Hey everybody, Can i have a flag that has a technocratic feel to it. while still keeping the oceanic feel.

Current Flag:

Keep the Silver border, The star and the white ring that surrounds it. Only the waves can be removed.
You can only use these following colours: Dark Blue(Idk what the code of the colour is), White.
You can Move the logo.(The star and the white ring that surrounds it.)

Heya. Could someone make a flag for me?

I want it to be like a top curve line and a bottom curve line (like the eye I'm putting below this post, but the lines should not touch each other and must touch in both sides of the flag). The lines would be white. And I want a green (close to 17A108) eagle (I'm putting the eagle I want below as well). Finally, for the background use this blue (close to 1D0CB3).

By recolour, I meant if the two crosses were two slightly different shades of red.

Can you make the cross in front the same color as the Cross of Burgundy, please?

In my opinion it clashes horribly when they are the same color, which is why I originally colored the front cross darker but here is what you asked for:
