It was a month since President Gong Gyeong-dong of Jeoguk declared war on the culture of K-pop proclaiming it to be degenerate and corrupting, which was followed by mass imprisonment and even execution of K-pop fans, as well as the plotted assassinations of K-pop bands by rogue military officers. Feeling threatened and persecuted the K-pop fans of Jeoguk formed the Idol Devotees Defense Front (IDDF) which rebelled against Gong's government. Because Jeoguk's military was not ready and the IDDF had tens of thousands of K-pop fans from the world, but mostly China, joining it, the government lost control of a lot of territory in a few weeks.

This caused approval rates of President Gong to drop and many dissident scholars in Jeoguk to speak against his policies. As a response President Gong cracked down on dissent arresting and disappearing many opposition leaders. The rebels only became more popular and more rushed to defect or join. In addition the Jeo Revolutionary Army was made of several former army units that defected but refused to associate with the IDDF (although they are allied currently). The IDDF took advantage of this and claimed themselves to be a force for freedom and justice in Jeoguk to win international support.

Currently the rebels already control all territory north of the Iman River (Bolshaya Ussurka River) and west of Vostok, as well as the region west of Lake Khanka. Battles are raging in Yongwon (Spassk-Dalny but larger and touches the lake), and in Hwanju (Dalnerechensk). The government still controls most of the country but is in a vulnerable position. How could foreign intervention change this all?

The Pan-asiatic cargo would dock in the major city of Hwaju which was the third largest city and a major port of Jeoguk. As its sirens blared however hundreds of armed men and women moved under cover of dusk and in the silence pulled back the bolts on their Kalashnikov derivative rifles. The IDDF was tipped off by its sympathizers on the PAS arms delivery and decided to attack it to show its strength while also stealing some weapons.

Some of the IDDF fighters disguised as local paramilitaries and sneaked into the harbor. They knocked out and detained sentries and guards and seized control of the lighthouse, cranes, and other major points. Meanwhile actual Jeo officials were waiting for the ship to open up to unload its goods when crackling of guns came from everywhere. 50 IDDF suddenly appeared and shot to death many of the workers and soldiers that were standing on the dock and also fired on the PAS sailors.

IDDF guerrillas also assaulted other government buildings like police stations and military bases in Hwaju to distract them from the great heist that was going on. Ordinary citizens of the day suddenly appeared as masked gunmen in the night slaughtering the accomplices of President Gong's tyranny.

Recently Pilipinas and Malaya declared war on Jeoguk for the murder of BTS and persecution of K-pop in general. This was very serious, and while President Gong laughed at how he got another sovereign state to officially start a war against him, the fact that an actual country had officially entered with all their might to fight Jeoguk was an issue not to be taken lightly.

As defenses were put on full alert more young men and even women were being conscripted into militias to fight against the possible invader. Jeoguk is now requesting help in both the fight against the rebels and also against aggression.

Fortunately for President Gong his paratroopers had succeeded in driving rebels out of Hwanju after weeks of heavy fighting. 2,000 on both sides were killed in combat, plus 1,000 civilians. But Hwanju and the areas south of it was safe, and the surviving citizens could now be evacuated. However, in Yongwon the government counterattack failed and the rebels are moving to capture more cities, perhaps even cut off the highway that went north.

The National Assembly Palace (NAP) of Mahaplag City was one of the busiest places in the nation's capital, when the National Assembly was convened at least. It held that distinction today because the Kadaghanansasugo, Rodrigo Cabatingan had requested a surprise assembly to discuss ongoing civil war in close-by Jeoguk. Indotsina was a relatively isolated nation, politically at least, and wanted to begin trading with Jeoguk. The Kadaghanansasugo deemed that sending weapons to Jeoguk's military would be helpful to encourage a warming in relations between the two states, but couldn't do so without approval from the Assembly.

The Assembly, perhaps ever reminded that they could be relegated to irrelevance at the command of the Kadaghanansasugo, decided to vote strongly in favor of sending military aid to the nation. The final results were 522-288, for & against.

Pleased, the Kadaghanansasugo almost immediately began planning to inform the Jeoguk government of Indotsina's willingness to assist them in their fight, and then got to deciding what the first shipment should be. After having his diplomatic corps send off a quick message to President Gong, he arranged to have a cargo ship loaded with T-90MS and T-84 Oplot-M's, along with ammunition, trucks, and a couple of 9K33M3 Osa-AKM surface-to-air missile launchers along with various associated equipment.

President Gong once again applauds international support. "I thank these righteous nations standing by and for the right side in this conflict" he says at a public speech, "Together we will not be defeated, rather it is the terrorists and enemies that will be struck down and crushed" His speech was once again ended with cheers and applause.

To increase public confidence captured IDDF fighters at Hwanju were paraded in major cities while patriotic rallies were held. Supporters of President Gong chanted slogans such as "We will stand by our beloved president", "terrorists will fail" and "victory goes to the rightful". Patriotic music was being broadcasted in public and also on television.

IDDF fighters after their victory at Yongwon are attacking eastwards, seizing towns to the south of the fallen city while dislodging government forces from a hill which could have been used as an artillery observation point. However the momentum of the offensive is focused northwards to pressure the government forces in Hwanju and generally along the highway on the Chinese border. After the brutal fighting in Yongwon many IDDF have learnt a great deal about fighting and some can be referred to as veterans by now. Tactics were also devised based on reflections of previous battles.

