What would the Quirk even be? A quirk which gives it's user the mental attributes of Sherlock?

It's loosely described as a trancelike state (hence his nickname "Trance"). He can ignore pain, go even more ludicrously fast/strong, and recall/analyze things he's seen/is currently seeing. But he's not invinsible, his gimmick is he can ignore pain and recover from injuries, but he can be killed very hard. One destructo-wave or a creato-wave inside his skull, and he's toast.

He gains a high pain tolerance (but he still takes damage like a normal person) and becomes somewhat stronger and faster, in addition to the recalling/analysing ability.

The twins birthday is a couple of days after the U.A. Entrance Exams. And a more in depth explanation of Purple Lights quirk: He does not have three “wave energy” quirk, his quirk is one known as “Indigo Flare”, light energy that is so hot and concentrated that it acts as an offensive quirk. This is where the purple light part of the twins quirk comes into effect. However, light does not bear any mass, so his quirk is not the same as the twins “Wave energy” quirk. The other half of their quirk comes from their mother, a pro hero who’s quirk “mass manipulation”. She can increase the mass of an object, making it denser and heavier. This is why Emi can create weapons that hold actual mass, and why she can actually hold a weapon she creates. Wave is the combination of a light and mass quirk.

Appearance: Caucasian, around 5"7 and 172lbs. Has brunette hair and brown eyes. He is very toned for his own size and his hands are bruised and bandaged. He wears thin rimmed metal glasses that are tinted with a bronze coloring. He can be also shown with soot or other oily stains on him as he works with equipment. When he's training, he's usually seen with gauntlets or modified metal boxing gloves that helps his hands and strengthen his attacks.

Bio: Daniel is the son of a long line of people who came from Cassie's Field, Louisiana but the second one to take upon the quest to be a hero. Daniel was born to the legendary Quirkless hero Big Easy, who managed to get worldwide media attention by defeating powerful villains and saving people with a basic combination of boxing and using exoskeletons. Because of his family lineage, Daniel thought he could be able to be a hero the same as his father but things haven't entirely changed for the bottom 20%.

While his father taught him how to box and he was a natural southpaw thanks to being left-handed, he was also taught how tinker and make equipment. This was because the hero schools wouldn't allow Daniel to join their Hero Course because he was Quirkless, despite his father being an exceptional fighter. The feeling of dread came to Big Easy's son but he knew that his son wouldn't let make this loss change him so Big Easy kept looking till he saw the U.A and saw that Daniel could fit there in the Support Department.

It took a heated argument to get Daniel to understand that the world had already staked the deck against Quirkless people and he had to show the world that heroes come in all varieties, not just the majority. After that, Daniel was sent to Japan as a recommended transfer student and set his sights on being like his father and carry the torch of being the beacon for Quirkless people all over the world.

Occupation: UA Student Support Department 1-D

Quirk Name: He has none but he's a craftsman and a skilled boxer


Quirk Description: Because of Daniel being Quirkless, he has to rely on his exoskeleton to fight on equal terms with others who are faster or stronger than him. He's a skilled crafter, being the one who made his own exoskeleton and made training gauntlets to help him box better. It doesn't take him that long to work on a project but he still needs help since he's no genius or wealthy.

The second thing is he's a skilled Southpaw Boxer. Due to Daniel being left-handed, his father taught him how to box. While he is stuck working with equipment, he still is skilled technical southpaw that can dodge and have one hardest, and fastest, punches in his class and can hit harder in his exoskeleton.

The thing is that he's a boxing purist, only knowing how to box because of how easy it is to learn. Because of it he has difficulty with fighters who have more of varied skill sets and are able to counter his boxing.

Annora Allegrodo's early life was that of tragedy and anger. She was raised by loving parents for the first 6 years of her life until they were killed during a battle with a Villain. The pain Annora felt after the death of her parents showed her the true state of the world along with the Villains that she would grow up hating so much. Annora soon after discovered her quirk, which she aptly named Lightning. However Annora quickly learned that though her quirk was versatile and had the potential to be powerful, she could accidentally shock someone if she isn't careful. Annora actually touched one of her friends and severely shocked him, sending him to the hospital. This caused Annora to isolate herself and avoid being around people since she believed her quirk causes pain. Over the next few years after her parents death and the shocking incident, Annora received special insulated gloves which helps to avoid accidental shocking. She finally became self confident enough to enroll into UA to become a Pro Hero and avenge her parents' deaths.

Quirk Name: Lightning

Quirk Description: (If it's a source material quirk, just put a link to it's MHA wiki page). Annora is able to generate lightning from any part of her body. She can blast electricity out of her hands by simply thrusting them forward and shooting out the lightning. Annora can also use her quirk as a shield, surrounding herself with lightning, which can be used both offensively and defensively. Using Lightning, Annora has access to the Electrically Enhanced Condition, which allows her to use her quirk to accelerate her nerves, which gives her superhuman strength, speed, agility and reflexes. However, using the Electrically Enhanced Condition is extremely tiring for Annora as she can only use it for one minute, after which, she goes completely numb and is unable to move. Also, Annora does not have full control over her quirk, and can electrocute anything she touches if she's not careful. Annora usually wears special insulated gloves in order to prevent an accidental shocking. Because of this, Annora likes to avoid people in order to not hurt them. She can also absorb electricity, although absorbing too much can result in her death.

Jasmine Taulra's childhood was that of a typical girl in Japan in her first few years. Nothing was deemed out of the ordinary, until the discovery of her quirk, Devil's Whisper. Jasmine was at first thought to be quirkless, due to the subtlety of her power. Despite this initial outlook, Jasmine still believed she could become a Hero, mirroring Midoriya in some aspects. However, this fantasy caused her to become irrational and develop an inferiority complex. In Junior High, she met some older students with quirks who were teasing her about being quirkless. This by itself didn't necessarily bother Jasmine too much, as she always dealt with this and simply ignored them. However the teasing turned into harassment, and eventually escalated from there. One day, Jasmine was walking home from school and was approached by the group of students who always bothered her. They decided to corner her and started verbally abusing her. Jasmine, out of fear from what they would do to her, and lack of confidence in herself, she stayed. She endured them, until they got physical with her. She begged for help but no one came. Fearing for her life and experiencing true hatred and anger for the first time, she awakened her dormant power. She lashed out, striking each member of the students there with a horrible pain illusion. This was enough to incapacitate them and put them in a coma. Jasmine, being traumatized from this event, blamed herself for this and was investigated for what happened. At first refusing to cooperate with police, she told the truth of what happened that day and about her illusion quirk. Not much happened from there, but the attack made Jasmine realize what an awful place the world truly is. She slowly became twisted and started experimenting with her quirk on random people, making sure she was never assaulted again. Jasmine also found out that her illusions had another capability: Mind Control. This aspect of Jasmine's ability allowed her to manipulate a person simply by speaking to them, though of course they had to hear what she said, and she had to will it to happen. Jasmine started to believe she was better than everyone else, and soon started to manipulate people close to her to gain what she wanted. Jasmine made it into UA, and was one of the top students in her class. Her quirk allowed her to steamroll through the various competitions at the school and her hard work ethic propelled her into the best students in the class. However, her classmates distrusted her, as she had used Devil's Whisper on them before, and began to avoid her. The isolation made Jasmine believe that they simply feared her, which was something she wanted, but it also drove her crazy. Her obsession with being loved, while also manipulating people resulted in her leaving UA High School. It wasn't long until Jasmine met Amelia, another person who was...not mentally stable. They immediately became friends and started plotting, becoming Villains together. Jasmine and Amelia became partners in their two person team.

Quirk Name: Devil's Whisper

Quirk Description: Jasmine essentially has a hybrid quirk. The first part of her power is the ability to create illusions, which can range from simply creating things that do not actually exist, to locking her target in an entire different world, similar to Itachi Uchiha's Tsukuyomi. These illusions however, require direct eye contact with her target, and she must keep her eyes open in order to keep the illusion going. The moment Jasmine blinks, the illusion ends. Also, overusing this ability results in temporary blindness, extreme migraines, bleeding of the eyes, and eye pain. The second aspect of her illusion quirk is known as Devil's Whisper. Unlike her other illusions, Devil's Whisper does not require eye contact. This illusion works akin to mind control, with Jasmine being able to manipulate a person simply by speaking to them. The drawback to Devil's Whisper is that the target must hear Jasmine speak.

