Changes in stat but not shown?

I use this nation to specialize in the nudity stat, but recently, I haven't seen direct changes, i.e. after answering an issue, even with detailed stats enabled.
I have not seen a single after-issue change in nudity, but according to my trend (when zoomed in), it has actually been increasing.

Why is that? It wasn't always hidden, but I can't really remember when this started to happen; it's been that long...

Any change less than 0.05% is not shown. I think there's a way to view it in the API or something, but I'm not really sure.

There's been a lot of issues that, when given an increase in nudity, only make it go up by "0.25%," but there has to be some issues I've answered recently that gave more than that, right?

This is extremely unlikely to be a bug. Either it's what Pencil Sharpeners 2 said, or you just haven't been paying attention.

Once you get a very high stat, it's much much harder to increase it further. Stat increases aren't just plus 'x' or minus 'x'. Our formulas are more complex than you think.
