Erika Muller, Minister for Foriegn Affairs, announced that Besgaria will be guaranteeing Bulgregia. The move was, as some say, 'came out of no where.' Muller has spoken on the topic.



In this turbulent world, Africa is a volatile hotspot. Many African nations have turned to fascism, or worse, communism, as an ideological form of control. The democratic or non-aligned nations need to be protected as they are some of the last bastions of order and freedom in Africa. We hope this guarantee of Bulgregia brings our nations together.



The Bulgregian response to this is unknown but Muller hopes that the Bulgregian 'recognises this gesture of friendship' and opens up relations between the two nations. Muller also hopes that a lucrative trade deal can begin between the two nations.

United Socialist States of Great Arabian State announced new decree about women's rights. This decree was followed by 8 decrees:

- Decree of Divorce
- Decree of Vote
- Decree of property ownership
- Decree of walking and clothes
- Decree of job
- Decree of Driving
- Decree of Salaries
- Decree of equality of genders

Following decrees are proved by governement of United Socialist Republic of Great Arabian States and it is valid through all territory including autonomy of Mecca and Medina.
This is the following laws approved by these 8 decrees:

1) Every woman have right to divorce from her man every day in every time
2) *Every woman have right to vote at every president and parliamtent elections.
Note: Autonomious elections, also for men
3) Every woman have right to buy car, house, vila, plane and everything that can be bought.
4) Every woman have right to walk alone on streets without male follower and without hiding their hair and body, they are not forced to wear islam clothes
5) Every woman have right to get a job have salary and must be registered on working buraeu.
6) Every woman have right to do a driving test, get a license for every category/vehicle and drive freely
7) Every woman must have same salaries as men. There is no gender discrimination.
From now and in future, women's rights will be same as men's. Every gender discrimination will be strongly sanctioned.

By breaking this laws, a money fine will be imposed or breaker might be jailed. This decrees help us to become modern century. Women are beatiful creatures on the world. Without them, world won't be like today. We must forget our mistakes in past and look in future.

Your Daily Parisian Paper, February 11, 1982 Dubois Announces End of Channel Crisis Following months of tension and secretive talks held with Vanavoian authorities in Luxemburg, a peace deal was brokered between Vanavoy and the WEU. Premier Minister Dubois announced the deal this morning; although the original bargain was made on the first of February, Dubois kept the agreement secret until it was approved by all members of the cabinet and their counterparts in Vanavoy. According to the information released, the deal includes a non-aggression agreement between the WEU, a selection of allied states, and Vanavoy. Ministre Manuel Vallois, of the Ministère de l'économie, announced that the deal ends the months long embargo of Vanavoy, effective as of March 14th, but that the Norman State will still be extensively regulating trade: As per the Luxemburg Accords, we will be ending our embargo. The embargo will officially have ended on March 14th of 1982. The agreement gives each side extensive economic liberties, in regards to the regulation trade, and the Norman State will use these measures to formulate a cautious approach until greater measures of confidence can be achieved. I'm assured the Vanavoians will act likewise. The most critical point of the agreement is the end of the Norman containment program, by which we enforced the embargo. Dubois took extensive criticism for the containment, with the left-wing opposition staging protests for throughout the entire fall of 1981 (one of these resulted in the arrest of nearly 24 people and a pending lawsuit against the Parisian Police). Per the snippets of the agreement's text that our staff was able to access, the Norman State is required to cease containment operation by the first of May. The nation sat on edge for months due to the policy of containment, which many feared would be interpreted as an act of war. Now, many are hopeful that further peaceful resolutions will follow. The Petit, the latest in Norman naval tech, which entered the containment force last week. Taken on January 29th.

Noorizadeh Economy on a Fast Track to Recovery

The small Central Asian nation of Noorizadeh has been reeling from the devastation caused by its civil war. Its service and retail sector were bombed to the stone age. Mining has only just started back up as foreign firms can finally operate with some degree of safety. The recent spike in oil prices has proven to be a godsend as the petrol rich provinces in West Noorizadeh have enough production capabilities to finance the damages of the war and then some. International Alloys, an Odabin based firm, has estimated an extraction rate of ~30 Billion Barrels per year. Macau Bullion refineries in the area are currently not able to refine this quantity, so we imagine that the Iranian Federation or Panjal will have to pick up the slack.

Monday, March 29th 1982

Today in the parliament of the Great Arabian State, parliament and dictator announced new decree of social classes. That will help us to create better sociality and create border between uneducated and educated, workers and villagers. This law will also help by getting more resources. All villages will be transformed into little colectives. Law says:

1) Peoples are divided into 4 classes:
1) Workers
2) Villagers
3) Non-workers
4) Homeless
2) Default class is non-worker
3) If man/woman have work he becomes worker and no more villager but have right to work on colectives and help villagers
4) If a man/woman have house or any apartment which belongs to him, or if a married woman/man live in their spouse's house or live in their parents' house, they are no longer homeless. That doesn't include rented apartments.
5) If a woman/man don't have work and isn't villager they become non-workers.
6) Main difference between vilagers and workers is that workers, have job in state owned firms/corporations/shops ... while villagers works in villages on colectives. When villager get job he is no longer villager
7) Every fields, kailyards, vineyards and other get transfered into collectives.
8) Every villager that works on collective gets payed for what he do, how many resources he sold to country.
9) Collectivization transforms fields and everything mentioned above, but villager/s that works on colectives sold their resources. If is there more villagers everyone they gets divided price (price for resources / num. of villagers) Because more villagers gives more resources.
10) Number of villagers depends on size of field, vineyard...
11) Country will expand village if a fields gets bigger
12) Every villager must live in village which holds colective
13) Every product from colective gets sold to factories which wants to buy them.
14) Every factory must buy resources from colective that is located in the same town.

This law can't be avoided. You can get sanctioned if you don't register at your class. When youbneedsbto register at class, you must have all proves that you belongs to that class.

​Imperial 1st Fleet Deployed to Southern Asia to Assist Japanese Forces








​The Imperial First fleet was deployed to South Asia deploying several divisions of marines in support of the ongoing efforts of the Japanese.
Several troops ships are expected to head to Africa to deploy Marines in support of the Japanese in that region in the next few weeks. Critics of the move say that Songjiang should stay out of international politics and return to its traditional non intervention policy.
Parliament and the Crown seem to be in full cooperation with this new move and resistance to the new policy seems to be mostly coming from remnants of the old Parliaments staffers and lobbyists. Public opinion on the matter is mostly in support.
The Military is being given additional budget to allow its expansion as part of this new policy that requires a larger force available for expeditionary purposes how much larger is not yet known.

​Parliament Approves large increase In Military Spending








​The Imperial Navy Air force and Marines are to be enlarged to allow them to better cover the new larger Empire of Songjiang as well as to facilitate the Empires Interests in other regions of the world and her efforts to support her allies around the world.
The current effort is to double the number of planes available to the airforce and the umber of ships available to the navy, as well as providing a much larger marine force to project Songjiang power around the world.
Also part of this program will be an effort to modernize or replace many of the navies aging ship designs and place a carrier in each of the 3 fleets.

Oil Prices Continue to Rise as Arabian Production Slows Down

Today the price of oil has hit $63/barrel. This staggering price tag can be largely attributed to both increased military consumption in war zones and the drop in Arabian efficiency. The explosion of micro-conflicts in Central Africa has led to a mass mobilization of military vehicles and the expansion of strategic fuel reserves. New Memel, Sudafrika, and the CPC are particularly large hoarders at the moment. Decreased exports from Songjiang and the IPR to sustain local demand has also played a small role in the price hike.

Arguably the largest factor has to be the drop in productivity from the Great Arabian State. Estimated to be at ~80% of their output from last year, the numerous oil companies within Arabia are struggling to adjust to a resource based economy where the lack of an internationally recognized currency has cause a number of disputes. While quality of life for workers has seen an increase over the past year, the lack of a profit motive and their relative lack of international spending power has brought down per capita production by a significant margin. International groups like Exxon Mobil and the Panjali Oil Corporation have been forced to leave as local laws would infringe heavily on their profit margins and autonomy.