The IDDF now actively seek cover in settlements or hills to negate the government forces' advantage with armored vehicles. The artillery they have seized works well for covering their infantry as they advance into these covered terrain gradually isolating the government troops. They have succeeded using this and captured 20 towns big and small.

Following the successful arrival of Indostina's first shipment of weaponry to Jeongju, Jeoguk's capital and chief port city, several military defeats on the part of the government near Yongwon led to a local shift of power in the region. Indotsina, becoming aware of just how powerful the legions of armed K-Pop fans were becoming realized that Jeoguk alone by itself wouldn't be able to hold them off. Thus, to preserve the political integrity of Indotsina's new geopolitical friend, the most elite unit in the Indosinan military would be deployed to meet the menace head-on: the 420th 'Hitler' Honor Guard Brigade. Or just the 420th 'Hitler' Brigade for short, most people didn't include the "Honor Guard" in the brigade's name when referring to the unit.

The 420th 'Hitler' Brigade was not called elite for nothing. They underwent the most efficient training Indotsina's military could offer, planned out and drafted with the aid of fitness experts. They received the best food in the military, meals and rations being carefully designed and picked with the help of dietitians and nutritionists, and received the best equipment available. They had behind them a strong tradition, and were made up of soldiers devotedly loyal to Indotsina's government and the country.

The 420th 'Hitler' Brigade, numbering 5,000 strong, did have the best equipment available such as T-90s but could not transit to Jeoguk given the sadder state of Indotsina's navy - mainly comprised of riverine boats and patrol craft. Thus, the movement of the Brigade itself and it's equipment were going to be done by cargo ship, protected by Indotsinan navy vessels whenever possible. The best shot they had of transiting safely were to simply just cross as quickly as possible and hope they weren't engaged along the way. At a maximum speed of 23mph, the speed of an average cargo ship, it would be 4 days from departure to arrival.

Gunshots filled the air of Seoul as a military coup began in the Republic of Korea. Radical conservative military officers, such as Pro-Jeoguk elements, Warriors of Goryeo members, and people dissatisfied with president Moon Jae-in's policy with North Korea launched the coup. Thousands of soldiers were attacking the loyalists in Seoul while other parts of the country were being seized by the rebels.

A passenger plane landed in Seoul and Jeo special operatives charged out down from the ramps seizing control of Incheon International Airport while similar flights arrived in Gimpo and other major airports in the country.

The officers declared a Government for National Salvation vowing to crack down on degeneracy.

The IDDF have captured 34 towns of varying size in their ferocious offensive. 2 main towns have already been seized by the IDDF. The government is currently attempting to organize a counterattack, but the rebels are unyielding.

In Hwanju, the government forces have come under attack by IDDF and Jeo Revolutionary Army units once again, suffering dozens of casualties. The rebels have used vehicleborne IEDs to attack the regime positions.

The coup in South Korea has succeeded after 30 deaths and 200 injuries from the attack on Seoul. Main government officials have been arrested and seen transported away in vans. Major South Korean cities are placed under a curfew, and soldiers constantly patrol the streets.

A search warrant for main K-pop stars, K-pop entertainment company managers, cult leaders, corrupt officials, chaebol heads and other 'agents of degeneracy and perversion' has been issued.

After several days of travel without incident, the 420th 'Hitler' Brigade arrived in Jeogyk's capital city of Jeongju. The 5,000 man strong force of Indotsina's soldiers. They tried to speed up the unloading process concerning their equipment as quickly as possible, for the K-Pop degenerates were capturing more and more territory daily. Within a few hours, the forces tanks and supply equipment had been unloaded and were being out of Jeongju towards the northern areas of the country. K-Pop degenerate forces were moving northwards and capturing towns, so the 420th 'Hitler' Brigade chose to try and cut off the supply of the forces that were moving northwards after their victory in Yongwan and moving to attack Hwanju. After, they would try to relieve Hwanju.

Ever since the sudden attack on the world against all forms of popular culture, for many years, Gong Gyeong-dong had ruled the nation of Jeoguk with an iron fist. The man was infamous to the world for supporting a war against anime, which is pretty useless considering the country has been starving under years of neglect and corruption that can easily be attributed to his administration. But it was beginning to become clear that a lot of people had enough and with the formation of several rebel groups that later unified to form the Jeoguk liberation army, a revolution was clearly brewing, all that it needs is coordination and a spark and Jeoguk will be in flames.

No better time came when the president Gong Gyeong-dong declared war on KPOP which immediately triggered a full scale militant uprising that had torn his nation apart in what can only be called a bloody civil war. Simon, the leader of the anime army, thought, it is now the perfect time to topple the regime in Jeoguk and create a liberal state where everyone can be free to love the waifus and be stans of their favorite idols for all time. He was passionately devoted to his mission, and so were thousands of others, who volunteered from internet forums all around the world and were able to crowd fund an entire fleet composed of advanced military grade equipment to execute amphibious invasion that will liberate Jeoguk once and for all. The support was so overwhelming that the anime army's official gofundme and patreon pages were taken out of commission with the traffic overload that came as a result of the overwhelming support of both KPOP fans and otakus.

Two shady men who called themselves as representatives of the Jeoguk liberation army was received by the anime army members in one of their yachts which was parked beside the large hidden fleet at a secret base in Papua New Guinea, arriving with nothing more than a speed boat and a few papers and IDs that confirmed their identities as defectors of the Jeoguk army. Little was known about this night's meeting but the junior members of the guard speculated that these renegade elements of the Jeoguk political and civil society was asking for aid for their upcoming revolution. After striking a deal with the representatives, Simon, the mysterious man in shades behind the anime army, was quick to act in organizing a large attack force for Jeoguk.