Arlo Barotovi was born to the Barotovi family, a family of Pro Heroes. They are well known throughout the world and as soon as Arlo was born, he was touted to become the successor to his family's fame and prestige. Arlo's quirk, Acceleration, allows him to take the potential energy of an object and charge it by converting the potential energy to kinetic energy, which is also known as Molecular Acceleration. This quirk is incredibly versatile and allows him to essentially blow things up just by touching them with all five fingers on either hand. Arlo was recognized as a prodigy when he attended UA and it was there that he developed his signature moves. Using playing cards and charging them, he was able to dominate his classmates and graduated at the top of his class. As Arlo became a Pro Hero, he recklessly challenged some of the strongest Villains in the entire world, and took them down. His Acceleration quirk resulted in Arlo becoming widely popular due to his unorthodox fighting style.

Quirk Name: Conversion (also known as Acceleration-Dissolution)

Quirk Description: Arlo's quirk allows him to manipulate the energy within an object, giving him the ability to either kinetically "charge" any object (or person) he touches if he chooses, (which can cause it to explode), or he can cause objects/people to pull themselves apart, forcing them to melt down to nothing. The former ability is known as (Kinetic) Acceleration, which is done by taking the potential energy stored in an object and converting it into kinetic energy. However, Acceleration must be done through physical contact with all five fingers, but once this is achieved, he effectively turns anything he touches into a time bomb. The size of the explosion is dependent o how long Arlo is able to hold on to his target. Liquid and gas based quirks can counter Acceleration since Arlo would be unable to grasp them. The larger an object is, the longer it takes to charge. The dissolution aspect of Conversion works just like Acceleration, but with the opposite effect. By touching anything/anyone with all five fingers, Arlo causes them to melt, dissolving the thing he touched. He uses Acceleration at long rage ( Arlo normally uses playing cards and throws them at his target in order since they're easier to control, throw, and quicker to charge. His playing cards have the force of a grenade when thrown). And he uses Dissolution in close quarters combat.

Bio: Of distant relation to the pro hero Earphone Jack, Etsuko grew up in an apartment complex within walking distance of Akihabara, in Chiyoda Ward. Her father was an ex-Pro Hero by the name of Ghost Trick who had retired to government work after nearly losing his legs, her mother had a simple Electricity Quirk. Like most with a Mutant-type Quirk, her abilities came in at birth, so she had a fair amount of practice with it at even a young age - and like most kids, that got her into a lot of mischief. In her case, much of it involved cryptocurrency and shitposting on national and foreign imageboards, plus a few website defacing stuff. Nothing serious, of course. She never got caught of course, though it didn't sit well with her parents. Sending her to a hero academy was mostly her parents' idea of getting her in line, though she's more than open to the idea of working as a hero for a living. She's just a little more lax with the law than most other heroes would like. Not that most know about that.

Quirk Name: Electron Body

Quirk Description: Technically of the Mutant- type, though with Emitter features. Her entire body is composed of electrons, allowing her to phase through certain materials, fire bolts of electricity (though without a source of electricity, this is rather like throwing blood at someone), and 'invade' electronic devices, allowing her to possess them much as a ghost possesses a body. She occasionally will lose 'cohesion' and flicker and glitch like an old TV screen and/or a recording, which especially happens if she gets excited/emotional, or when she's asleep - she usually sleeps with a specialized battery in which she can store herself should it get too bad at night. Absorbing electricity enhances her speed and physical strength, though storing too much can also cause her to have reduced cohesion, overheat, and talk too fast to be understood - like playing voice on fast forward. Possessing an electronic device, robots especially, can alter her behavior for a while afterwards, though she seems immune to computer viruses. Magnets, and especially EM weapons, can effect her cohesion as well - magnets are usually mere annoyances however, while EM weapons can genuinely hurt her - so can directed energy weapons and Tasers, though not as much. She can probably do other things with this highly versatile power too, but she hasn't tried anything else yet.

