Other Abilities: He can chill his plasma while retaining the state of it, that is to say he can cool it down to where it won't severely damage a person or object in contact with it, however it will still cause some pain. His body can resist ridiculous levels of heat and dissipate it, however if trying to cover a large area of his body from an extreme heat source he can be overpowered by it and it will burn him up. However he is a personable and friendly individual and quick to forgive and forget as it were. How much of that is naivety or his true personality is anyone's guess. Biography: Steve has spent a very large percentage of his life pretending to be someone he isn't, and he has hated it every moment. Growing up as the only child of Sheila Murphy Steve has no memory of his father, who died when he was less than a year old. His mother refused to tell him even the man's name or how he died in the hope that he would be nothing like the man that sired him. Growing up he was a gentle boy, who was forced to learn control of his abilities very quickly as his mother did everything in her power to hide them from other's eyes. The boy grew to hate such living arrangements, the fact that he had to lie about who he was sickened him, but also nourished a seed of empathy for those that suffered from things beyond their control like him. At only ten he what he could to help the many poor and in need in his community. Sadly not everyone has as kind of a heart as naive ten year olds. Believing he could trust the people he brought food to he shared his secret with them. What he got in return wasn't acceptance it was a mix of fear, repulsion, and in the worst case betrayal as he was turned in to the commission. The following flight from their home led to his mother's death at the hands of a policeman, however Steve retained a feeling of guilt for the incident, blaming himself for trusting the wrong person in the first place Steve was now completely and utterly alone. Living on the street, his education on a permanent hiatus and his life with no real goal or path to follow, Steve wandered across the US, eventually coming to settle in Northern California with a small group of other Superiors. Finally receiving guidance on using his abilities from a kind woman with similar powers. She guided and taught him for several years, their small camp offering a place to hide and prepare himself for life under the commission. The woman, who was simply called Granny Firefly by the members of the camp that one day they wouldn't have to lie and hide anymore, that they could be just as free as everyone else even with their abilities. Steve took her lessons and beliefs to heart, using them as the foundation for who he is. Specter had ties with the small camp as with many similar groups. Feeling the academy would be far better for Steve the members of the camp sent him with Specter to the academy. #GreyApp

Appearance: Abilities Equipment: A custom built Mauser rifle that has the specifications of a Kar98K designed to interface with her systems Primary Ability: With her robotic origins, she has been built in and equipped with a nano material containment and control system within her left arm. The nano material can be rebuilt to form either a shield or melee weapons. However, one of the more special features of it is that it can support her wings directly, increasing her speed, range and time in the sky. Other Abilities: As a built in feature she is able to take flight with her wings for a short moment at a height of roughly 6 stories. She is also able to directly interface with her rifle, reducing the need for the scope. Details Nationality: Born in America, rebuilt in Japan Hometown: California Sexuality: Ace Skills: As a semi android she is able to perform nearly all tasks perfectly, although due to her human origins she still retains her skills in gardening and extensive experience in talking to people normally. Flaws: Her cold and calculating coding places her safety and life over all, leaving it as top priority followed by those around her expanding out in a radius. This causes her coding to sometimes prioritize the wrong people in the wrong situations. Personal Personality: Cold and calculative, her former warm and caring self has quite simply died and disappeared, giving way to her current coding which first and foremost prioritizes 'father' and herself above all before those that are around her by distance. Biography: "Rosaline Zeno, born 2006 5th of April to parents involved in the government service in California. When she was young Rosaline had contracted an unknown illness, no records exist of her illness at all. However, all that remains of it's existence is her lack of a natural right arm. Her arm had to be amputated, but her parents most likely covered it up. Her parents of course gave her the best life they wanted for her, sending her to boarding schools throughout her short time as a human and preparing her to enter the politics scene. Of course, this was quite suspicious, as to where her parents got the cash. When she was 6, she had shown great affinity with robotics. Of course i won't go into the details as to her first bot and such but let's just say she was a genius. Well, was. 1 week later she was hit by a truck. Her injuries had included many broken bones, one of her limbs got mangled, brain damage and a partially damaged spine. Be it for love or to save their miracle of a child, her parents sent her for treatment at any cost. They sent her, to me. You see, hospitals and doctors heal and save lives. But I, I perform miracles. And that was exactly what I gave them, a miracle with a surprise. It was no shock to me that one week later she appeared back at my door, with some blood on her hands. The coding had worked and Rosaline had successfully been reborn. Of course she would attract too much attention, and even as an android...her blood was still different, incomparable to human blood. She must've been a superior of some sorts. Regardless, her powers weren't much of a concern with what i've armed her with, a nearly perfect killing