"We will be delighted to participate but be warned, I can't promise you anything, victory or defeat." Simon declared to the wariness of the two representatives.

"Just pray to your god that the odds will be on our side." He said in a way as if it sounded that he was mocking their religion making the two representatives frown at the way he was being rude at presenting himself. They reluctantly nodded anyway to whatever the Simon's demands were.

The representatives then pulled out papers from their briefcase and revealed the entire order of battle of their available forces that were ready to spring up into action, Simon then looked towards the map of Jeoguk and saw how much of the current forces of the Anime army's fleet were scattered throughout the region, most of which were in the Eastern Australia and the various micronesian islands just south of Chosan. The combined force of the Anime fleet Kawaii squadron was enough to wipe out a small nation's army yet it had never saw battle yet, whatever was to come, Simon thought, would be a baptism of fire for their organization.

In the part of the Jeoguk liberation army however, much of their attack force wasn't even inside the country they wished to rule, rather, they were stationed outside, particularly from Israel, although even with their combined strength, it was not enough for him to overthrow the heavily armed regime of Gong Gyeong-dong who has been reported to have the aid of multiple world powers including the Greater Philippine Bayan, Terten's regime, which was staunchly anti anime, which was why the anime army had decided that they should intervene in this battle.

For years they have kept themselves hidden by utter radio silence while flying different national flags on their surface fleet, for the most of the time, they flew US, Zhouranese, Bayan, Russian and even Micronesian banners in the air, the flags of every powerful country that Jeoguk would not even dare to declare war against so readily. However, by the time the operation was formulated, the fleet had decided to take down their flags and raise the flags of the guard and the Jeoguk liberation army together side by side.

"Simon the Beta", the mysterious leader of the Anime Army

It was midnight and all the leadership of the Jeoguk liberation army had assembled in one of the Megacarrier Anime airships, the AAS Asuna which was an airship in the middle of the 1st Kawaii amphibious squadron therefore the most protected airship. The other members of the Anime army were shocked to see foreigners inside their vessels since they were not informed beforehand of their new operation after briefing all the attack plans however did the Anime army members voiced their opinions on the operation, most of which were wary about the army as Simon and his Jeogukese allies was mysteriously silent about their motives for the country.

"All i want is the end of the tyranny of Gyeong-Dong's tyranny that is all." Is all he said.

"This operation will be the first time we can get to share our cause with the world, an opportunity like this does not come everytime and let us not slip our first justification to overthrow our first dictatorship go away." Declared the mysterious leader with belly-fat and silly orange shades. Everyone simply agreed. "We'll deal with the post war ramblings later."

150 kilometers from Sakhalin island

As the fleet came within 150 kilometers of the mainland of Jeoguk, 4 chaff Saigants were launched from one of the missile cruisers to the direction of what is commonly known as Northern Korea, since the missile was not of supersonic speed and came only within the sound barrier, it is able to propel itself to a range of 1,000 kilometers and the thermal chaff smoke bursts from the missile making false impressions on enemy radar of an incoming fleet. The path in which the missiles will take will go to capital therefore fooling the enemy into thinking an incoming fleet is deployed from the south when in fact it was arriving from the west. As this was done, Simon, who was still in the bridge of the Asuna gave the orders to attack Jeoguk's initial shoreline defenses. Beside him were the leadership of the JLA, including Asma, who was watching the fleet advance to the city with delight. The Anime cruisers then opened fire upon the port of Vladivostok, cratering the town's airfields, the only known airfield in the town with blasts of 35 centimeter thermobaric shells to decimate the hangars and the runways. About a single yet destructive round from each airship (6 in total) was fired and it had to wait for at least 10 minutes for it to reload for firing again. The other 6 rounds were aimed at the port of Vladivostok to render it unusable for battleships. Amidst the fray, Simon clenched his fists and widened his grin before he stood up to declare that "everything belonging to the Gyeong-Dong regime must be destroyed".

"Kill Gyeong-Dong and the day will be ours!" He added.

A massive carrier group attacking of all things, Jeoguk certainly did not expect this. The nation was indeed in panic as news of an overwhelming and terrifying fleet of warships and airships reached the average Jeo's ears, and this coupled with the message encouraged defections to the IDDF. However a timely entry of military police to major cities stopped things from getting out of hand, though the policemen themselves were not sure as to their fate.

Bicycle messengers were used to give orders from the complex President Gong had evacuated to. Using this they avoided possible monitoring of digital and radio communications. The idea for this ingenious innovation was actually obtained by a commander who read about a historical example on Wikipedia.

S-300 and Pantsir-SM systems imported from Russia were immediately deployed to shoot down the airships. Batteries of the weapons fired large salvos in addition to decoys, this would overwhelm the airships sensors and countermeasures. They also used low frequency radar since the airships were very unsubtle and also immobile locating them easier while chances of counter radar systems detecting these low frequencies was lower. They turned on radar for very short periods of time, but it was enough to locate the airships. These tactics were not some new innovation since they were used in Yugoslavia twenty years ago.

There was also a number of anti ship missiles fired at the anime invaders, including 18 C-802 missiles and 10 P-800 missiles. The location of the Anime fleet was gathered using inconspicuous fishing boats.

