Bio: My family traveled quite often when my sister and I were younger, so I was born in Japan, despite not actually being Japanese, and given a locally based name to fit, appearently after a close friend of my mother's, though it was never really explained to me. I actually grew up in Japan with my sister of quite a time, under the care of my mother who was a nurse for a local high school. Her Quirk was apparently incredibly helpful for treating people with illness, espically Cancer, though she spent most of her time working at a school. Either way, she raised my sister Rhea and I for five years or so. We lived on the outskirts of town, and were largely home schooled by family friend of our father's friend, and rarely interacted with other kids, except for the occassional time we spent at our mother's school. What was it called? UA or something like that? Sometimes the students would watch over us or play with us during their breaks, though Rhea was a bit distant to them. This would last for a while, until an incident happened one day. I had had particularly rough day. I guess you could call it the trantrum of a child, now that I look back on it...I got into a fight with my mother, and wished for her to disappear. As chance would happen, she truly did disappear. She got hit by a car walking us back from the school to our house. I thought it was all my fault, and even though I didn't truly understand it, it was probably still my fault in the end...The only one left to comfort me was my sister, who began to take care of me, even after our father arrived, though she was my only real family for a while.

Geez,that was a bit depressing...Anyways, eventually after a year or so, our father returned from abroad to pick us up from Japan, and we began to travel around the world. Our, Rhea and my, father was a collect and a merchant of sorts I guess. He traveled from place to place buying and selling a myriad of things, from fire arms to tanks, so my childhood from that point was found with meeting a lot off different people in a lot of different places. But, my sister enjoyed that much more than me, since I personally prefered the past time of my father and his friends; gambling. They would play poker constantly, and I guess I must of taken a liking too it, maybe cause of my ability, maybe not. Couldn't tell you for sure. Eventually after some years, maybe eight years or so, my sister left home, taking me with her to start our own business. Seemed she want to get into the trading business like our father. I was just happy to be with her. Our father was kind, but he was distant. Something not helped with his constant traveling. Anyways, we traveled around for some time, visiting places around Europe and running our fair share of small operations. We'd both grown into our Quirks decently at this time, though we were no by means experts, but accourding to Rhea we were making a name for ourselves. We were eventually joined by a few other people, like this guy about Rhea's age in Belgium, but he left us not long ago. Kind of a shame, it was nice having an older brother and sister for a while. Some others, like a guy who Rhea named after a tank, and a girl who was really good at destroying things. We ran into some heroes and villains here and there, rival companies, and the police quite a few times, but it was a fun time. Now we're back in Japan, looking for something, but I forget what. It's Rhea's faulty for interrupting me during a card game! Either way, I'm gonna go look for a card game to kill sometime, or maybe I'll go visit the opening ceremony for UA when it comes. So many choices

Quirk Description: What can I say? I'm just lucky, that's all nothing more and nothing less. But, I can tell you're not here to listen to my stories about cheating those basta-I mean all the card games I've won. My Quirk, High Roller, as my nickname and Quirk name go, is making me lucky. Alright, fine, that's not all it can do. I can effect the probability of myself and others, negatively and positively. Granted, it's not perfect, as I can only change the unlikely likely or the other way around. Let's say we're playing cards, and all the Aces have been dealt. I can't make the next card an Ace, but if three of them have been dealt you can bet I'll get the fourth. On the other hand, I can effect my own probability, not just that of the situation around me. Let's say I'm taking a test, and I come across a question with four answers, right? Well, I can't make it so the answered I was thinking was right turns out to be true, but I can make sure that the answer I guess is likely true. Pretty nifty huh?

Gyro acts first, asks questions later. He sees a guy sprinting past near a crime scene, he just takes off. Makoto is the calmer, more skeptical one of the two. The thing with Gyro is that he gets lucky when he rushes in. He does not know that he actually got the right guy. I should probably make that more clear. Anyways, Gyro’s “trade secret” is pure dumb luck.

Well I mean go for it. Shoichi is currently en-route so if you want she can see a kid with just shorts on being followed by a rather well-built individual moving towards the sounds of the explosions.

EDIT: By the way should probably let you all know Ryuu's capabilities:
- Extreme Strength/Durability: Due to his construction and nature, the being can generate heavy blows with his arms and legs and withstand more destructive hits than normal. This is enough to break concrete and steel, all things considered.
- Reactive hardening: Upon a blow, his 'skin' and metal with harden to five times their normal strength and durability. Not much to be said on that, aside from a stiffening of the region affected during the duration of the blow.
- Gaseous Breath: On command, Ryuu can emit a cloud of what is essentially airborne pepper spray combined with minor effects of bear spray to a radius of three yards, covering himself and those around him for up to twenty seconds. This lasts for around five minutes after use.
