Remember, she is the head and heir of the Bingum family, one of the richest families in Gotham and the world.

The theatre could pay for a decent mansion, but a financial dynasty pays for exquisite palaces and lavish estates.

I'll give you a quick rundown of her security.

- Cameras in most places, not all-seeing, but if you are on the roads or anywhere near them, the fountains, or any buildings, you will most likely be seen. The inner gardens aren't covered as well because there is nowhere to put cameras.

- It is night so she has more guards, roughly 25 patrolling, 5 each of the five guardhouses on the perimeter, and 20 in the house. Yes, the expense is tremendous, but there is a lot of area to cover and she has a lot of valuable plants, animals, and items. Each is equipped with pepper spray, large tasers, and pistols.

- 50 HoverDrones, they use the same tech as the antigrav panels. They can travel just a touch slower than a regular motorbike, so if you get past the gate you migth outrun them. They all have knockout gas and electric fields equipped. They are deployed when the house perimeter motion detectors are breached, so if you stay past the edge of the canyon/lake, they aren't a concern.

There is a bit more, but you shouldn't encounter them unless you go in the buildings themselves.