Jeo troops moved to construct decoy radars and missile bases quickly so the enemy will have to deal with a lot of targets, many of which would be false. They also activated some reserve radar and missile batteries after the initial strike destroyed a few of them.

Jeongju however was indeed devastated as large parts of the city were flattened and the port was destroyed. A few hundred civilians were estimated to have been killed.

The technicians of the Dangans acted quickly, especially the ones on the Kargador which were literally sweating because of their work and the thrill. Meanwhile, Simon smiled behind his mask seeing how this was really turning into a literal naval party. "Jeoguk's attacks are currently modest." He declared. "This is woefully not what i expected in our plans as we've planned for something far worse than this meme rabb;e." Several of the JLA turned to Simon with puzzled looks. How does this guy even know his shit anyway?

"Interceptor missiles deployed." The technicians cried. "Several birds coming from multiple directions... We've identified this as the enemy's anti air response!"

"Alls uplinks on the guardian system have been renewed, AEGIS system is functional." Cried one of the technicians. The master, who was simply sitting on the large throne like chair at the center of the bridge gave a slow clap. "Our point defenses will not be necessary for now... The Megacruiser airships remain functional even when it is shot down because it literally is just a floating Howitzer." Things were going to be far more easier than imagined. Simon figured, as the sons of Nobunaga in the Kawaii squadron had Jeoguk's coastal regions within the long range sights of their Sentries, they had pretty much IDed the location of every single mobile launcher that they needed to worry about. Not only were the enemy kind enough to use inferior equipment, they had revealed the positions of their launchers by firing upon the direction of fleet. The Pantsirs, managed to ma With the guidance of the holy trinity, they will win. The Growlers, in groups of 5, far away to not make them seem as one lump target but near towards each other so they can still unify their signals ala Venn diagram. They flew in a flux, constantly rotating, moving back and forth in formation and shuffled places with one another to make them seem like a very fast moving cloud where the defender couldn't determine the exact position of the jamming source. Mostly, the growlers stayed at intermediate level so they wouldn't expose themselves to other air defenses of the nation by giving themselves a wide horizon hence putting themselves in danger. They proceeded to go towards location of the S-300 radar platforms and in shifting cloud array formation, proceed to utilize more advanced ECMs like DRFM jamming. This will be nothing like the pathetic decoys that the enemy fired as they will see targets flooding all over their radar even if they are not there at all and the worse part is the jamming is so accurate it cannot be filtered out so easily. What is better is that there is a big chance the enemy might be using their own anti aircraft batteries in isolation hence this will be like hunting fish one at a time rather than trying to catch an entire school.

F-18s swooped in from the immediate horizon as they took the sea level speed for a bigger surprise on the anti air platforms of the enemy, which lie beyond the horizon of the Hornet's source. While the enemy's radar platforms were being dealt with via jamming, precision guided AGM-65 Maverick missiles were dropped upon the mobile launchers of the S-300s and the Pantsirs, who still had their optical sensors for targeting and hence were still completely dangerous. The F-18s prepared to drop their flares as soon as the Pantsirs would try targeting them using their Opto-electrical sensors, otherwise, they would be shooting completely blind and chances are little to none that the enemy might use manual targeting. The hornets and the other radar platforms of the fleet's mini guardian system kept alert with their own sensors nevertheless. The Grand classes and the Sachsen class frigates themselves then opened fire upon the detected defenses of Jeoguk, particularly Gyeong-Dong's army. The entire array was to be destroyed. M-4.5 Saigants were used for this operation. Each frigates fired a salvo of 10 for the first phase strikes. Dark conical missiles rested in their launchers before they took off and cruised at the sea silently at a subsonic speed hence making them virtually undetectable while at this initial cruising phase before entering before into their terminal phase where they will accelerate at mach 4, colliding at the most direct path; straight into the enemy thus eliminating unneeded time that might give the enemy time to respond with their point defense systems, that is, if they can still use their targeting radars with all the electronic storm produced by the electronic warfare aircraft buzzing around them. The Saigants, upon impact, would impart tremendous kinetic energy with the force of its collision alone ensuring that the targets were vaporized and there will be no survivors amongst their crew. The targets were counter battery radars, tanks that were detected and other mobile radar platforms. Radar was their worst enemy and hence Simon was resolved to use the Sons of Nobunaga to destroy this accursed tool that may be used against them. Anything else seemed nothing more than a distraction. By achieving this sacred plan, the entire nation's skies would easily be conquered by the Anime Army.

Meanwhile, the enemy targeted with their anti-ship missiles but that would not be a problem because of the missiles' nature, which were using intertial guidance for their initial phase (which means they would have to rely on pre inserted coordinates of the Anime fleet's location where they were detected), their moving fleet ensured that by the enemy would have to make a massive adjustment in real time in order to hit them lest they will miss the fleet and only land on the empty water. However, since the enemy missile had terminal radar, they would again be easily jammed by the patrolling growlers and the other radar platforms of the ships being targeted themselves especially since the missiles didn't have backup sensors that would help them in this conundrum. Consequentially, none of the missiles hit. (In Simon's mind) In reality, 3 of the frigates were hit, rendering their essential weapon systems out of commission and two of the minesweepers were instantly sunk too, taking down the crew that went along with them, along with 400 men that could have been used for the invasion. One of the carriers then recieved a blow at their side but damage control acted quickly to close watertight compartments so the whole thing would still stay afloat. AWACs and partnered array platforms kept alert at the surrounding ships however, accurately identifying them to see if they were a potential friend or foe. Within seconds, they would be be ready to initiate an appropriate response to any fleet of any kind of ship that comes within range of their detection seekers. They would not take any chances. Anyone was a potential enemy, with this terrible loss.

