It would take years to build a zoo capable of housing dinosaurs, and by that time they'd probably all have died in the cages you'd have to keep them in.

Dinosaurs aren't people. They're not even real dinos, even Dr. Wu admits to that. This is the worst metaphor ever. Dinos no longer belong in our world, they would only wreak havoc on existing ecosystems. Human lives on the other hand are priceless, humans aren't resurrected monsters, dinosaurs are.
