World of Origin: Planet Alcyoneus 9C0C
Territories: Most Enforcers are located on the planet of Alcyoneus 9C0C, which itself is located in the distant NG-344 Galaxy. A select few (two, namely) are located elsewhere, including in the Milky Way galaxy.
Race Appearance: An Enforcer's shape an appearance is usually dependent on the unit's preference and programming. Some units will have a much more militaristic and sharp appearance while others will be much less aggressive with a more rounded appearance. All Enforcers share a basic humanoid body shape, at least two or more appendages, and an overall shiny and chrome-like exterior of Tacitice, the versatile metal they are composed of. Eye color and vocalizer tone will distinguish individual units from one another.
Description/Lore: The Enforcers are an industrious and sentient robotic race originating from the planet of Alcyoneus 9C0C. They have maintained relative isolation due to the fact that their homeworld was located near the black hole of CW-027, unaffected by it due to its own generated pocket of subspace, making it otherwise unaffected to normal space. Despite this, the servant-class Enforcers on Alcyoneus 9C0C have maintained an exceedingly high level of technological superiority compared to their neighboring systems due to the fact that Alcyoneus itself is constantly upgrading, a seemingly living mechanical planetoid itself which sustains itself thanks to a powerful dark matter core and incredibly intelligent computer mainframe. What little that is known about the Enforcers and their history comes from the accounts of the extra-galactic race known as the Synchronous, a now extinct and powerful race of technologically-advanced, bio-mechanical beings, whose religious motives oriented around a belief that transcendence would be unlocked through centuries upon centuries of selective breeding and switft technological growth. The Synchronous, however, had steadily begun to stray away from their zealous beliefs and looked towards a more exciting one of raiding and plundering, which eventually brought them to the doorstep of Alcyoneus 9C0C, a planet within their reach. This would later turn out to be their biggest mistake.
The Synchronous' hubris eventually led to their demise when their forced entry of Alcyoneus ended in the destruction of an entire expedition fleet, after Alcyoneus produced two new warrior-class Enforcers that, after eliminating the invaders, were launched to the homeworld of the invaders themselves to quell their threat. Shockingly, only two Enforcers were needed to bring about the ultimate destruction of the Synchronous as a species, their remnants now scattered among the stars as raiding warbands or rogue fleets, while Alcyoneus itself only grew larger and more prosperous thanks to the industrious efforts of the servant-class Enforcers, the warrior-class Enforcers would continue to be sent out on their missions, evaluating and eliminating threats that Alcyoneus deemed to be significant.
Race Powers:
- [Robot Physiology]: Enforcers require no food, water, sleep, or other forms of sustenance due to their robotic nature, and are capable of operating indefinitely thanks to powerful dark matter cores. Thanks to their armor, they can shrug off damage that would otherwise destroy tanks, effortlessly lift large objects that would otherwise necessitate the use of heavy machinery, and deal blows that can easily smash walls to pieces. Their sense of sight and hearing, in particular, are upgraded as well, with an Enforcer able to see both in the infrared and thermal spectrum and locate objects from afar. They can also survive underwater, and in a vacuum.
- [Tacitite Armor]: Enforcers are made of Tacitite, a durable, heat-resistant alien metal found on Alcyoneus that is otherwise non-existent on the periodic table. The metal is capable of withstanding heat up to 4000 degrees Celsius, and covers the entirety of the Enforcer's body. Its versatile nature allows an Enforcer - especially a warrior-class Enforcer, to shape its body into a variety of geometric shapes or proportions, and, on occasion, stretch or compress limbs to fit the occasion. Limbs can be modified to form barrels of energy cannons or blades, or fingers, at will, and can also link with most computer systems thanks to its adaptable nature. This adaptability also allows Enforcers to adapt to incoming attacks and damage which, albeit not entirely, allows them to gain an extra advantage in terms of survivability. To compensate for its weight, many Enforcers have been shown to modify their armor into spoke-like objects, thereby improving their mobility.
- [AI]: Due to their robotic nature, Enforcers are known to have vastly superior intelligence to other life forms; the "Mind" of a single Enforcer is comparable to that of a Supercomputer, thereby allowing it to make expert and calculated battle strategies on the fly and in half the time of a human. Their AI nature also allows them to access computer systems that they interface, taking in huge amount of information in seemingly instantaneous lengths of time. Enforcer minds are capable of coordinating with one another, with two enforcers thinking in unison able to increase their already impressive minds twofold.
- [Dark Matter Attacks:] Enforcers by default are capable of channeling energy from their dark matter cores into devastating, explosive dark matter attacks, which increase based on the amount of energy, though costs much more energy to use depending on the power.
- [Adaptive Weaponry:] If the above will not suffice, then the adaptive weaponry will. Similarly to how an Enforcer can adapt to incoming damage, their primary weapon may also change itself based on the foe at hand: If the enemy specializes in absorbing ballistics, then an energy-based weapon will suffice, and vice versa. Of course, this system is not without limitation, and, most of the time, the explosive Dark Matter blasts will outright destroy enemies without the need to switch weapons.
Race Limitations:
- An Enforcer is only capable of adapting to one incoming damage type at a time, meaning that an Enforcer cannot adapt to water-based attacks and electricity-based attacks at the same time.
- Although their dark matter cores allow them to run mostly indefinitely, Enforcers who use their cores excessively to create dark matter-based energy attacks are susceptible to "powered down" states, in which they may remain inoperable for short periods of time until they are recharged.
- The mobility of an Enforcer can only go so far - limbs can only be stretched for about 12 feet or so, and require that some matter from somewhere else in the Enforcer's body be diverted to compensate, which may leave open spots.