"All crafts full speed ahead!" Signaled Simon as he adjusted his cape and his novelty glasses. "Proceed to pattern flux, we'll turn this into a game of whack a mole in the dark."

Before the fleet could even act, however, for whatever reason, the missiles still hit, coupled with the sustained damage from the anti aircraft guns, of course, half of the Anime Megacruiser airships had been taken down all at once. The balloons luckily, were filled with helium preventing any massive catastrophe that could have arose to the crew of the ship should they be made of hydrogen, but that still didn't stop the guard from sustaining 800 casualties from the resulting thermobaric blast.

"Detach the main Megacruiser guns." Swaying his hand, the master then saw how the Megacruisers had touched the water making large splashes. The deflated look of the balloons made the Mgeacruisers look more like ships wrapped with huge amount of tarpoline than the flying weapons platforms they were earlier. "Ready the flares and the SAIGANT decoys."

"YES OUR MASTER!" As the technicians act, small booms were heard, it was the guns being detached from the ship making them sink into the bottom of the ocean. The Megacruiser fleet that had been taken down had now become waterborne, although this was not flawlessly done as the other operators struggled to take out the fires of the ships using water pumped from the sea to prevent them from being fried. Whatever happens, their resolve remains true with the power of love and friendship and they are still going to invade Jeoguk.

Yoko meanwhile was meanwhile, shaking as she stood seeing all their forces being taken down so early. With these, she was starting to have doubts but honestly she didn't know whether they were winning or not since she knew nothing about the military, but Simon kindly pulled her up and assured. "This war is not to be won with technology, it is won by creative wits. After all Yoko, what if i told you this attacking force we've put up is not the main attacking force."

"What? ARE YOU SAYING-!"

"Yes, this is only nothing more than a refuge in audacity. To finally catch the attention of the whole world towards the crimes of the Jeoguk dictator is our real goal."

"After all, have you really expected that this invasion will even succeed alone? This will not be a popular revolution unless if it is known to the entire foundations of Jeoguk's society and the whole world's support."

"Then in that case this whole battle-"

"That is correct. The real battle has not yet begun."

And at this, Yoko nodded and inhaled deeply to regain her composure. "Indeed..." Somehow, Yoko reminded him of someone very familiar but she just brushed the thoughts aside. "May the trinity be on our side. After all, they are merciful and gracious. The enemy will be smite by their holy swords."

Simon was very delighted that the invasion by his Kawaii sqaudron was getting good reception by the people of Jeoguk. Hearing the news reports of mass defections that were only stifled by the police, he felt himself getting stiff and hard as the thought of executing the other parts of his plan turns him on. Simon could already foresee all the waifus he will liberate and redistribute amongst the people, all the anime he can fund, all the concerts and memorabilias he can freely give to everyone once once he takes control of the resources of this country. For this battle he will not fail, even if a thousand armies face against him, even if ten thousands storms will come to put their movement to the test, even if the most terrifying demons of hell will rise from the Earth to stop them, as long as the eternal flame of truth and friendship remains ignited within them, as long as their unending resolve burns with the fire of a thousand suns, they will push through and win! For everyone! For friends! For Asuna-chan! ORE WO DARE DA TO OMOTTE YAGARU! With the guidance of the holy trinity, they will win.

While the flight deck elevator was still not raised up to the surface, the sons of Nobunaga held tight to their Dakimuras as they gave their final embrace of love and friendship and a kiss to bid their farewell to their beloved waifus before they were assembled at the flight deck of the NPCCDs for last minute briefing of their operation plans. The putrid smell of body odor and other bodily fluids whose names must not be mentioned in this PG-13 narrative filled the flight deck as the sons of Nobunaga had not taken a shower for weeks now. All their free time was dedicated for this very mission, the preparation for the battle in the name of love and friendship. Simon's lieutenant, the big breasted Yoko, then moved to the stage of the flight deck along with her maps and other paraphernalia she will use for her presentation. The woman, who seemed to have made a rule for herself to not wear anything that covers more than 1/3 of hear breasts and wear underwear that is small but sufficient enough to cover only the orifices of her loins, had evident difficulty in carrying the stuff she carried as her breasts alone made up 45% of her bodyweight, each. After much difficulty and without help from her comrades in front of her, who were busy oggling her and being aroused by the sight of her struggling, she final gave a short speech on how they could all win with the power love and friendship. She then formed a heart with her two hands on her upper chest and gave the Anime Army's battle cry; MOE MOE KYUN!. They did this in the squeakiest voice possible (which was not hard since all of the members of the Anime Army were all squeakers) and raising one foot in the air like how a ballet dancer sometimes would in their poses. The others replied in the same manner in unison. They could feel imaginary rainbows and pink energy ooze from their ears. With the guidance of the holy trinity, they will win.

They then prepared for invasion as they held the most determined expressions on their faces. Their faces were covered with all sorts of makeup, meant to camouflage and wore headbands that had slogans in Hiragana which none of them understood themselves. The slogans were simply Japanese renditions of common expressions like "Keep your hands off the glass", "flush after use" and "Janitors' lunch area". Not only will they win because of the power of love and friendship, but also with their enthusiasm for spreading such an enlightened and beautiful culture. With the guidance of the holy trinity, they will win.

