"Mr. Downey, blocking the NGOs ability to function in these nations is yet another pressure on their governments to accede to international demands. The IPNO is active in many other nations that aren't affected by sanctions - I doubt they'll be out of available projects."

[Roendavar]

Lord Aleksei Virianu Lomeani stepped out of the polished car, his eyes fixated on one thing. The G4 Headquarters. He wore his country's national colors, velvet, in a well-tailored suit, which only the finest of nobles in Roendavar could buy. He was chosen by the King Vladimir IV to represent the country in the Gael Four Commision, an offer he could not refuse as only a few can catch the attention of the Grand Court, let alone the ruling King. As he stepped into the headquarters, he was told that there was a discussion and that he must stay outside for now. Good. he thought. He pulled an envelope from his pocket. It was bright white and had a purple seal with the coat of arms of Roendavar stamped on it. It was a replica of the letters that was sent to the delegates of the G4, an application. He carefully broke the seal and reviewed its contents:

ROENDAVARIAN APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE GAEL FOUR COMMISSION

Good day! The Utopian Kingdom of the Union of Roendavar and the States of Andavar, Sudever, Tillianan, and Vastaros, express their desire to join the Gael Four Commision. Being a part of Gael, it is our greatest pleasure to be a part of an organization that wishes to further promote law, stability, and peace in the region. We feel that our ideals as a nation coincide with the Commision's policies to insure a safer Gael, a mission Roendavar also seeks.

With our country straddling the Eterna Sea and the Southern Sea, as well as hosting one of the largest ports in Eastern Gael, Constantiara,we feel it imperative that we share this advantages to the entirety of our region, and especially those who wishes to be an ally of the country. Roendavar also has a large Tourism sector and having access to the vast and rich population of Gael will be a boost to our economy. We are also host to a booming pharmaceutical sector and a strong, stable agriculture sector that Roendavar can contribute to the region.

Our government is set on promoting peace and unity. As a country made from the unity of four states that are different from each other, we have managed to go beyond our differences and move forward as one people and, with the guidance of our monarchy which unites us, we are ready to enter a new era of international diplomacy here in Gael.

As for our country, our people, the Roendavarians, share the same ideals, culture, and race with Gael. Thus, the four states of Andavar, Sudever, Tillianan, and Vastaros, in unanimity, agrees to the provisions that shall be set forth when our country enters the commission.

If there are any further questions, our delegate, Lord Aleksei Virianu Lomeani, will be arriving soon. We hope that the Commission sees the willingness of our people and accept us in open arms.

"I believe it is now time for the question of Aruian membership to be settled. I have summoned the relevant party and they shall be here shortly."

[Aruia]

Emidio Lett'iere walked to the stand with very neatly assorted papers.
She wore a blue grey suit and he hair was tightly wrapped in a bun being held by a black pin with a flower shape to at the tip.
"Hello commissioners and delegates of the Gael four, I am Emidio Lett'iere prospective ambassador of Aruia to the Gael Four. As you know Aruia has had interest in entering the Gael four in the form of a full member for quite some time. Aruia has several economic partnerships and continues to be invlved with the nations across Gael and is a key contributor to the efforts and initiatives made by several of the nations you are representing on this stage. I will also would like to hold the acknowledgment that Aruia shares many political and geopolitical interests and benefits with the nations that are sat in the Gael Four that go past even the cultural similarity. I am prepared and am qualified to answer questions regarding my nation's potential entry to the Gael Four and ease any concerns you, the commissioners present may have" she spoke with a somewhat assertive tone as if she was preparing for this her whole life or the day before.

[Ainslie]

"I shall open up the floor to discussion, I currently have no questions for the delegation present."

[Ostehaar]

"Neither do I."

[Verdon]

Vidal finished flipping through the Aruian dossier and leaned forward.
"Full membership for Aruia is supported by Verdon at this time."

[Agadar]

Blackburn looked up from the Aruian dossiers.

"We have already been sufficiently informed about your nation and its government," he said, "and as such, I have no further questions at this time. The kingdom of Agadar says aye to a full membership."

[Ainslie]

Are we in agreeance that Aruia shall acquire full membership? Any objections to this should be lodged within 48 hours. At that point, we will move onto the question of Roendavar's membership.

[Ainslie]

"The question of Aruia's membership has been settled - they shall ascend to full membership in the Gael Four. The Commission shall be in correspondence with the delegate and their staff soon. Now, we shall discuss the question of Roendavaran membership. They shall be here shortly."

[Roendavar]

The Roendavarian delegate adjusted the golden rose pin on his coat as he entered the room. He quickly glanced to the side as he saw the delegates of the countries sitting. He made his way to the podium, clearing his throat as he begun to speak. He spoke with a soft and warm tone.

"Good day, commissioners and delegates. My name is Aleksei Virianu Lomeani and I represent the Utopian Kingdom of the Union of Roendavar, the four states of Andavar, Sudever, Tillianan, and Vastaros, as well as the Roendavarian people, as appointed by our beloved ruler, dragoi, King Vladimir IV Drăculul Avărești, along with the judgement of the Grand Court. I am here to present why Roendavar should be accepted full membership in this institution. Our country lies on the borders of the Eterna Sea, Southern Sea, and Gael. Our position ensures that we are a major trade port and destination and we would like to share these benefits with the rest of our brothers and sisters of Gael. Roendavar also has a large industrial and fast-growing agricultural sectors that would ensure economic benefits. We also have promising touristic potential that we would like to offer to the other regions. My people share similarities in culture with the rest of your people. Our country promises to stay committed in the values set upon this organization and we, too, seek to embody these ideals. We are a peace-loving people that seek to spread good and we believe that we will do our best in order to contribute as best as we can. I hope you all consider my country for a place in the Gael Four."