​Much of Songjiangs new territory is rich with untapped oil. and some of it was being tapped by ineffectual Khanate oil industry often wasting more than they produced.
With the recent massive increase to worldwide oil prices the Songjiang Government has decided to open up all of these locations to non native companies to drill and refine the oil provided they use local labor and offer the oil to Songjiang first before the rest of the world and at lower prices than the rest of the world pays for the oil. The companies will also have to pay a small 1USD tax per barrel to the Government as well as pay the land rents for the wells and refineries to the crown. Other than these rules they are free to use the oil as they please that they pull up.

Aberdeen Oil Group Purchases Wuxing, Far East Oil Reserves

The Aberdeen Oil Group, the 6th largest oil firm on earth, recently bolstered its holdings after purchasing the existing oil reserves owned by the Wuxing corporation. The AOG paid $18Bn HKD ($2Bn), which is mostly covered by financing provided by HSBC Holdings, upfront and allowed Wuxing to maintain a 30% stake in the AOG's new Far East Subsidiary firm, "Aberdeen Petrol & Gas". The Wuxing Corporation will also be the only firm allowed to distribute and sell AOG products in Asia. Your Daily Parisian Paper, April 18, 1982 Front Nationale in Disarray Over Budgets Until yesterday, the National Assembly was set to vote for the renewal of the government's budget. Last night, the conservative block sheered into pieces right on the floor of the chamber, with the fiscal conservatives in the Front Nationale petitioning for the postponement of the vote and sufficient funds to undertake re-negotiations of Norman foreign investments. Last night, during a last-minute meeting of the Assembly Budget Committee, Committee Chair John d'Estaing wrote out the petition. According to aides who witnessed to event, the Committee, staffed largely by FN reps, wholeheartedly endorsed the petition. FP-FN coalition leader, Representative Marcus Nouveau, confirmed this morning that Mr. d'Estaing did not tell anybody of his plans ahead of time. During the late-night legislative session, Mr. d'Estaing interrupted the proceedings and submitted the petition to Council Representative, Louis Giscard. The opposition was silent, and,for the first time since they took up coalition government, the FP booed as Mr. Giscard dismissed the representatives until the next morning. The FP booed again this morning when Mr. Giscard relayed the Council's ruling. As of the writing of this article, the Council of State granted the Assembly Budget Committee with a charter for a sub-committee, which the Committee may fund using its active budget; additionally, the vote on the budget has been delayed until the end of May. Premier Minister Dubois was swift in his reply, releasing a statement following today's morning session: I am totally shocked by the lack of discipline shown by the subordinates in our ruling coalition. The budget is reasonable and accounts for the mounting realities of the Norman State's responsibilities overseas and at home. It would provide for continued industrial growth through economic subsidies and would renew the school-system with a flush of much needed money. Mr. Nouveau also lashed today, writing a scathing article in the conservative column Voix noble: Not once did d'Estaing ever come to the coalition leadership to try and work out a solution. The concerns put forward by the fiscal wing of the FN are valid enough, but they lack anything of substance (aside from a fear of doing what is upright). Mr. d'Estaing released a statement justifying the move today. I understand the unprecedented nature of the actions taken last night, and I understand that they could have a serious impact on the ruling coalition, but I feel the budget, as we have seen it, will be dangerously unsustainable in the coming year. Oil prices are rising in such a way that continued industrial and military expansion won't be feasible with sufficient international business ties. This is the purpose of my charter: a more secure economic future for the Norman State. The coalition has had fragile moments in the past, especially between the traditionally conservative wing of the FN, and the new-wave nationalists in the FP. For many long-time FN representatives, it is hard to forget the political scheming of the last general election, which saw the FN split into the two parties. Regardless of the political semantics at play, Mr. d'Estaing moved quickly, liquidating the Budget Committee's funding and establishing the Foreign Investments Initiative. The Initiative has made contact with the Foreign Ministry, reporting a new effort to engage in talks with trade officials from Songjiang. Cantonese Republic Considers Abolishing its Military

After decades of absolutely zero military action by the Island Defense Force (IDF), citizens of the Cantonese Republic have considered abolishing their armed forces. The small 2,500 man military is considered to be elite by international standards, but its absolute lack of military hardware (one plane, 3 river boats, dozens of cars) makes it utterly useless as a deterrent of all but the smallest pirate groups.

Current proposals are varied. Some advocate for the integration of the IDF into the Hong Kong & Macau Police Department (HKMPD) in order to justify its existence. Others have called for foreign protection. Popular candidates include the Japanese Federation, Standevia, Besgaria, or Songjiang. Another proposed solution is to invest in a WMD program in order to ensure peace.

A vocal minority of citizens has gone in the opposite direction and demanded that the IDF be expanded no matter the cost.

Whatever the case may be, it seems that the people of the Cantonese Republic are not as eager as their leadership to maintain neutrality in all international affairs.

Your Daily Parisian Paper, April 24, 1982 FII Purchases 3% of Far East Oil In its first official report, the Assembly Budget Committee's Foreign Investment Initiative reports sponsoring a deal between Total S.A. and Songjiang for 3% of Far-East oil reserves. Many in the fiscally conservative wing of the FN have heralded the initiative as a much needed attempt to alleviate the mounting oil crisis, rallying around Mr. d'Estaing's call for re-writing the budget. For FN members who are loyal to the coalition government, the report leaves much to be desired. The report lists the specific financial information about the deal Committee sponsored deal as "...a private financial matter of the Total S.A. Corporation." The coalition's parliamentary leader, Mr. Nouveau, has called the exclusion of those financial details "intentionally deceptive" and "...a cover-up for a deal that helps d'Estaing." Premier Minister Dubois has not commented on the report, which was released yesterday. The opposition parties in the National Assembly have joined the rogue element of the FN in calling for a reform of the budget, which they see as overtly militaristic. Two days ago, opposition leader Emily Jeune published a piece in La vague about the opposition's demands for the budget: Simply put, neither of the leftist parties will support a budget which further increases military spending. We applaud the actions of Mr. d'Estaing, but disagree with his reasoning. He is voting with his wallet, seeing large military expenditures as economically unsustainable with mounting oil prices. I see military expenditures as contradictory to the basis of our democracy. However, this will not stop a potentially opportune marriage. Ms. Jeune additionally announced her intent to file a formal revised edition of the budget with the National Assembly. If this happens, the Assembly would be required to vote on which of the budgets to adopt for the next two years. Willem Linssen Questions Brandenburger Sovereignty

After negotiations between the UFSCR and the Norman State lifted the Norman blockade, Willem Linssen proclaimed the negotiations to be the greatest triumph of the workers over the bourgeoisie in recent history. Since then, Linssen has called for a regenesis of Socialism as the dominant world power; putting forth that the only way to prevent future aggression from the Normans and the WEU was to become a world power. Part of this campaign of liberation included funding a pro-Council Republic group called the Social Nationalist Front of Brandenburg. All of this culminated in a national address by Linssen to the public wherein he openly criticized the government of Brandenburg and questioned the legitimacy of the Brandenburger state, going so far as to suggest Brandenburg was unfit to govern its territory. Linssen refused to clarify what the exact purpose of his announcement was, but it’s likely that liberation of Brandenburger laborers will come sooner or later.

Elektrorech Handed the Spelcom Project

The Spelcom gaming computer had many flaws in its originally released form. This largely came from the fact that it was little more that an Elektrorech 79 Home Computer that had been modified to better handle and display games. Due to the short development time-frame, the small team of Neuerung Software’s Hardware Division had little time to study the intricacies of the E79 while creating the Spelcom. With the recently announced development of an improved Spelcom, dubbed the “Spelcom 2” by the public, Elektronisch Rechnen Hardware Company has been given full control over the Spelcom project, which has lead to the dissolution of Neuerung Software. With Elektrorech fully in control of the Spelcom project, a recent statement by Director of Elektrorech, Johann Wilfried, announced that the latest computing technology would be used in the Spelcom 2, with the gaming computer utilizing many of the innovations that will be used in the upcoming Elektrorech Home Computer.

Panjali Secretary of State Chandrashekar Ghosemajumder has made a statement to the Chinese People's Republic via radio broadcast today in which he demanded that the CPC "let [Panjalis] trade along the border, or face the consequences." The demand marks a significant shift of tone towards the CPC from Panjali leadership, who may possibly be growing tired from the lack of progression in the relationship between the two nations.