The flight deck then elevated from the keel level of the ship down to the deck area. Army engineers had with them crates of compact essential supplies such as food (mostly consisting of instant noodles and pocky chocolate sticks) and first aid that would last them for months. They were confident however that with the power of love and friendship and guidance from the holy trinity, Madoka, Haruhi Suzumiya and Belldandy, they were going to win.

The electronic warfare aircraft would find themselves targeted by man portable air defense missiles, medium range missiles, and short range missiles from the Osa to the Buk, once they came into range. These batteries used surprise to assault the intruders. The long-range missile systems being targeted also made sure to constantly change positions.

Meanwhile, upgraded Su-27 and MiG-29 fighters from airbases in other parts of Jeoguk arrived to attack the enemy including their F-18s. The engagement distance was short enough that being occupied with trying to jam the well covered S-300 and Pantsir systems the Growlers would be assaulted by a hailstorm of missiles. The R-77 was very useful since it could lock onto targets that were jamming. The air defenses also used some counter jamming techniques.

But this helped little against the cruise missile attack. Most of the air defense batteries were destroyed or crippled. Smoking wrecks were scattered in Jeoguk's hills and forests as 75% of the nation's long range air defenses were completely wiped out. Some S-300 batteries were moved to new locations, then disguised and deactivated until the situation demanded them to be used again.

Another salvo of anti ship missiles was fired out while remote controlled drones and boats engaged in suicide missions to try to destroy the enemy warships. Some of the boats carried torpedoes or missiles to try to get close enough without being detected and launch a potentially deadly attack. But it was quite clear that these were measures of desperation as many coast defense missile bases were destroyed too.

An order was made for the mobilization of the population to prepare for a 'fight to the death' against imperialist aggressors. Households were given assault rifles and instructions to report to newly formed guerrilla cells to be ready to fight for the very existence of Jeoguk against K-pop and otakus.

Simon then received the latest enemy casualty reports. He laughed as he quickly skimmed the results of their latest operation; 75% of the enemy's defense systems were destroyed by the strikes, leaving the 25% which are now in hiding. It was clear that the enemy had little to no knowledge on what they were doing by the way the fighting had emerged so far. After all, they did hide the remainder of their launchers of the anti aircraft but they were of no importance since what Simon and his Kawaii brigade were looking for were the radars that accompanied those Russian batteries, for they made up the eye of the air defense force of Gyeong-Dong. If they were to be taken out, Jeoguk would become effectively blind as a military force. Luckily, the enemy had made it all too easy because, instead of learning from the 75% casualty rate of their anti aircraft brethren, they insisted on firing upon the liberation force that was fighting in the name of love and friendship, thus, they were in great condition to be spotted by the Sentries that kept patrolling the skies (more accurately, the seas, since remaining on shore line would still allow full reconnaissance coverage of the entire nation). The enemy was pretty much revealing itself like heads in a game of whack-a-mole. Simon could feel himself go into climax at the thought of the enemy making things easy for himself once more, but this time he was able to control himself, thank the holy trinity, especially Haruhi Suzumiya, the epitome of calculated personalities and self control.

Throughout the majority of this battle, the enemy had been relying on pure chance rather than fixing the odds to ensure their victory, however, Simon could not be too complacent as he knows the battle has just begun and there will be far more dangerous tests they would have to face as the sons of Nobunaga and defender of waifus before they will be blessed with victory by the holy Trinity. The young 4 foot leader then dismissed himself from the bridge of the Nimitz as he told everyone he would lock himself in a room for a while to "pray". As soon as he said this, many nodded understandingly as they made way for their leader who quickly made his way to his "prayer room". It was a dark room located in the lower decks of the carrier which was originally a storage room for firearms but has since been repurposed for sacred rituals as Simon had instructed. There, lay hundreds of candles that were constantly lit on the floor. When Simon shut the door behind him, some of the candles were blown out by the wind of the slam which quickly prompted a nervous Simon to grab a lighter and lit them once more to fully illuminate the sacred icon of his prime deity, the almighty savior of the world.

The patrolling F-18 Hornets proceeded to do their jobs. Despite taking heavy casualties, the enemy kept at being endlessly persistent, firing upon the flying aircraft of the Kawaii squadron until they were able to take down 2 Hornets, then another 2. One more hornet crashed when they were hit with sudden panic upon being fired on by MANPAD infantry men and hence attempted to do wild , sharp angular maneuvers that they had either never trained for, or haven't really mastered before, and as a result, crashed. The downed pilots reported back to command that they were hit by the remaining Pantsirs but in fact, they were hit by the MANPADs, especially since the Hornets flew to low in a stupid attempt to "pounce" upon their true targets, which were the radar platforms of the enemy (which of course, can't be too covered given that would mess up with their targeting capabilities). The logic of the downed pilots was that by staying low, they make themselves less susceptible to be seen by ground based radars from beyond the horizon, confident that they had their friends from behind the front line to do all the reconnaisance for them. This foolishness however, exposed them to enemy fire via MANPAD armed infantry who were able to easily take advantage of this low altitude. This nasty surprise was indeed so much a surprise that the pilots themselves forgot to unleash decoy flares and hence were shot down, to be at the mercy of the enemy. Half of those who shot down weren't able to bail out however as their planes exploded when crashing and hence, they died. Back at strike base, an enraged Yoko told everyone to increase their altitude and "stay true to the plan" rather than experimenting with stupid techniques that would only cause needless casualties.

