If those events are happening at the same time. Depends on what you want to happen , I’d prefer to not have my secret location blown near the start though.

Well, she was just going to do some Nancy Drew sleuthing. I mean, if you already have an idea of how you're going to work Two-Face into the story, I'm cool with that. Oh, just random thought- what if Babs did go into the metro to investigate and Harl was the only one that knew that?

I was going to plan a stake out of the location later after seeing how heavily fortified it was.

Plus, my guy has a car, so he can probably drive by, see Batgirl hitch hiking and pick her up to go to the hospital. Wouldn't want to leave deadly ninja drunkard with just the inexperienced superhero for protection now would we?

Batgirl does NOT hitchhike! The nerve! Iunno, sorta glad that Babs got detoured because I didn't want to put all the heroes in the same basket, at the same location, storywise. And yeah, Talia is so reminding me of Elizabeth Taylor in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, sloshing around that whisky glass and chewing everyone out.

Two-Face hasn’t really done anything worth targeting just yet. Rumors and lowlifes talking about his return would reach heroes, but he hasn’t done anything drastic yet. Also I doubt Two-Face would mess with a meme bed of the Bat-Family upon just returning to Gotham.

Do you think that mainstream news would start to report about Two-Face's return? Because Charles is looking for a family reunion.

Well, maybe...would the old metro be an old haunt for Harvey that his son would know about? Charles could already be there investigating or is that too meta? And maybe the Question shows up, picks up Babs and they pass the old metro and notice Charlie there? Or again, too implausible?

I actually don’t know what Two-Face’s goal is just yet. However Charles and Harvey could reunite, although I think he would be very disappointed in his dad, probably wouldn’t recognize the being he’s become. But if Charles is seeking to genuinely reunite with his Dad, I imagine a Luke and Vader type relationship. I’ll let the fate of Two-Face’s lair be decided by the players, if you want to incorporate him into the story this early then please go ahead

Okay! New plan! Thinking...thinking...what if...Charley arrived at Arkham because she heard about the break-out and wanted to make a name for herself but she got there too late. She saw Tim leaving and followed him. She sees him stop to pick up Babs but isn't sure whether to stay to see what Babs is up to or to follow Tim to where ever he's going?
