Oh, sorry about that! Kind of slipped into The Queen mentality for a while.

Also, he had better run. Even if he can kill 99% of the animals before they get to him, something will get him. Dogs, geese, pigeons, cats, and others can live for quite a while. They may be weakened, but they won't be put down easily.

His powers increase as they get nearer, as physical contact is achieved. The larger issue is him being buried underneath the corpses. I must say, the Queen is a heartless bitch though.

Personality: Formerly very focused on school and work, she is now very confused at the development of powers and unsure of who she is. Very trusting of her friends, she is good to those who can earn her trust.

Backstory:
Sydney was an average girl by the usual standards, though by Gotham standards her family is wealthy. After all, they are able to afford to send her to college. In her childhood she did typical "girl" things, like take ballet and take piano lessons. She found that she was a gifted writer and went with it, loving the way she could breathe life into words. She was a typical college student, just as interesting as the next person. That is, until she became part of a Queen attack.
In a burst of . . . something, she was suddenly filled with all of the answers. She managed to escape the swarm with a shotgun, two pencils, a short stick, and a leaf, using her newly found power to utilise them in escape. She knew just where to step, just what to do, everything working out just fine. Now she and her friend Mary are on the run from the swarm, unable to process what has just happened.
Powers/Weapons/Tech:
Mathematical Perfection: Her ability makes her "good with numbers" to a ridiculous degree. She perceived her power as elaborate mathematical notation, as if written in the air. It allows her to do things like analyse and manipulate the world economy, design buildings and predict/cause collapses, analyse and predict an opponent during combat, allowing her to dodge their attacks, see weak points in their physiology, etc. Powers that defy a basic law of reality can mess with this power.
Weaknesses: She is extremely new to her power, having discovered it in the RP itself.
Skills: If you need a 5-page paper done in 2 hours, she's your girl. She has an excellent memory, is fairly fit, and took ballet until she was 14.

Mary was born outside of Gotham, in a small town to the west. She grew up with her father and mother who owned the local grocery store. Her father was very protective of her, but that didn't stop her from being a "wild child". She was the queen of her school's social ladder simply by virtue of not caring about it. Anyone could be her friend or talk to her, and she was loved for it. She did well in school, and had what many call a perfect life. When she was accepted to Gotham University her father decided it was time to teach her to defend herself. She spent an excessive amount of time at a local shooting range and taking self defence classes. She thought it was boring, but she knew that it bought her father peace of mind when his daughter was going to the big, scary city, so she put up with it. Right about now, she's thankful for those lessons.

Once she got to Gotham, she lived in the dorms for a year, and that was when she met Sydney. They were opposites but over the year they got to know each other. Cut to two years later and they were best friends, living together with their third roommate, Jess, in an off-campus apartment. Now she is on a run for her life, confused as to what is happening in a world that doesn't make any sense.
Powers/Weapons/Tech:

Weaknesses: To be fair, she isn't on par with anyone else here. She just got caught up in all of this because her roommate forgot a paper was due.