Again, the entire array was to be destroyed. So destroyed that the enemy would have to rely with direct visual range for combat and hence be unable to utilize their fancy technology they had in store. M-4.5 Saigants were used for this operation. Each frigates fired another salvo of 10 for the first phase strikes. The funniest thing about this whole battle was that while launchers were being moved around, the enemy didn't bother shifting the positions of their radar platforms at all, and hence, they shall pay the price of this incompetence. For the entire Kawaii squadron, this was a free for all massacre party.

Meanwhile, as soon as the enemy planes were deployed, Sentries immediately notified them and shared live information with the Growlers and other combat planes of their locations before the lot of them had grabbed the fighters of the Anime squadron within their immediate combat range of missiles. The entire combat plane fleet then retreated back to the fleet where they would receive the protection of their own arsenal ships' anti air defenses. However, not everyone took the same level of initiative in escaping as 3 Hornets were quickly shot down by the R-77s of the enemy aircraft. For Yoko, who was watching this whole battle commence live, this casualty rate was becoming intolerable for her perspective. She then gave the orders to lock the general area of her fleet as a NO GO ZONE and hence ordered to shoot down every aircraft or ship that might jeopardize their landing either with Onyx missiles or other equipment in their disposal such as their rotary cannons. The protection of the fleet was to be ensured, having lost too much already than what is considered to be ideal. The Growlers meanwhile, prepared to engage with ECMs against the incoming enemy aircraft in a combined fashion to protect themselves from the onslaught. The incoming suicide boats, which were coming from all directions were too conspicuous in their intentions in colliding with the ship head on and hence were quickly identified as hostile then shot down by Onyxes and auto cannons.

Meanwhile, back at the prayer room, Simon was in tears when the holy icon of his sacred deity had entered his sights. He fell on his knees and prostrated himself as he began chanting random Japanese words that he himself had not understood by reading it from a book (It was actually a Transliterated copy of a Japanese dictionary). He then closed his eyes and prayed for his intentions to his deity as he used his two hands to form a heart in his chest. In the middle of the prayer, he began to bounce his heart shaped hand from the left side of his chest to the right side of his chest (as if dancing) before alternating to the head and to his sides. He then began singing several anime opening songs but not even in proper Japanese, rather, singing a misheard broken version of it according to how he remembers the songs. In his prayers, he envisioned the following; A great victory in the battlefield at Yongwon, the capture of Jeongju, the installation of the anime republic of Jeoguk and capture and public execution of Gong Gyeong-Dong, ending the dark age of KPOP and anime in the nation. He also envisioned seizing several nuclear weapons of the Koreans and launching them towards the Greater Philippine Bayan, right where Terten lives, does saving the world's waifus lovers from his armies which is threatening to take away their rights to love and friendship. He already had his own nuclear weapons however, alongside advanced weapon systems, but he had no access to a delivery system which can take nukes towards Manila, hence, he would have to push forward with his original plan. This battle may be difficult, he thought, but with the power of his spirit, which burns with the flame of ten thousand blazing suns along with his unending invincible resolve in fighting for love and friendship, he will win. After all, he didn't spent majority of his middle school missing out on all the good sex, hanging out with other people, partying and having a good time like normal people would in exchange for being a complete nerd about military stuff and other things no one could think they would have any practical use in their immediate life. The holy trinity was good to him when they made his great sacrifice of being a virgin for the sake of being a military "genius".

He then finished praying and grabbed the holy icon and kissed it repeatedly. He then stooped down and cried as he clutched unto the holy icon. He cried for 5 minutes as he lamented that no girl in the world can ever be as perfect as the anime girls, let alone Madoka. He was finished praying to his one true deity; Madoka Kaname.

His eyes were red from crying, but that didn't matter as he easily concealed it with his translucence orange Kamina glasses; the only thing that was ever really able to be categorized as remotely "cool" in his body with his hairdo being a distant second. He then went back to the bridge where Yoko was giving orders left and right, receiving live updates from the field of battle itself. Damage control was being done to the damaged ships, while those crewmen who boarded ships that were put out of commission were instructed to board the silverfish, overloading them 200% of their capacity and head for the beaches to land.

Inspecting the room around him silently, as the sons and daughters of Nobunaga worked their best to make this battle a success, Simon then gave the order; Prepare to land! To which everyone stood up, formed hearts with their two hands on their chest and chanted in unison; MOE MOE KYUN! MOE MOE KYUN! MOE MOE KYUN!

As soon as they sat down, the K-ON song, "Cagayake girls", was played on loud speakers all over the fleet and on all audio channels they were possessing, increasing the troops' morale as they began to beach.

Finally, they landed. A total of more than 12,000 anime fighters and their equipment poured unto the coast, immediately proceeding to the heavily wooded area not far off from it. The terrain of Jeoguk was not their greatest friend. Since they were not going to fight their enemies head on in conventional warfare, holding the beach would be extremely pointless hence, the forces quickly moved out to evacuate the area and scatter themselves across the woodlands in the fashion of armed evacuation, ready to target and engage any hostile force. Gyeong-Dong was now going to fall. The general area around Valdivostok, lacking proper infrastructure to sustain a conventional fight by the regime against them, was now going to become the domain of the Anime Army. If the local population happened to be hostile to them, they wouldn't be engaging them that much since the area is so sparsely populated, especially the rural areas directly west of Sakhalin. Much of the movement shall be done at night when they will be least likely spotted. The summer was also going to be their ally as they wouldn't do much of heavy survival in order to live out their lives in the Russian woodlands for long periods of time. Although they had stocked just enough in case the climate turns against them. Foraging parties would be however, deployed at night in order to gather supplies from the general local area. With much of the enemy's conspicuous defenses already in ruins and much of the nation in shaky morale, the anime fighters were even more determined to push forward until their final breath. Ambushes were done against the isolated Jeoguk army positions, if they were spotted and the local population were often visited by men from the Anime Army who tried to convince them that they could topple Gyeong-Dong for a better future, only to disappear back into the darkness of the night.

