Gelre I assume, the Louisiana Colonial Region seems to fit that colonial nation, and I dunno what you mean about Hudson Bay.

Gelre is a German duchy in CK2 and in my game has reached the level of kingdom. As for the names, blame EU4's colony system. Although, that Hudson's Bay part turned into Gelren Columbia.