machine. Now, the final experiment begins. Occasionally, if angry enough, he will become stronger, but this is extremely conditional. Other Abilities: Cato has a proportional healing factor, the more he is damaged, the faster he heals. He also has several layers of subdermal skin and reinforced bones that make him extremely tough to take down in a fight. Rounds up to(and sometimes including, depending on the angle and distance) 7.62mm can bounce right off him or barely puncture him enough to be a problem. Details Nationality: Greek Hometown: Thessaloniki Sexuality: Heterosexual, but bi-curious. Skills: Close range combat, surprisingly agile and speedy for his stature, high alcohol tolerance, social situations. Flaws: Creative solutions, long range combat. Personal Personality: Cato is the definition of a boisterous fellow. Loud, over-confident, loose with his words and his actions, he can sometimes throw himself into situations where his only solution is to make fist meet face. However, he truly has a heart of gold, and wants nothing more for his friends than a good time involving alcohol and merriment. He is extremely protective of what he considers his, including his friends and family. One of the easiest ways to set him off is to insult somebody he respects or holds dear. However, gaining that respect and trust can be difficult: Cato sometimes doesn't consider you a friend until you've either out-drank or out-matched him in a fight. There are special exceptions he would make. Biography: Born in Greece, Cato's size and stature is not of natural origin. Though he was always a sizable fellow, it wasn't until he was approximately 14 that his powers truly manifested. After a life-threatening situation where Cato was held at gunpoint for his wallet, Cato let his anger take a hold of him, and he found himself growing to immense heights and gaining incredible muscle mass. This, as it turns out, was the origin of his power. He struck his assailant, and sent them careening through a storefront's main display. He found no comfort in this, however, as he was extremely stricken by his sudden growth. Running home, his parents eventually decided that the best choice for Cato was to home school him until the day he was able to go to college. Unbeknownst to them, he had different plans. Once he was attending university, he began working on his application to Scepter's Academy under the stipulation that he would be able to use his powers for some type of purpose other than clogging up hallways. Appearance: Brown eyes, black hair and Asian complexion. Abilities Equipment: A knife, a Beretta 70 and a box of matches. Primary Ability: Excessive regeneration. Ava is able to regenerate from any wound within seconds, even after the destruction of the brain. The only means to kill her permanently is through total incineration or the individual destruction of every cell in her body. Regeneration defies the law of conservation of mass and kicks in immediately after an injury. The stem of such recovery is her brain, from which the rest of her body will regenerate. Decapitating her will cause her previous body to simply collapse. The means by which she can be incapacitated are numerous. Her regeneration applies only gentle pressure and if an object gets in the way it will be unable to bypass it in order to complete regeneration. While the natural pressure produced by blood flow and expanding tissue will push out small objects like bullets, other objects like knives have to be pulled out manually. Various means of stopping her are as follows; Locking her in a room, tying her down, leaving a blade in the back of her neck (since regeneration will not push it out and the severance of her spinal cord prevents her from pulling it out herself), locking her in a room filled with acid/water/magma, burying her, cutting her up and sealing it in a solid block (sand, concrete, e.t.c.), causing non-lethal brain damage (she will not regenerate mental injuries), using poison/toxins (which will affect her body until removed by the kidneys or natural degradation), continually setting her on fire and/or leaving her in any environment where there is no air. Grievous bodily damage such as liberal application of bullets and blades will also cause imperfect regeneration, impairing her significantly for a short time due to the lingering cellular damage that is not regenerated fully. Destroying her brain will remove several memories and result in short-term vertigo and confusion. Physical trauma to only part of her brain will result in nervous confusion, often causing limb paralysis, improper emotional reactions and other effects. Ava doesn’t need to eat or drink. Her regeneration keeps alive but not in good shape. She can still become malnourished, overweight, brain-damaged or concussed. She simply won’t die; staying in the minimum biological state required to be considered ‘living’. Other Abilities: Chitinous overgrowth. Ava can purposefully induce the growth of insectoid chitin over her body, covering her limbs and body in a thin protective layer. It is easily chipped and broken through by even regular blades and punches, but thicker layers on the forearms can deflect projectiles and deliberate strikes. It provides very little protection against blunt or stabbing forces (such as piercing blades, direct-hit-bullets, fists, bludgeons, e.t.c.). She can cause it to overtake her fingers, creating sharp claws. She can molt these growths at any time if she so wishes. That led her to believe that in order to make things better, the world had to get a lot worse first; which is why she decided to become a nominal villain, wanting to force the world to treat superiors fairly. Biography: Seoul was a nexus for superior-civilian interaction. Ava was born at the turning point, when the world was beginning to turn against those with alternate properties. Of note is the fact that while the world saw superiors as having specific abilities, Ava saw those same ‘powers’ as simple properties - things that were inherent to their biology and were tools, not rights or privileges. She didn’t understand