Lovely name but unusual for one of German extraction. If I think of it, I shall post a link about a namesake of yours.

This person is one of many fans of a comic hero penguin named Alfred, who appeared a few generations ago. Now thanks to her, he has his own book.

I too love language and music. They say that music and math are related, as far as the area of the brain which they engage, and both were developed by Pythagoras. I think they were also part of the basic course of study for young medieval nobility,

But I have always found that in my brain, at least, music and language are more closely linked. When I solve cryptograms, a favorite pastime, I "hear" the music of the coded sequences before I actually uncover the words.

I've been around for a week or maybe a bit longer, maybe 2. Idk.
But I figured I should better introduce myself here.

My name is Sirje, most people never pronounce it correctly. They pronounce my surname even worse. Such is the joys of a [I'm not saying so people in forum games can't cheat] living in the UK where almost no one speaks my language and some don't even know where my home country is.

I'm an old lady at 22 ;-; (even though I act like a teenager sometimes)
I'm a huge lover of nature, music, and cooking (or at least my wife's cooking, she's a better cook than me by far, but I'm decent, I guess xD) I have a lot of pets - 3 dogs, 5 cats, 3 rats, a snake, 2 rabbits and a tank o' fish. I'm after a parrot next.
I also love singing, but I don't sing in front of people, unless I am in a crowd of other people also singing.

Also I'm gay. obviously. Been married just over a year (married on 1st may last year x3)

Might as well just give another short introduction after someone thought I was 11-years old when I was actually 12 at time of forumban.

I’m a 13-year old boy from Singapore. My personal interests include trains and planes. Honestly speaking, I don’t like politics but I like benevolent dictatorship. I don’t believe in tyranny nor politics as I believe neither would help.

I’m not the leadership type. In fact, I’d hate to be a leader. Especially when you’re parents are watching your every move. Which is why I don’t play NS in sight of my parents.

I like classical music, and sometimes 80s music. I despise modern music and as you can see in my nation, I’m extremely into science fiction, but don’t mistake me, I’m not the type who like Star Wars movies or Marvel and DC movies.

I’m quite good in English and Maths, which gives me a boost to NS. However, I can only speak fluently in one language: English, which gives me a major disadvantage.

I'm 20. I'm from Tehran, I'm studying Politics and Law. I'm personally an left-anarchist, a monarchist, and a nationalist, depending on the situation. I despise republicanism except for select cases (like Switzerland. Switzerland is cool), I despise Abrahamic religions (but not their followers), I'm an avowed secular (Laice if we're splitting hair). I despise almost all forms of dictatorships. My personal interests include games, history (particularly Iranian History), Politics and Law (which... well I'm studying those), but I don't have a good relationship with Math, Physics, or Chemistry.
I enjoy music of all types and listen to most kinds of it -though I never managed to take a liking to Metal- and like Sci-Fi, but not that much.

I personally RP as a Late MT-Early PMT Nation, but generally throw our timeline in the dustbin. I'm multilingual but not a polyglot yet, though I aspire to be one at some point in the future (I know Persian, Arabic, English, some Norwegian -but not much-, some German -I'm learning that-, Kurdish, and a bit of Turkish.)

I used to play NS fairly regularly a number of years ago but, outside of two or three aborted attempts to 'get back in the game,' I haven't been very active at all. I'm back, again, for another go-round and hopefully it'll last a bit longer this time!

I am from the US, am in my early 40s, and am an avid reader on a variety of topics, especially classical history and the 18th-19th centuries (particularly the US War of Independence and the Napoleonic Wars), and am something of an amateur cook owing to having worked for years in various restaurants back in my college days (I majored in the humanities ftr).

I'm not good on introduction threads so I'll stop here.