There's nothing really to write home about of Takahara's past. He's an average Japanese middle-class boy who's getting through by just following the flow. His family is also fine and making enough to get by. In fact, the only thing remotely interesting about his past is the fact that he joined a kendo club in the middle school and was pretty good at it.

Once he passed the middle school though, he became more ambitious and desire to join U.A through the entrance exam. Like many of his peers, Takahara does found it in himself wanting to be a hero much like Deku or King Explosion. But it's far from being the only reason. The real reason why he wanted to join U.A is that he found himself worried about his future. Beside his reasonably good quirk and kendo skill, he really has nothing to show. His grades are below average and he didn't have any other particular hobby. Though his kendo achievement will make it easier to go to normal high school and maybe even Uni, he doesn't want to just become an average office worker later on.

Quirk Description:
Takahara's quirk allows him to turn air into solid, almost invisible surface, similar to the Solid Air quirk. The difference is the means Takahara solidify air around him, which is by touching any space of air with the surface of his hand or anything that he currently holds (ie. if he holds a knife, he can solidify the air with the knife instead). The bigger the surface he solidify and the more often he used his quirk the more he will exert it, and overexertion may result in a failure to solidify air at all for a certain amount of time, or produce weaker, wobblier surface and even liquidize the air instead. Solidified air will dissipate on its own after 17 minutes, no matter how big it is.

Once he has solidified the air he has the option to either lock it "floating" around the place he solidify it or making it move to one direction based on what motion he did when he solidify said air (ie. if he pushed his hand when using his quirk, the surface will move in the direction he pushed). The speed of the surface moving is determined by how hard he did the motion..

Bio:

Cyrene Theresa Simon is the daughter of an American teacher living in Japan as an English teacher and a school nurse who met at the school both were employed at and eventually fell in love and were married. Over the course of her childhood, Cyrene, who saw her mother as the best role model a girl could ask for (it didn't hurt that her mother preferred to be a woman Cyrene could confide in and trust first and a disciplinarian only when needed), always had one dream: To be a nurse. It was little surprise, then, that her Quirk, which manifested itself at age 5, would lead to her into a life of constant pain healing the various cuts, bruises, and scrapes of her classmates as much as she could. Indeed, throughout her schooling, she leaned toward the medical field, going so far as to violate lights out with books on anatomy and medicine where most kids her age would sneak games and comic books. It was really only at the insistence of her father that she even bothered with Hero work.

Insistence which had lead a friend of his, a wealthy business owner who, on a business trip to Japan, had heard of the opening at the school he worked at (her business sold books, one book of which was used to teach advanced English) and let him know of it, to, at his behest, commission a hero suit which would amplify not only her healing power, but her physical strength and provide some protection.

It was this suit which allowed her to get her hero license, under the name "Black Tag". For a while, Cyrene fought villains as a sort of combat nurse, healing her allies (she'd scored 85 points on the practical exam, of which only 20 were for "villains") and occasionally contributing to fights while using the money she earned to put herself through medical school. That all came crashing to a halt when, 15 years ago, her anger at the death of a friend got the better of her and nearly got her classified as a villain (indeed, had she not healed the villain after securing him, she *would* have been.). For five years after that incident, "Black Tag" made no more appearances as Cyrene drowned her regret, both for the harm she'd done and for the fact that, had she focused solely on healing, she would have noticed her friend's injuries in time to heal her, in medical books and beer, working as a convenience store clerk to get the money for both. It was in one of those books that she would find the words that would bring her back to her dream and, possibly, save her life:

"I will abstain from all intentional wrong-doing and harm.".

The words struck a chord within Cyrene that would lead her to retake the Hero License exam under a new hero name, taken from the name of the oath in which they were found:

Hippocrata.

With the new name came a new suit, one bought with a favor of healing, which gave her the same protection and strength of the old, and gloves which, though doubling the pain of her Quirk, would allow her to heal with contact anywhere up to her elbows, and had one important difference from the old: The helmet, with technology built in to search for violent impulses, would restrain her using the suit's motors if she ever tried to fight again. Also of note was the fact that she had chosen a different color for the suit, this one mostly white in place of the old one's green, and lacking a covering over the mouth. In place of the plain scrubs cap was the helmet, which had a power cell in a rear pylon and two sensors shaped like horns, as well as a "headband" there purely for aesthetics reasons, the whole design making it a poor choice for combat. She'd also had the "skirt" puffed out, both to disguise the batteries and as a style choice.