Outskirts of Soseyong, Jeoguk

Amidst the massive flurry of news involving a carrier strike group of weeaboos arriving, the 420th 'Hitler' Brigade was mainly concerned with how it was going to resupply itself if the strike force were to blockade all of Jeoguk's primary ports. That was a disturbingly real possibility, given that 75% of Jeoguk's air defenses had just been obliterated by hikikomori. It had more important matters though. The Brigade had driven an armored convoy down several roads and reached the outskirts of a IDDF-controlled town, the first of several it would have to conquer in order to cut off the majority of the force fighting near Hwanju.

In a set of open fields, 420th 'Hitler' Brigade commander Oscar Rodriguez contemplated his plan of attack. The Brigade's set of artillery pieces were set up and would begin shelling the town shortly, and after a hour long bombardment they would quickly rush into the town and metaphorically peel the Band-Aid off. While discussing strategy with his fellow officers, as vehicles and soldiers hastily moved along the road and set up positions, he couldn't help but contemplate that this was his first real battle. He wanted to make his first battle a successful one, although the military would be very-hard pressed to punish any tactical wrong-doings he made: Oscar was one of only about 100 commissioned officers in Indotsina's military that received training overseas on how to be a commander. About 80% of that 100 made up Indotsina's general staff, so he was clearly prized. That made things just a bit better. As the artillery shells started going off into the air, he really could only just wait before the battle for Soseyong started.

Soseyong, Jeoguk

After the artillery bombardment, the civilians and IDDF garrison alike had come out into the streets to recover casualties, probably assuming it was a typical government bombardment. They however would be wrong. The sound of tank treads moving must have startled some of the defenders - however, it was already too late. Over the rise of a hill just outside the town, leading into it's main street, a convoy of four T-80Us suddenly appeared. A gunner on the first T-80U, manning a PKT with a gunshield installed around the machine gun, opened fire on a group of civilians and IDDF treating wounded civilians, they quickly scattered as they were cut down by machine gun rounds. The tanks main gun randomly put a shell into the side of one building.

As the convoy continued forward, the other tanks and their gunners became firing on any target in sight, or otherwise just building windows. Pretty quickly, an IDDF soldier with an RPG appeared on a window balcony. She fired, disabling the track of the leading T-80U, but quickly found the convoy's wrath focused on her. The leading tanks machine gun killed her, as her body fell over the side of the balcony and onto the street, the tank's main gun blew a large hole in the side of the building. The column's commander radioed in that the leading tank was disabled and their way was blocked, then called in something special - an M113A3 with a flamethrower attached. While the M113A3 made it's way up into the town, the second T-80U took an unconventional route. It blew a couple shells into one building until it had collapsed almost entirely, then turned to face it and drove through the rubble.

While the now-disabled leading tank kept IDDF forces pinned down, the other tanks took the new pathway that had been created, killing a few hiding soldiers. As the tanks blasted their way through another building to get back onto the street, the M113A3 arrived. The 420th 'Hitler' Brigade had chosen to give the flamethrower significantly more fuel: in fact, just about the entire thing was covered in fuel tanks. In a desperate attempt to gain more fuel without making the thing a extreme safety hazard to any friendlies near the APC, cage armor had been applied on top of the fuel tanks and then covered in kevlar to give some protection.

The M113A3 drove into the village and began setting buildings on both sides of the street on fire, indiscriminately. It went around the disabled T-80U, and then went ahead of the other tanks. Lighting everything on fire seemed to be working, IDDF fighters were jumping out of windows, running out of buildings or otherwise dying. The strategy of turning the 'Zippo' into a giant combustible target didn't seem to be very cost-effective though. One RPG hit the top of the M113A3, blowing it up and sending fuel tanks full of now ignited napalm flying all over the surrounding town. The fires quickly spread as the remaining three T-80U's threw caution to the wind and started driving erratically around the city to eliminate any remaining insurgents they could find.

By the time the clean-up operation was done, basically the entire town was on fire. Soseyong was surrounded on all angles by farm fields though, so the chances of a wildfire being sparked were small. The main thing Oscar was thankful for was that the town's defenders had a very small stockpile of RPGs. Maybe the arsenal went up when the M113A3 did. Regardless, an entire town had been massacred at the cost of three tankers of the 420th 'Hitler' Brigade. As far as things go, this was a great success.

The appearance of the Anime Army also brought in negative effects to Hwangyuk, several crates of the Yaoi manga called, "Don't Touch Me You Gay Emperor!" which is a threesome homosexual hentai comic between Cao-Cao, Oda Nobunaga, and Kim Jong-un, was confiscated by Hwangyuknese authorities. The people who were delivering these products of degeneracy were properly dealt with inside the re-education camp. They were reported to be ~~treated harshly without mercy~~ enjoying their time inside the re-education camps.
