This Assembly must decide that a Nation has its own right to decide whether a Religion should be allowed in it's sovereign territory.

Again understanding that a Nation also has the right to allow a Religion in it's sovereign territory.

This Assembly must understand that a member nation should always have the right to do something on it's free will, also understanding that the unnecessary suffering of individuals of member states should be avoided at all cost, that the right to a religious view should not take priority.

The World Assembly should be a tool for creating a safer environment for all member states, and should not be a tool to be used as a method of pushing a political ideology onto member states that do not share the same views.

Should it be a tool for creating a safer environment for all member states? I have a copy of the WA's stated purpose for the general assembly right here. It says, and I quote:

The General Assembly is concerned with passing international law: resolutions to improve human rights, environmental standards, and the like. They have an immediate and material effect on all WA member nations, and can change your laws and category. For example, if you are a protectionist nation, and the WA passes a resolution promoting free trade, you may find your nation becoming abruptly more capitalist.

Broadly speaking, the General Assembly does not concern itself with individual nations or regions, but humanity as a whole. It has a vibrant role-playing community in the General Assembly forum, which debates and drafts legislation.

Interesting... it seems the welfare of humanity supersedes the welfare of state in these auspicious halls of debate. So it seems that the right to ones personal religious views is in fact superior to any right of state. If you do not like that we believe in the right of the citizens to scare dictators by their dangerous ideas, you are free to go. *points to the doors*. There is the door. Although I am legally obligated to request that upon your exit that you carefully Mind it's safe closing, as it is quite heavy and prone to closing by itself due to the weight and has been known to be injurious to those who don't realize this point of fact. Having said that, I must also advise that I do wish you not take my advice. I am running out of reasons to laugh at the sudden plague of big bad mighty dictatorial states that are in fear of someone's best invisible buddy. This sorry desperate state of affairs is starting to annoy me.

Atheism is not a belief system, so no, as lacking a belief in a god does not necessarily entail believing that no gods exist.