The new suit made the exam difficult. There was a portion of it that had involved mock combat. But she had made it through without fighting, and won her license. After signing on with a hero agency, Cyrene worked as a rescue hero, healing people who had been injured in disasters, to finish putting herself through medical school with the goal of one day working as a school nurse, a dream her return to the world of the willingly living had reawakened in her, and it was five years later that she finally made it to her destination. It would be UA, on the recommendation of a few of her colleagues, who would hire her, and she is now 5 years into a successful career.

Quirk Description: Technically of the Mutant- type, though with Emitter features. Her entire body is composed of electrons, allowing her to phase through certain materials, fire bolts of electricity (though without a source of electricity, this is rather like throwing blood at someone), and 'invade' electronic devices, allowing her to possess them much as a ghost possesses a body. She occasionally will lose 'cohesion' and flicker and glitch like an old TV screen and/or a recording, which especially happens if she gets excited/emotional, or when she's asleep - she usually sleeps with a specialized battery in which she can store herself should it get too bad at night. Absorbing electricity enhances her speed and physical strength, though storing too much can also cause her to have reduced cohesion, overheat, and talk too fast to be understood - like playing voice on fast forward. Possessing an electronic device, robots especially, can alter her behavior for a while afterwards, though she seems immune to computer viruses. Magnets, and especially EM weapons, can effect her cohesion as well - magnets are usually mere annoyances however, while EM weapons can genuinely hurt her - so can directed energy weapons and Tasers, though not as much. She can probably do other things with this highly versatile power too, but she hasn't tried anything else yet.

Bio: The older of the Takizumi twins (born approximately 29 seconds before her brother, Hirohiko), Emi was also quite unique in appearance, compared to the rest of her family. She has bright blue eyes, while the rest of her family has brown. While she was the first to be born, her quirk manifested after her brothers, with Hirohikos manifesting at age 4, and hers emerging at age 5. The disparity in the twin siblings quirks was quite noticeable, as they were complete opposites. Emi could form objects from her wave energy, shape everything from a tiny snowflake to an intricate crystalline structure. However, Hirohiko could only direct his Wave energy to create destructive force. The twins inherited the combined aspects of their quirk from their father, a pro hero named Purple Light (who’s quirk is to produce beams of purple light hot enough to cut steel), and their mother, a pro hero named .

Quirk Description: Creation type Wave energy is a purple form of light energy which can be used to form solid objects. Emu uses her ability to form temporary weapons, such as swords, guns, shields, etc. which fade off after about 1-2 minutes of use. She creates this energy by sacrificing her own thermal energy to convert it into light, which can be manifested in its Wave form. Projectile weapons take more thermal energy as more has to be sacrificed to produce ammunition for the weapon. If she expends too much energy, her body temperature will drop drastically, a symptom that can be fatal if her temp drops too much. In the event of extreme body temperature drops, she must stop creating wave energy and do something physical to raise her body temperature, or consume a hot food or drink of some sort.

Quirk Description: Destruction type wave energy is the exact opposite of creation type. Destruction type releases pulses of pure light energy, produced through the same therm-light conversion method. Hirohiko can charge his hands with the Wave energy and use it to enhance his punches, or send out projectiles of the energy that cause a moderate amount of damage, being able to make a dent in 5 inch thick steel. Destruction type Wave also bears the same repercussions of use as creation type.

Quirk Name: Lightning

Quirk Description: (If it's a source material quirk, just put a link to it's MHA wiki page). Annora is able to generate lightning from any part of her body. She can blast electricity out of her hands by simply thrusting them forward and shooting out the lightning. Annora can also use her quirk as a shield, surrounding herself with lightning, which can be used both offensively and defensively. Using Lightning, Annora has access to the Electrically Enhanced Condition, which allows her to use her quirk to accelerate her nerves, which gives her superhuman strength, speed, agility and reflexes. However, using the Electrically Enhanced Condition is extremely tiring for Annora as she can only use it for one minute, after which, she goes completely numb and is unable to move. Also, Annora does not have full control over her quirk, and can electrocute anything she touches if she's not careful. Annora usually wears special insulated gloves in order to prevent an accidental shocking. Because of this, Annora likes to avoid people in order to not hurt them. She can also absorb electricity, although absorbing too much can result in her death.