Race Weaknesses:
- [Weight]: Although quick to move and react, Enforcers are not the fastest robots out there, with Tacitite being a rather heavy metal as much as it is versatile, some Enforcers will need to go the extra mile in shapeshifting and modifying their body just to gain an advantage in speed.
- [Single-mindedness]: Although sentient, Enforcers are usually single-minded in their tasks, sometimes stubbornly so. This means they will go to often dangerous lengths to complete their tasks.
- [Magnets]: Metal manipulators will have a field day — Tacitite, although tough, allows Enforcers to be thrown around like toys. In addition, EMPs can easily take down an Enforcer for a short amount of time.
Additional info: N/AName: CORE

Gender: Masculine Programming
Race: Enforcer
Appearance: See below.(Image)
Young Blood?: Nope
Bio: CORE, alongside his brother PLEX, are two new warrior-class Enforcers created from Alcyoneus 9C0C to defend from the incoming threat of the Synchronous. In other words, he and his brother are kill-bots, sent out to investigate threats located and assessed by Alcyoneus 9C0C, both close by and afar, in order to eliminate them before the threat would grow out of control. In comparison to his brother, CORE was always the more hot-headed and militaristic one even by appearance alone, programmed with a true warrior personality and penchant for violence in comparison to his brother's more reserved, calculating demeanor. He is — and has always been — the more brutal but cunning out of the two.
CORE showed no mercy to the Synchronous when they invaded their homeworld, bringing about the destruction of the Synchronous in the process of razing the world and putting it into Alcyoneus' position. He and his brother both grew in power and intelligence, with CORE personally absorbing many of the Synchronous in order to progress his strength to the next level. Only recently did the two discover Earth, a backwater planet in an otherwise uninteresting part of the Military galaxy, though with an exceedingly high threat level according to Alcyoneus for unknown reasons...
Powers:
- [Enforcer Physiology]: CORE has all of the powers and abilities mentioned in the application for the Enforcers.
- [Threat Absorption Device, Internal]: CORE's size and shape allows him to seemingly consume most humanoid-shaped smaller objects and beings, namely to increase his maximum power output, via a device located in his chest cavity. This internal device is capable of siphoning the energy of living beings or the power from non-living beings, converting it into energy usable by CORE for later. Conversely, if CORE were to use this on an energy-based attack like an energy blast, this would mean the energy from the inbound attack could be captured and converted into usable energy by CORE, provided it doesn't damage him during the process.
Limitations:
- Standard Enforcer Limitations
- CORE's energy absorption power can only siphon the energy from living and powered beings, and can only absorb inbound energy attacks before they hit and if they're small enough.
Weaknesses:
- [Enforcer Physiology]: As an Enforcer, CORE carries all of the weaknesses shared by all Enforcers, namely being poor mobility, susceptibility to magnets and EMPs.

Bio: PLEX, alongside his brother CORE, are two new warrior-class Enforcers created from Alcyoneus 9C0C to defend from the incoming threat of the Synchronous. In other words, he and his brother are kill-bots, sent out to investigate threats located and assessed by Alcyoneus 9C0C, both close by and afar, in order to eliminate them before the threat would grow out of control. In comparison to his brother, PLEX was always the more reserved and calculated one, often being more inquisitive and focused on asking questions than he was focused on actively trying to rip the arms off his opponent. Some might say that he was a regular warrior-class Enforcer that was simply updated to serve the role as a warrior, but this is not true at all. In fact, Plex is the more cunning but brutal version of his brother, more likely to rip the arms off of the enemy and beat them to death with them than he is to simply punch a hole in them, like his brother would.
PLEX and his brother showed no mercy to the Synchronous when they invaded their homeworld, bringing about the destruction of the technologically advanced race in the process of their invasion. They later razed the world of life and put it into position for Alcyoneus to simply devour the planet. He and his brother both grew in power and intelligence, with PLEX gaining deep knowledge on multiple different species that the twins fought and defeated. Recently, their spacecraft entered the otherwise uninteresting Sol system on approach to the planet of Earth, a backwater world with a seemingly ridiculously high threat level, according to Alcyoneus. PLEX could only wonder was to why such a world carried such a massive threat level to it...
Powers:
- [Enforcer Physiology]: PLEX has all of the powers and abilities mentioned in the application for the Enforcers.
- [Threat Assessment Device, Internal]: PLEX carries an internal Threat Assessment Device, a powerful investigative and defensive tool that increases his defensive capabilities and tracking skills. The device can scan and assess opponents before the Enforcer engages in combat, thereby disabling the "lag time" of first strike in combat and adapting to any special abilities found in combat. In other words, PLEX's Threat Assessment Device can assess opponents and threats before he faces them, formulating a strategy and adapting to the largest threat at the moment. Of course, this is not without limitation.
Limitations:
- Standard Enforcer Limitations
- PLEX's Threat Assessment Device will only create one adaptation for one ability, meaning that PLEX must try and adapt to multiple things at one time of he were to be attacked from multiple sides. Knowing the limitations behind an Enforcer's armor, this is impossible.
- Individuals with more than one ability can bypass the Threat Assessment Device easily, by using said ability. In other words, someone whom has strength and also fire abilities can bypass PLEX's TAD by using the fire abilities, whilst PLEX adapts to counter the strength. .
Weaknesses:
- [Enforcer Physiology]: As an Enforcer, CORE carries all of the weaknesses shared by all Enforcers, namely being poor mobility, susceptibility to magnets and EMPs.
