three different types.

Devastation assault craft: The largest and most heavily armed of the types of craft carried. They are meant to take a beating and deal out as much damage as they can. They have a single nose mounted cannon as well as several missile/rocket pods. In addition they hold a host of point defense turrets for defense against kinetic projectiles.

Stalker Scout Craft: Stalker Strike craft are the only type of craft which possesses stealth capabilities. Even when not at stealth their hulls are made of materials that confuse sensors allowing them to evade detection. They are fast agile craft and are used mostly for scouting or harassing smaller enemy ships. They lack offensive weapons for the most part, they do however possess a large amount of PDT's.

Boarding Craft: These craft are slightly larger than the Stalker, but are equally agile. They have moderate weapons and PDT's which are mostly used to evade and defend against enemy fire. They are capable of punching and boring into ships hulls and allowing its inhabitants to board enemy ships.

Traits: Weseh are capable of many great things that are alien to others but as normal to the Weseh as breathing. They can also eliminate or manipulate their scent to a certain extent, though it is much less precise than their natural camouflage ability.

Mating habits and Culture:
Weseh become mature when they reach the age of 200, though this can range from 190 years to 300. It is only after they mature that they can father children or give birth. Even then it is only after they complete the Pilgrimage that they earn the right to start a family unit. Though their ways have changed upon their taking to the stars and discovery of true knowledge some of their ways have been kept, but adapted.

Family units are typically composed of a single dominant male, the Primarch, 1-3 females on average and possibly a few non-dominant males. Once strength determined the dominant male, now it is strength of the mind rather than just the body. Of those in a family unit one female is chosen to rule alongside the dominant male and oversee the affairs of the family unit.

Though The Weseh are predominantly patriarchal females are not without their own important roles. While the dominant pair deal with problems and affairs concerning the family unit the others are not without their own roles. The others, male and female both deal with educating the young, in a variety of ways.

The females typically train the young in how to properly use and control their traits. It is the males who help the young to make sense of their genetic memories. Back before they were evolved it was not strange for young Weseh to go mad, to lose themselves in the past, in what their parents and their parents had once been, what they had done and experienced.

The Weseh are a deeply religious people as a whole, and that along with their pursuit of knowledge dominate their culture. Though they only worship two traditional Deities, Nymos and Axona, there are other figures that they give reverence towards, they are called the Exalted.

Most of these figures are notable leaders or scholars of the past, the most notable among the Exalted is the First Primarch, who led the Weseh into the stars. Another example would be The Great Scholar, the Weseh who made one of their greatest technological breakthroughs, how Draug'n ships worked.

When a Weseh comes of age and returns from their Pilgrimage they take a new name. Their new name takes a syllable or sound from the Exalted they follow and add it to part of their birth name. The choosing of their True Name is a very important

Races within the Nomadic Conclave

Weseh: Primary species, large, peaceful, and, knowledge seeking humanoids.

Ihbb: They are a semi amphibious reptilian species of humanoids and are quite peaceful and long lived. The Ihbb present in the Conclave only number in the tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands. They are the most reclusive of those within the Conclave, and also among the most aged. Few are younger than 400 and most are close to a millennia if not older. They prefer to ponder on the mysteries of the universe and leaving most other things to those far younger than them.

Chyss: The Chyss are the least numerous of those within the Conclave numbering at around 10,000 at the most at any given time. They are the most regulated of those within the Conclave, though they are a far cry from the Chyss that were once a part of the dominion. The regulation is with good reason, most within the Conclave still remember the atrocities the Chyss Dominion dealt to all beneath them.

They typically do not hold high positions, most often in maintenance or the like. This is not done out of any sense of spite or dislike, but because they are quite suited to such things. Most of the other races within the Conclave are too large for proper maintenance or not nimble enough. In addition they are quite suited for such tasks, they can live and resist hazards that would bode ill for others.
