Can I create and post a draft without being a WA member?

I will soon be eligible to join the WA in about 36 days time. May I create a draft and then post it here before I join the WA? Just to get your guys opinions on it and the such.

No reason why not. In order to submit, though, you need a WA nation with two endorsements.

One more question, I can't seem to find any resolution that matches this topic, but is there any resolution regarding the usage and proliferation of cyberweapons?

You could also just get a new nation now and join the WA on that. Unless there's some kind of special moderator arrangement here.

There isn't that I'm aware. I just want to wait the allocated time before joining the World Assembly once more. I know right off the bat that people will be opposed to my entrance into the WA once more. I want to kinda show that I'm... more mature?

Thank you, Imperium. I believe there's a bit of a vacuum here regarding cyberweapons. Do you think people would veto my resolution because of my past? If so, please tell me.

OOC: I was working on that with someone a while back (you can find the drafting thread by searching the forum for "cyberweapons", though don't post there until I've heard back from my co-author whether they want to resurrect the draft). If you want, I can throw some of the stuff from our research your way in TGs.

(Given the new category and its AoEs, I might dig out of the mothballs a lot of old drafts...)
