The main race in my nation makes up around 70% of the population. Different races are seen as savage and inferior, as most remained quite primitive without any major technological advancements. Minority races can not join the military, government or have any job in the capital and jobs they can have are usually tough manual labour jobs with little to no pay. We have policies which separate the living areas of races, minorities are kept in slums or form commune camps outside of cities, we also tax minorities more plus force them into slavery if they can't or won't pay.

The Asians of New Guinea are considered to be alright, because they readily accepted the German-funded development of their island. In face, there are no remnants of the tribal system there, because railroads and medicine for almost all diseases is just better.
The Africans in New Francia (South-West Africa/Namibia), Shariland (Central Africa), Kamerun and the Gold Coast all share a stereotype of being a bit slow and also unruly. However, Germans also marvel at the physical prowess they tend to reach. There is a marked positive portrayal of modern, productive Africans.

(Note that those are not colonies; Those are core German states since decolonisation in the 1990s)

How does race affect one's job?:
It usually doesn't, although in some places it can be either easier or harder to *get* a job, considering that an employer's personal bias is not strictly regulated in Germany. Luckily, employers come in all colors!

The most important turn in German colonial history (Note: At that time Germany controlled half of Africa, and exerted heavy influence-by-example on France, which controlled over a quarter, itself) was in the early 1950s. That was the time when Germany, using the window opened by its economic prosperity after the Second Great War, rapidly expanded its colonial administrations and poured money into them, including by incentivising humane investment there. By 1961, 95+% Africans were 'on the Grid' and were obliged by German colonial law to conform to a two-child limit. French Africa and German Asia would have the same things done with them. Contraception was spread widely, and - in one of the most significant ecological shifts of the 20th Century - all of central Africa was made 'livable', with methods including selective deforestation and massive, utterly preposterous pesticide usage. How are those of a different race viewed?: It's generally a shrug unless paired with an accent/obviously foreign garb, then there's some cultural curiosity.
How does race affect one's job?: It doesn't directly impact jobs; however, races from cultures that have particular priorities (honor code, emphasis on religion, etc) tend to go into more specific jobs and so forth.
Does your nation have racist policies?: No. Everyone's equal under the eyes of the law. Statistics suggesting otherwise are sometimes analyzed to see what's up, but nothing substantial has come out.

How are those of a different race viewed?: They have Academic Privilege. A citizenship status that applies to Terrans and Allied Species where they are taken care of by the Technocracy so they can only focus on their work: Research, Service, and/or Culture. The only immigrants allowed into Soleos are Refugee species who agree with the Technocracy's values and Allied Species. Refugee species are under direct care of the Technocracy and are required to go through genetic modification, cybernetic enhancement, and Terran education to integrate them into our Technocracy.
How does race affect one's job?: De Jure, none. De Facto, only Humans and Taloans have held political office. Beyond that, all citizens regardless of species are free to do what they like provided they don't get in the way of progress. There are two instances when an Allied species whose offspring was born on our star systems was nominated for a seat in the Technocratic Council but was turned down. Both cases involved the Allied species being distinguished military personnel being turned down for two doctors (one Human, one Taloan).
Does your nation have racist policies?: Yes, species from hostile nations are prohibited from entering our borders. The only exception are for minority species oppressed by the hostile nation or ideological refugees (one of our rival is a Theocracy).

How are those of a different race viewed?: They aren't "viewed" any way. Race isn't a factor here, people judge based on other characteristics.
How does race affect one's job?: It doesn't, with the exception that some races tend to choose certain jobs more often.

How are those of a different race viewed?: People of different races are viewed as equals, partly because it's the right thing to do, and partly because racists tend to be dragged off the streets by men in dark suits and hustled into cars with tinted windows.
How does race affect one's job?: It doesn't. If it did, the Imperial government would immediately imprison the racists at that job.
Does your nation have racist policies?: No. Racism of any type is prohibited, and our anti-racism laws are strongly enforced. Politicians who propose racist policies tend to get dragged into Alcatraz Imperial Penitentiary and are never seen again.

How are those of a different race viewed?: Most people here do not know that many other races/ethnicities even exist. They are familiar with some other groups, but are taught that they are the most pure and that other peoples are generally more amoral and primitive. Generally if someone of a different appearance (which would be an exceedingly rare situation considering that travelling to Torjthistan is illegal unless you are a diplomat of some sort and even as a diplomat, you are only allowed in certain places) is seen on the streets, it is advised to completely ignore them and distance oneself as much as possible.
How does race affect one's job?: If somehow someone of another race/ethnicity applied for a job in Torjthistan (which I don't think has happened one time since the Xheryzh'dalj faith was founded), they would be denied entry into any position at all.
Does your nation have racist policies?: In Xheryzh'dalj religious law, Torjthistan is the most holy place on earth and only people who are completely An'Gultorjiakh (ethnically Torjthic) may live here as they are the most holy people in the faith and the first people who were converted. The religious laws also classify the people of Torjthistan as the only truly 100% human beings on earth. In Xheryzh'dalj, even if people of other backgrounds are converted, they may not live here because they carry with them some level of impurity. As there are few legal visitors to Torjthistan and because the laws relating to immigration are pretty cut and dry (there is no immigration), few other policies on this matter are necessary.
Other related notes: Torjthistan is an extremist fundamentalist theocracy. Every single law is based on rulings from the Supreme Holy Emperor. The country may conduct business with some other nations with different people groups in them, but beyond that the nation is extremely racist and is deeply paranoid that people of other backgrounds are dangerous to the society and are inferior to them in every conceivable way. There are many reasons why foreign diplomats are only allowed to visit a select few locations and with a heavily armed guide. Two of these many reasons are both a fear of exposing so-called "inferior races" to general society and a fear of putting the diplomats into a situation where they are attacked and potentially killed by locals when they see them due to teachings about outsiders.

