Greetings,

We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and The Office of the President of Okstovskaya are gladly interested in opening mutual diplomatic relations with your nation, Pan-Asiatic States, and has formally planned to open the demand of establishing an embassy in your country. The application form shall be fastened and available below this letter, with all of its forms filled clearly and properly.

For long our nation, the R.S.F.S. Okstovskaya, has then been trapped inside the shroud of lone darkness for nearly a century since Her revolutionary foundation in 1848. But with the help of our late Premier in 1932, Mr. Pepelitic Dordovech, this has all changed when His Supreme Excellency has officially launched the Embassy Program, attracting foreign governments onto establishing diplomatic assignments here. This has strongly endured, and has been revived by former President Dmitri A. Kholyov.

Her Excellency, Ms. Taylor B. Walker, has subsequently reached to me her request, for the sake of Okstovskaya, to offer you this gestured gift from the national office, as it will lead us to a greater and better future. It is my utmost advice that should we cooperate with your nation's government in order to boost both of our economies, diplomatic ties, further partnerships in various platforms, and reinforce and strengthen both of our might and glory through military size and scientific advancement. May we kindly tell our desires that all our proposals and agreements with you be taken in agreeable and appropriate deliberation.

The Ministry humbly suggests that you partake and reciprocate on our Embassy Program, after the careful examination, and, hopefully, the acceptance of our embassy application form, in order to further increase more cooperations and common sharing between our two governments and people.
