Linimo Railworks or リニ (Rinimo Tetsu Sagyō) is the biggest Tairinese rolling stock manufacturer. Linimo has its headquarters in Meiya, Taikei. For decades, we continue to innovate into creating the best train products with the most powerful technology at this time. It all started in the year of 1979, Linimo Railway Engineering began designing and producing the first electric train called Linimo IME, the rolling stock product with a type of electric multiple units for commuter/ suburban service was directly sold 50 sets to various railway companies in Tairin. Because this product is a behaviour to accommodate large passenger capacity for each car and there is a cutting-edge braking technology.

Linimo Railway Engineering was founded on 11 November 1980 by Tatsuya Akiyoshi and some of his colleagues from various companies in Tairin. Mr Akiyoshi himself is a former engineer in the national aircraft manufacturer, Hayabusa Aerospace Ltd. now, he has had a great income and assets from the hard work so far and become one of the richest men in Tairin. Linimo is headed by Shinji Nagoya this year, he has a mission to introduce the products of their rolling stock to the international stage which is able to introduce "made in Tairin" products with good quality and tested.

1. Safety Systems
Our products always confirmed to have the latest safety system from us. we call it 'Li-BS' for standard and 'Li-HSS' for high-speed products. Li-BS is short for "Linimo Braking System", the System mixes pneumatic braking system with the hydraulic system where the hydraulic system becomes one of the main brakes with temperature control in order to keep the liquid temperature in the event of avoiding leakage which can damage the brake itself. while pneumatic or air brake works for an automatic door, temperature control source and second braking support.
Li-HSS (Linimo High-Speed System) is advanced brake system for high-speed train type. This braking technology uses a combination of the electromagnetic and pneumatic brakes. The electromagnetic braking system is the main brake for Li-HSS because it is considered very safe for train speeds above 150 km/h. the system works by inducing an electric current on a magnetic disc that will induce a repulsion force against the brake disk on the wheels and then this will slow the rotation of the brake disk. in an emergency (such as an earthquake), pneumatic brakes will automatically work together with an electromagnetic brake for a train travelling at a speed of 300 km/h to stop immediately at a distance of approximately 1000 meters from the starting point of the brake.

2. Computerized Cabin
comfortable, complete and informative driver cabins are the dreams of train drivers everywhere. we very understand the desire so that we design in such a way as to facilitate and be able to adjust the train driver and environment. we successfully created the operating system "Rail.Net" where we work with software and computer developers in Tairin. the operating system contains weather information, train distance to the station and is supported with GPS technology, side-door controller, indoor temperature controller and signal information also supports automatic braking system from the train control centre when the train exceeds the speed limit or breaks the railway signal.

3. Railway Track Technology
what happens when a train goes without a rail? of course, there will be no such thing as a train in this world. for high-speed trains can cause noise and quite a large vibration when passing on the standard rail. we have designed welded tracks that can dampen vibrations and reduce noise caused. this can only be applied and felt for high-speed tracks.

have the codename Super Hayato or Shikan Seiwa (unpopular), S100 can run above the rails with a speed of 330 km per hour. We don't mess around in designing this train. Train body composed of aluminium alloys that supplied by Hyland Mining are aerodynamic and reduce the impact of tunnel boom effect. our first train product in the high-speed line, we have paired various technologies that support this train. among others are Linimo braking systems (Li-BS & Li-HSS), active suspension, tilting system, computer signalling, reduce emission carbon, computerized controller and advanced engine that supplied by Axiom Electromotive.

S100 - Super Hayato designed by an industrial designer, Nichiko Taryoshite and was introduced to the public on June 17, 2009. in the first release, this train makes an interesting impression for the train operators in Tairin and hopes of fast train technology that will develop in the future. within a week, S100 has been ordered as many as 20 sets by some train operators.
Interior of a car designed for standard and first class, seatback video screen and a tv screen on the car used to entertains passenger with a hundred movies, songs and games from Hansai Entertainment company. We also instal Wifi adapter on each train set.

S200-Hokushiryu (Northern's Dragon) is designed to be able to run at high speeds in railways safely during winter atmosphere. Hokushiryu itself is equipped with a heat conduction system in each car boogie that can be set the temperature at the monitor screen. we also installed a high-pressure fan at the lower end of the railway carriage that serves to get rid of the rather hefty snow on the tracks. just like any other high-speed rolling stocks we use Li-HSS brake system, active suspension, tilting system, computer signalling, noise reduction, the computerized controller and several systems for cold condition.

S200 - Hokushiryu was released on January 8, 2011, along with the opening of a new railway line that serves winter tourist in the northern region of Tairin. The difference is we offer you 12 train cars in a set. fit to accommodate passengers who like the winter destinations in your country. Video screen seatback contains entertainment content created by Hansai Entertainment and can be customized content with the requested by the operator.

made with codename Hanata Genji and released under name Kenji Ekuan. the difference of codename will not be able to change the technological capabilities we have installed on this train. S400 - Kenji Ekuan designed very epic by the famous Tairinese industrial designer named "Ken Ekuan", he proposed his design while following our product design competition. We add doorway steps fold out to bridge the gap between the narrow body of S400 and the platform.

S400-Kenji Ekuan has been released on June 12, 2014, and quite interesting sympathetic to the train observers in Tairin. after a long time, we are busy taking care of design and production for inter-city, commuter and underground rolling stock types.

S600-Hanabi comes with many more qualified changes. Have a codename Kamikaze, S600 is designed to be more aerodynamic to pass at high speed on a straight or slightly curved track. the train body is composed of an aluminium alloy material manufactured by Hyland Mining. after a test on this rolling stock. S600 - Hanabi is capable to run with a maximum speed of 380 km/h as it passes through a straight track and 345 km/h as it passes a sharply cornering railway track. very fast, because the auto-tilting system will work automatically when the train sensor reads the rail cornering in front of it. we also ask Axiom Electromotive to make a reliable engine and not cause a loud noise when moving on the track. so, the engine noise can be reduced by 75%, unlike our previous three rolling stocks which only reached 68% level only.

S600-Hanabi interior

the Hanabi designed by Linimo design team led by Kamiru Hayashi while S600-Hanabi has been released on 1 December 2016. Interior car designed for 3+2 seating or 2+2 seating, we also make 2 sleeper car from 10 cars per trainset and could be customised according to the railway operator's request.

S700-Tairindaira (Tairin's Even) is the flagship product in the high-speed line. more sophisticated engines than the S600 - Hanabi makes the S700 - Tairindaira can run up to 400 km/h. an aerodynamic body designed by Takawa Shino, an industrial designer from Tairin Aerospace. Noise reduction is also not only we put on the train boogie, we also put it with a circular cover the main engine. so as to reduce the noise level caused by friction on the rail and jet engine noise by 87%. We always use technology that we developed, such as Linimo braking systems (Li-BS & Li-HSS), active suspension, tilting system, computer signalling, reduce carbon emission, the computerized controller and temperature controller on the boogie when passes snowy tracks.