How are those of a different race viewed?:
Not the best people. Criminals and rapists. Take jobs from the majority. Many enter illegally. All are subject to placement in one of our famous Summer Camps and/or deportation. There are separate Summer Camps for adult men, adult women, boys and girls. Trans/nongendered, don't even try that here.

How does race affect one's job?:
Non-whites are not legally allowed to work in the US-SSR. Many of course do, in low-wage, no-benefit, strenuous and dangerous jobs that Whites don't do.

How large is the racial majority (%)?: White: 100%, Slavic 92.5%
How are those of a different race viewed?: It depends on the race and we even have strong opinions of non-Slavic whites. Balts, Hungarians, Estonians, and Finns are viewed extremely positively. Germanics are generally viewed with suspicion, especially if they are specifically German or Swedish. Mediterranean and Romance peoples are generally viewed in a positive light, as are Celts. With Iranian, Turkic, and Semitic peoples, it's a mixed bag and being a Muslim will have a strong negative impact on how you are viewed, while being Christian, Tengri, Jewish, Zoroastrian, pagan, or pretty much anything else gets you sympathy. East Asians are seen as extremely intelligent, with the Japanese and Koreans being viewed as industrious, polite, and honest, while the Chinese are seen as more devious. There's little opinion on the peoples who originate on the Indian subcontinent. Sub-Saharan Africans are seen as a bit uncivilized and wild, but very friendly and showing great hospitality.
How does race affect one's job?: Not at all. The few non-Slavs in Dagnia are Hungarians and Estonians and they get hired and promoted as anyone else does. Dagnia has a near-zero immigration policy, meaning this is not going to change soon. If there is a labor shortage in any sector, companies have to jump through such hoops to prove they can't find a qualified Dagnian that it's most often more worth it to train a local, so our work visas are rarely used.
Does your nation have racist policies?: Our immigration policy may be considered by some to be extremely racist, as you must prove you can trace 50% or more of your ancestry to a few nations in central and eastern Europe or have your DNA tested for the right markers showing this is the case (even this is no guarantee you will be allowed residency or even citizenship). This is extremely hard given a lot has happened and people have moved so far up to the 33rd century CE. However, this makes it possible for our government to not have any further racist policies, because there are not only no other races, but very few ethnicities, and no lack of cohesion that comes with it, making such policies redundant.

How are those of a different race viewed?: Melanesians (and to a lesser extent, Africans) are generally looked down upon. Racism in the country is not rooted in an inherent ethnic hatred, but rather long-standing intense political (and at times military) tensions between the Islas Horizonte and Melanesian nations, leading to negative views of the Melanesians (as for Blacks, its more of a thing like race relations between White-Hispanic-Blacks in the USA).
How does race affect one's job?: Yes; Melanesians (and to a lesser extent, Africans) are viewed as illegals, criminals, lazy, unskilled, etc, so its harder for them to find well paid job, thus a lot of them work low end jobs or go off the grid (no, not the power grid).
Does your nation have racist policies?: Depends on what you mean by racist. Technically Yes; Immigrants from Subsaharan Africa and (parts of) Asia are generally frowned upon and have a relatively harder time fitting in to society than Europeans or Latin Americans. People are often (unofficially; but its actually the real/most of the reason why) denied based on race, religion, ethnicity, skin colour, etc. Suspected illegal immigrants and criminals Melanesians (specifically, Papuans) are often put in 'temporary detention centers' (in reality these are concentration camps) withour trial until they are trialed or deported elsewhere or dealth with through other means.
Other related notes: *Most of the "white Horizontianos" are light-skinned mixed of Portuguese or Spanish with Polynesian and/or Micronesian and/or African, but because they have lighter skin than the other mixdd population, they are considered "White". In short, the colour of skin is the prime factor in defining someone racially in the Islas Horizonte. This is why there is no exact percentage (at least when it comes to whites). The majority of people are mixed.

Other related notes: Thermodolians think that race based politics, policies, and statistics are stupid things that westerners get overly concerned about. Thermodolians hold that race and ethnicity doesn’t matter as much as culture does.

How are those of a different race viewed?:
Arthurians have a habit of associating foreigners with the cultural stereotypes of their countries of origin. As many of these countries tend to have less liberal reputations than Arthuria, the immediate assumption is that non-Arthurians will be too close-minded to easily assimilate with Arthurian society. Consequently, foreigners are welcomed, but always assumed to be observers of traditional customs, rather than partakers. In short, they are the new friend who does not get the in-jokes of the rest of the group. This situation is summed up by the term 'utlandmaður', which is applied to any ethnically non-Arthurian regardless of their citizenship.

How does race affect one's job?:
Technically it does not, and racial minorities are legally-protected from discrimination. However, because most non-natives are recent migrants or come from poorer households than native Arthurians, they do not tend to hold the relevant qualifications or resources necessary to get higher-paid jobs. As the migrant population increases, however, the employment gap between Arthurians and utlandmaður is slowly falling.

Does your nation have racist policies?:
No. Racial minorities are officially protected from discrimination by both the Basic Law (Arthuria's constitution) and numerous federal and cantonal laws. Government policy also actively promotes integration of racial minorities into Arthurian society.

100%, Asnean humans are a fairly homogenous mix of all original human races from Earth and range very little in their brown skin tone between eachother, aside from the rare pigment mutations and divergences like vitiligo and melanism.

The large difference in skin tone observed in archival media about Terran humans is viewed as interesting but is not considered important outside of the studies of archaeoanthropology where the racism of ancient Terrans is often inevitably discussed

How does race affect one's job?: Orosians as a whole have a right to a job, so this is not an issue.
