[proposal=] THE DEFENSE ACT. This bill will create three positions The minister of war and the minister of defense and the spy ministry the roles of the War and Defense ministries will be to both lead and prevent invasions, and raids, (which could be a precurser to war).
This act will also make it that if a region is invaded and the minister of war becomes it's leader that region and all the nations with it, will become part of the ministers region.
These "conquest" can only be preformed on nations that are either older then 6 months, have over 100 nations, and it's own military leader.
The spy minister will be able to create a fake randomly generated nation to spy on other nations to alert there region of possible invasion.[/proposal]