why humanity saw superiors as a threat, as greater than them, as different. She didn’t understand why superiors saw regular humans as inferior, as dangerous, as less capable. This led to her disillusionment with society as a whole, rejecting the expectation that she should be anything other than a regular human. For a while she tried to suppress her abilities, wanting to live a normal life; hiding in a mixture of shame and fear. But she saw a burning building, and a screaming child inside. She ran in, and pulled the little thing out, skin and flesh sloughing off her back, breathing through shrivelled lungs. Then, less than a minute later, she was as pristine as a polished window. Now a fugitive from anti-superior sentiment, she ran, hiding for months. Eventually she was picked up by a Specter agent, offering her residence at Hadley. This can only last for a few seconds before she is forced back into a solid state but her limbs and other appendages may remain gaseous indefinitely. She is able to fly slightly faster than a car travelling at a moderate pace without exerting herself even when in a solid state. The smoke she transforms into and generates is extremely dense; producing enough outward force to deflect projectiles when in large blankets. She can produce large amounts of it and shape it freely but cannot exceed ten cubic metres of absolute density. Any more than that will require her to significantly reduce the density of the smoke and therefore decrease how ‘solidly’ it behaves. Ava can also create a small amount of superheated soot, up to temperatures of 1,400 degrees Celsius. She can shape it easily but cannot create any more than the volume of her torso. This usually manifests as a tool such as a blade or a projectile. Average smoke temperature is between 50 and 120 degrees Celsius but it can be cooled if Ava so decides. Other Abilities: Survivability. Ava does not need to breathe. She is impossible to set on fire and can walk freely through areas up to 500 degrees Celsius in temperature. Appearance: Abilities Equipment: Leather Strap for equipment. Primary Ability: Beast Form. Theo is able to transform into a massively strong and durable beast at will, at any time and for as long as he wishes. In this form he is extremely ferocious and strong, with much stamina and a great resilience to damage. Some would refer to his form akin to that of a humanoid werewolf. Other Abilities: Healing factor, as long as he is not taking damage Theo will heal most wounds on his own. Enhanced senses. Intimidating presence, outside of his beast form, Theo already possesses what one would call a terrifying presence, even when he seems calm some may seem his demeanor as disturbing. Details Nationality: Greek Hometown: Dialampi Sexuality: Straight Skills: Hand to hand fighting, athletic, cunning. Flaws: Weakness to high powered bullets made from silver. Suffers from a double personality syndrome, with an aggressive and hostile personality which actively tries to overtake the most collected and calm one. Personal Personality: Theo has an overall quiet and reserved attitude outside of his teaching sessions with students, he naturally possesses and intimidating presence, even in his casual mood he still carries that vibe to him. Despite all of this, he stays calm and collected and always tries to think things rationally and teach his students how to survive against the forces trying to hunt them down and he will protect them no matter what. Biography: Born in a small town in North Eastern Greece, Theo was son of Emmanuel Alanis and his wife Agnes. For years the family lived a tranquil life, secluded from much of the modern world and acting indifferent to the issues of the metahumans and the world's governments efforts against them. At least Agnes did, Emmanuel for his part had always shown to be constantly preoccupied with Theo's safety and always ready in case the family had to flee. Agnes for her part tried to teach Theo the values of morality and ethics, teaching him about the ancient history of Greece and the values of the teachings of Pilates, Plato, and Homer. Theo was fascinated by the Iliad of all things, his favorite tale the one of the Odyssey, he wanted to be a hero just like Odysseus some day. While In school, all the way to high school, Theo had multiple teachers take notice of him and his less than social behaviors. He preferred to roam in the dark, and seemed to have eyes that shinned within said dark, constantly reading and away from his peers after he had brutally beaten up a bully for trying to hassle him no one dared to bother him, more so for his massive size. It was noticeable he had a quite the appetite while growing up, being able to entire and entire cooked chicken by himself and still wanting more. He was also an avid hunter, with a keen sight and other senses which allowed him and his father to hunt quite easily. However, it soon became obvious he was not a normal young man, at times he would behave aggressively and almost animalistic, with little memory of this when he got to his sense. His parents feared the worse, Emmanuel for his part already knew what this meant. When Theo finished high school he and his family moved to a farm, where they would be safe from attention and Theo much to his displeasure began to learn alongside his father how to tend to the farm. At first he hated it, but he soon was able to catch up to it, and gradually he controlled his anger and hunger as well. All changed when one night, at the age of 20 while sleeping, Theo was taken over by a sudden urge, as if something had taken over him and he needed to eat, to consume. He became a monster, and exiting through his room's windows he roamed the country, eating lone cattle and even wolves that were terrified of him. Through the night, a posse made from the men of the nearby town and other farms gathered to hunt whatever was eating their livestock, calling the authorities as well the militia roamed the country in search for the beast. They found it, and several of them were badly wounded by the young lycanthrope. The incident was picked