DENIED for several reasons. Fix the coding (not everything should be bolded) and delete everything in brackets. African-American is not a nationality, it is an ethnicity (nationality would be American, Canadian, German, etc.). "Black with short hair" is too vague a description. You but biographical information for his personality. Additionally, the bio is terribly short, so include what he's been up to for the past few weeks with Chicago in ruins. "Many" is not an RP example, link actual RP's you've been involved in (preferably your posts) or, if you don't have any, write something or your bio will be used instead. How did he get an AK-47, in Chicago, a city with strict gun laws, and what gauge is the shotgun? Equipment would be everything important you have, so currently he has two guns but no ammo, no food, no anything else. Fix these issues.

We will move onto the next day when Washington Elementary, Willis Tower, Loyola, and Kelly High School finish with their current outings (i.e. are safe to hunker down for the night). Those unable to post due to having progressed time too far ahead will have to wait. Do character building in the meantime. I will not allow people to move ahead because we'll end up with people on Day 26 and others on Day 41. We will progress together to stay relatively on the same time frame.

Understandable, but what do you mean when you say "character building"? Do you want us to work on our character app or more posting in the IC? It would stay on the same day of course...
