Hypocritical. It’s the OPs job to handle heckling like that. I suggest next time something like this happens you shut the hell up and let the OP do his job dealing with people on their own forum.

Tiekerrick, there is nothing wrong with other players giving advice and instruction to confused players. It is not self-righteous or commanding tone, it is simply helping out.

And, honestly, everyone, try not to get as upset over a small judgement lapse. Especially any of those inflamed the argument.

Honestly, Flutter, I don't know why you're so fixated on having factions. They're just making the story needlessly complicated. And it doesn't help matters that both of your characters, Robin and Scarecrow, are the leaders of two of the four factions.

Possibly either him finding her, apprehending a criminal or other way around. Or just the two of them running into one-another. I'm sure she'd have some heartfelt emotions over the fact that Isaac is literally disfigured.

Ultimately, the factions should be for a story telling purpose, not of vital importance. For example, my character is a meta human with a god complex, thus it would make sense for him to be worshiped for his abilities by willing cult members.

But you can have recruitment without having factions. Scarecrow can try to recruit someone just on his own. He doesn't need to be the leader of a faction to do it. Also, someone like the Riddler would never be part of a faction so why try forcing a square peg into a round circle. Or in Riddler's case, a question mark-shaped peg.

As far as Babs feeling sorry for Isaac, I can see that but just remember, this is Gotham. There are LOTS of disfigured characters running around!

Fair, fair. She's fairly capable in terms of preemptive surveillance, though, so I'm going to assume Babs will know a little bit about Isaac's history. After all, he did go into Arkham voluntarily and had half his face start to just...turn to ash. He's just a bit of an anomaly that way.