up by the Greek government, which eventually tracked the beast to the barn of the Alanis. Finding Theo half naked and covered in blood, his parents had hid him away as they tried to calm their metahuman son who couldn't control his powers. The parents were apprehended when they tried to stop the soldiers from entering the barn and Agnes was struck in the head, this woke up Theo who immediately transformed and charged at the soldiers who began to fire on him. He slashed and teared through them, the farm was set on fire by tanks and Emmanuel and Agnes were both killed in the crossfire. Theo, overcome by sadness and anger picked the bodies and fled the scene. Still in his beast form, Theo lamented the death of his parents by what he could only see as his own fault. Once in human form he buried the two up top of a hill and swore he would control his powers and never again harm the innocent ever. Eventually, through years of hardship and of meditation, Theo was able to overcome his beast personality and ascend from an uncontrollable killing machine to a human capable of controlling his inner monster. The years went by, and soon the world turned against his kind, indifferent of the fight at first, Theo kept travelling through Europe and avoiding conflict while helping those around him. Soon though, the fight found him at age 31 when he was embroiled in a battle between German troops and metahumans. He was forced to pick and side, and he did. Despite helping his fellow metahumans, he didn't stuck around long as he hit the road again trying to flee the fight, but he was already tagged by the UN Commission and several other organizations by extend. One by one, his kind was being wiped out, Theo fought several times against national governments and UN sanctioned groups that seek to capture of kill him. Multiple times he fought and was scarred with the battles. His years of running away and surviving against these foes toughened him and he was able to control his powers even more. Though he was careful as humans were smartening up and it was a matter of time before metahumans were no more all together. Things changed when in 2023, alongside fellow Metahumans, Theo created Specter, an uneasy alliance between good and not so good metahumans who seek to fight for the metahuman cause around the world. Though reluctant over the groups motifs and goals, Theo decided it was better to try and make a change for the better, and now with this new batch of students he has a change to teach them how to survive against their enemies, the humans who seek to destroy them all. #GreyApp

F A C T I O N Name: The Watchers Alignment: Heroic in intentions, but they use questionable methods to attain their goals. Membership: 11 at the moment, but used to have 50. Remaining members are Soliria(Cosmic magic manipulation; is Juinsan’s sister); Bladefall(Materializes blades from a pocket dimension and throws them at enemies with supersonic speeds.); Haemophage(Blood magic user, manipulates blood to power offensive magic), Azrael(Manipulates the souls of the dead to power his mind breaking magicks), Portalis(creates portals to cross from one point to another, can summon portals inside enemies to kill them), Warlock(wields powerful chaos magic), Syndragosa(ice magic wielder), Chronormu(can slow or speed up the flow of time in a small 10 meter radius), Wraith(turns into a gaseous state and is capable of taking control of any machine in that state) and the White Seer(predicts future outcomes with hard percentages as well as having powerful telekinesis). Areas of Operation: Vladivostok, but they are seen to operate elsewhere in Siberia. They have even been seen in Japan in a few occasions. Equipment Level: For a Superior team, the Watchers are very well funded. The Makrovitch family(Who are all secret Supers themselves), or what is left of it, secretly funds the Watchers, making them a dangerous enemy despite their small numbers. However, due to their main reliance on magic, they do not need a lot of equipment at all. Firearms are usually only a last ditch resort. However, their main vehicle is a modified T-14 Armata battle tank, which has been tailored to fire bolts of plasma and armor capable of repelling even a concentrated conventional attack. An armored personnel carrier is also in their arsenal, which they use to sneak into military bases and wreak havoc from inside. These vehicles were all stolen from the Russian military. Bio: The Watchers were once a noble team of heroes that operated in Vladivostok. They defeated numerous villain attacks not just in Vladivostok, but in other areas in Russia as well. However, as the Commision cracked down their activity, the Watchers were forced to cease their duty. Many of the Watchers were disheartened and angry over what seemed to humanity’s ungratefulness. Why, they asked, should they be called to cease? After all they have done, there is no appreciation for them, the Watchers? The leader of the Watchers, White Seer, pleaded with the disgruntled Watchers not to turn away. But alas, all but nine left the Watchers. They became criminals and villains, punishing mankind for their ungratefulness and foolishness. Five of them, Storm, Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind, attacked Moscow, seeking to destroy the Kremlin. They were stopped by two extremely powerful Superiors, ones who wielded the power of the universe in their hands. However, those two still fell, and as Fire hovered over a sewer exit, out came the children of the ones that killed his comrades. One attacked him and crippled him permanently with the same power as his parents, and disappeared into the night. The other was met by Portalis, who took note of her power and led her to the Watchers’ underground HQ. There, White Seer saw her power and foresaw that there was a 100% possibility that she will be mighty. Thus, Soliria was born, and as the Makrovitch Company set up their new offices in Vladivostok, it’s remaining members, Soliria and her older sister, funded the Watchers in the hope that they will change the world for the better. #GreyApp