He finished his speech, smiling at the other delegates.

"If you have any questions or inquiries, please do ask. I shall answer them the best I can and at the behest of my country."

[Ostehaar]

"I currently have no questions. Delegates?"

[Verdon]

Vidal looked up, "Ah, my apologies, I thought our support was a given. No questions and we're willing to endorse full membership, should no other concerns be raised."

[Ainslie]

"We are of the same mindset as the Verdonians and Osters."

[Agadar]

"No questions nor disagreement with Roendavar's request to become a full member of the Gael Four," Blackburn stated confidently.

[Ainslie]

"Roendavar's membership shall be made valid if there are no further objections launched in the next 24 hours."

[Dormill and Stiura]

Ambassador Clément walked silently but briskly through the door into the moderately sized meeting room elsewhere in the Commission building, it was a part of the wider annex that was separated from the main chamber of the Commission. It did have a decent view of the outside on the left wall. She had scheduled an emergency meeting of the rest of the Gael Four's security and intelligence officials, no more than three depending on who she could find with a clear schedule, to make her case about the situation in Noronica, and perhaps Orsandia as well.

The room was currently empty, with a stand to put a laptop and a projector overhead in the center of the room for a presentation on the situation, with a regular meeting sized desk and its accompanying chairs. She would be presenting a copy of the same briefing given to the President earlier today with some redacted information as necessary. As she stood there, with aides bringing in some refreshments and translating equipment, she hoped that this would swing Dormill and Stiura's partners to her side and get them to support the Noronnican government against the Overlord, and not to intervene as Dormill and Stiura begins operations in Arvan.

Mehnard pushed the door open with his upper arm - he was holding a pile of dossiers and reports - holding the door for the person behind him. Sara Gruhnsjer, current head of the Lovsk Department at the Vaalar's Analysis Branch, stepped in and found herself a seat. It was her first session as official representative to the G4 intelligence committee, and she was instructed to mostly listen and learn at this meeting.

Mehnard laid down the material on the desk at the corner of the room and took a seat beside Sara. "Feeling ready?" He asked quietly with half a smile. She nodded calmly in response. "Thanks, but I'm fine. It's a nice change."

"Good afternoon, Ambassador," Sara greeted. "Are we in for a show?"

[Dormill and Stiura]

"Good Afternoon," Clément responded, "You must be Sara Gruhnsjer. Vaalar, right? As for a 'show', I would think that you two will have a lot to say about what I'm going to tell you. For now, we still have a few minutes and some missing people so help yourself to some lunch on the desk behind you."

[Ainslie]

JC Downey walked into the meeting room, seeing one of the security people ushering her in. Elias Delah, the chief international cooperation officer for the Ahnslen Intelligence Community followed Downey into the room.

"So, before the others come in - what occasion brings us here?", Elias said.

[Dormill and Stiura]

"Mr. Delah, Mrs. Downwy; great to see you two. Didn't you catch the news this morning? I'll clarify it more when I start but to give a brief on it. The United Republics has begun military operations to secure the Territory of Arvan to ensure the assets there cannot be abused by the Overlord of Noronica as this crisis continues. I felt it was necessary to talk with our partners here to make sure we're all on the same page."

[Michigonia]

Dr. Olden Prosje, coming directly from another intelligence briefing, entered behind Andrew Dassinger, Michigonia's representative to the G4 Intel committee. Dassinger, a retired Lt. Colonel from the Air Force's Intel division, greeted everyone in the room.

They took their seats eager for new updates.

[Dormill and Stiura]

Pressed for time, and considering that the most critical partners to D&S were all in the same room, Ambassador Clément decided to set things up and begin.

"Ambassadors, honored guests. Thank you all for your arrival on such short notice. As you all might be aware, the United Republics is beginning military operations in the Territory of Arvan, or the Prefectorial State of Arvan depending on which you recognize, today in response to the sudden escalation of tensions in Noronica." She began calmly, the aim of the game was to convince them that Dormill and Stiura was acting multilaterally and not as a belligerent. She switched slides to show the current map of deployments. "You can see here that the United Republics is only deploying two Brigades, just over 13,000 troops, to secure the territory and ensure that the illegitimate Overlord can't utilize the Noronnican assets or the peninsula's location to launch attacks at either the United Republics, which has sided with the government and the Prime Minister, or the mainland of Noronica." She again switches to a map of the planned zones of 'occupation', "These here will be the extent of Dormill-Stiuraian operations. We'll be there to make sure the area remains safe and secure for both Noronnican and Dormill-Stiuraian populations living in Arvan."

She paused for a moment, letting the information sink in. "All said, the plan calls that our forces will be there only for as long as the crisis persist, after which we shall leave. Are there any questions?"

[Aruia]

Sirenno Be'lani took a sit in the observers seats, he was asked to enter the meeting and sit there and observe on behalf of Aruia.

"If I may," said Sara, "I have several questions, starting with - how are you planning to secure safe naval passage? What are your plans regarding the few Oster units currently operating in the forests against crime organizations?"