As of now, the CPC has not replied to the demands, but it seems the situation may only escalate further. President Bhandari has also not made any comments regarding the demands either.

The United Sietskian Socialist Republics 05/07/1982 White Peace in Mabregre The fools of Mabregre retreated and were forced to sign a white peace, which means little more than leaving Mabregre with half it's previous territory and the acknowledgement of their inferiority. The infrastructure of the RSM was inspected, aswell as several major cities, and a plan for the Development of RSM will soon be released. One of the conditions in the future plan will probably be the change of the name to one that is more suitable in international talks (suggestions include Republic of Brazil and the Democratic Government of Brazil, but no Macaco or Sopa de Macaco).

In what can only be described as an opportunistic land grab, New Memel's neighbors simultaneously declared war on the oil state this morning. Hundreds of thousands of soldiers poured into the border towns of New Memel and quickly beat back the local garrisons. While the thick bush in northern New Memel has slowed down invaders significantly, Sudafrikan motorized forces have been able to move quickly through the more arid south. The Sudafrikan Kriegspanzerbahn have already seized 15km of territory within mere hours. Millions of Burgundian troops have begun their march to the enemy capital.

Despite all this the government of New Memel and Ndongoland remains fairly optimistic.



While things may look grim to the lesser races looking in, those with the proper Germanic mindset can clearly see that our victory is assured. Our Schutztruppe know the terrain well. The United Sietskian Socialist Republics 05/07/1982 War with Odabin With regret we announce that the governments sees no other option that to declare war against Odabin and it's ally, Zaporozhie. Sietsk has to fight for freedom and peace in Europe, and only by liberating these countries from their abusive leaders will peace in Europe be a sure thing. We have been preparing for an unfortunate event like this, but it couldn't be prevented. Sietsk's like-minded friends all over the world are together with us, although not militarily, as we do not wish this war to take it's toll on other nations uninvolved in European politics. The Chinese government has promised to offer financial aid, in the form of building materials, this help will be rewarded after the war ends. The Republic of Sopa de Macaco (undergoing a name change) offered food for the Sietskian soldiers, but we had to refuse, as they need it more than us. Hundreds of thousands of soldiers are ready on the border with Zaporozhie , motivated by the mission to restore order in the area. The Air Forces are ready to free the skies, through strategic bombing of enemy military bases and removal of hostile fighters from the premises. Sietsk's intentions are noble. Our government urges Odabin and Zaporozhie to see reason and end this conflict unconditionally. We advise the soldiers of Odabin and Zaporozhie to stop fighting and surrender. Those that fight against us will be shown no mercy. Cooperation to remove the illegitimate governments of Odabin and Zaporozhie will be rewarded generously. ​Development Program to Create More Cost and Combat Effective Submarines Approved








​The Imperial Navy has been using its 20 Hai Shih-class diesel-electric submarines since 1948 and although they have received many upgrades over the years the ships cost alot in maintenance, fuel and require a large crew to operate.
A small private ship builder Hǎi gōngyè or Sea Industries has presented a plan to build a new submarine more adapted to Songjiangs needs. the new sub is planned to be a nuclear powered multipurpose sub with a primary mission of deploying troops to locations undetected. it will also serve as an attack sub.
The ship is intended to operate with a 18 man crew and carry up to 100 troops for operations. It also has an internal bay to deploy troops while the ship is still underwater or to deploy 2 amphibious APC's while it is surfaced.
Operational and production costs are expected to be half of what the current in service subs are.

Empress Ming Shan Mai provides 3 billion in business loans to Songjiang citizens for starting up or expanding commercial tech industries, an additional 2 billion is set aside for loans to non Songjiang businesses to do the same inside Songjiang. interest rates are set at 2%, and loans must be approved by one of the palace treasurers. the loans are for non military tech ventures only.

It is actually unknown exactly how much money the Imperial Family has as they are not subject to audits or taxes what is known is they have been gathering there wealth for over 600 years and during most of that time they were gathering larger amount of the nations wealth.