Quirk Description: (If it's a source material quirk, just put a link to it's MHA wiki page). Jasmine's Quirk allows her to create illusions, which she most commonly uses it the form of mind control. Devil's Whisper is a quirk which allows Jasmine to enter the mind of anyone she chooses and manipulate them, so long as they are unaware of her quirk. Another drawback is that Devil's Whisper must be spoken, and the target must be able to hear Jasmine speak. Jasmine usually works as a stealth assassin because of this.

Quirk Name: Acceleration

Quirk Description: (If it's a source material quirk, just put a link to it's MHA wiki page). Arlo's quirk allows him to kinetically "charge" any object he touches if he chooses, which can cause it to explode. Acceleration must be done through physical contact (at least five fingers must touch whatever he is charging), but once this is achieved, Arlo can choose to either explode his target, or hold on longer in order to get more powerful explosions. Also, the size of the explosion is dependent on how long Arlo is able to hold on to his target. Liquid and gas based quirks can counter Acceleration since Arlo would be unable to grasp them. The larger an object is, the longer it takes to charge. Arlo normally uses playing cards and throws them at his target in order since they're easier to control, throw, and quicker to charge. His playing cards have the force of a grenade when thrown.

Appearance: Caucasian, around 5"7 and 172lbs. Has brunette hair and brown eyes. He is very toned for his own size and his hands are bruised and bandaged. He wears thin rimmed metal glasses that are tinted with a bronze coloring. He can be also shown with soot or other oily stains on him as he works with equipment. When he's training, he's usually seen with gauntlets or modified metal boxing gloves that helps his hands and strengthen his attacks.

Bio: Daniel is the son of a long line of people who came from Cassie's Field, Louisiana but the second one to take upon the quest to be a hero. Daniel was born to the legendary Quirkless hero Big Easy, who managed to get worldwide media attention by defeating powerful villains and saving people with a basic combination of boxing and using exoskeletons. Because of his family lineage, Daniel thought he could be able to be a hero the same as his father but things haven't entirely changed for the bottom 20%.

While his father taught him how to box and he was a natural southpaw thanks to being left-handed, he was also taught how tinker and make equipment. This was because the hero schools wouldn't allow Daniel to join their Hero Course because he was Quirkless, despite his father being an exceptional fighter. The feeling of dread came to Big Easy's son but he knew that his son wouldn't let make this loss change him so Big Easy kept looking till he saw the U.A and saw that Daniel could fit there in the Support Department.

It took a heated argument to get Daniel to understand that the world had already staked the deck against Quirkless people and he had to show the world that heroes come in all varieties, not just the majority. After that, Daniel was sent to Japan as a recommended transfer student and set his sights on being like his father and carry the torch of being the beacon for Quirkless people all over the world.

Occupation: UA Student Support Department 1-D

Quirk Name: He has none but he's a craftsman and a skilled boxer


Quirk Description: Because of Daniel being Quirkless, he has to rely on his exoskeleton to fight on equal terms with others who are faster or stronger than him. He's a skilled crafter, being the one who made his own exoskeleton and made training gauntlets to help him box better. It doesn't take him that long to work on a project but he still needs help since he's no genius or wealthy.

The second thing is he's a skilled Southpaw Boxer. Due to Daniel being left-handed, his father taught him how to box. While he is stuck working with equipment, he still is skilled technical southpaw that can dodge and have one hardest, and fastest, punches in his class and can hit harder in his exoskeleton.

The thing is that he's a boxing purist, only knowing how to box because of how easy it is to learn. Because of it he has difficulty with fighters who have more of varied skill sets and are able to counter his boxing.

Alright. If you create a Villain, maybe Jasmine and your character can team up. I think it may be pretty interesting. I believe Jasmine's mind control quirk would go well with a recon oriented quirk (such as Search)
