Backstory:

Talia was raised as a killer. The successor to the great Ra’s Al Ghul was always a pressurizing identity for her, but she held the title with bravery and loyalty to the League. She has been entrusted with the most dangerous and secretive missions that the League has ever undertaken, and she is famous in the League as the most reliable member; her missions usually don’t go awry.

As she grew to adulthood, her 19th birthday in Gotham was the first time she met the Bat, Ra’s most dreaded foe. They both soon fell in love, although Batman broke off the serious romance after realizing he couldn’t battle the League and date Talia; she has never forgiven him after seeing him romance Catwoman. At 20, Talia had her only son with Bruce Wayne, Damian. Ra’s saw this as an opportunity. He was a genetically modified baby, created to be an assassin. It was ironic when he turned to the vigilante side. Although Talia shunned the boy, she continues to keep a close eye on him from afar to ensure that he isn’t hurt. Talia has recently returned to Gotham for a brief trip, due to recent failures by other League men on missions, and because she has realized that her son has been injured in battle, and wants to harm the man who hurt Damian.

Powers/Weapons/Tech:
- Expert Swordsman
- Expert marksman with a bow and arrow
- Very Stealthy; can walk completely silently
- Owns a variety of katanas, arrows, and bows
- Has limited access to the Lazarus Pit
Weaknesses: She isn’t the best hand-to-hand fighter, although she is sneaky and can ambush people unnoticed. Her son Damian is also a big foil to her plans at times.
Skills: She has a degree in biology and chemistry.

Yeah, that whole point of darting the chopper is to trace the heli, and then follow he potential clues in the chopper back to Historian after a long actual Batman esq detective mission

Also, Caleb doesn’t know where Historian is, he just knows how to help find him. Thus the whole chopper thing I just explained. The whole “I know where to find the guy” bit is more of a way to guarantee Batgirl actually shows up. Not a meta game type thing where he knows exactly where to find Phillip.
