I'm looking at them in 4x resolution and they seem pretty sharp to me. As I said - specific problems.

The black cross bits should be made red, and the inner circle white. The writing can stay, except for the little “Colberg” attachment on the second base, if used.

Remove the coat of arms in the middle of the flag, colour the left half a darker blue and the right half white.

Put this image in the middle of the flag, colour the wheel and the anchor yellow, the label ribbon beige.

Also at the center could you add a ship wheel found on the link provided or one similar to the one found in this flag and resting on top of it have a headdress similar to this (does not have to be the image provided). And finally, add a fox heraldry to the left and right of the centerpiece.

I know it's a lot, but I would be really thankful for anyone who could make this for me as I am in the process of making a custom map/world for my nation and see no better way to continue the revamp of my factbook, than to finally have a custom flag of my own for once lol.

P.S. If it is not possible I am still interested and seeing whatever the next best thing will be.

Please could I have a flag that is divided up into three vertical equally-sized segments by vertical golden stripes. The background of the segments should be red.

On the furthest left segment at the top, could I have the Chi-Rho monogram in green? On the furthest right segment at the top, could I have the greek letters: ΑΩ in white?

In the middle of each segment, apart from the middle one, could I have a cross in the same colour as the emblem below it. On the border at the top, could I have the letters: CTCIPHH? On the bottom, could I have the letters: AMDG? They will run from left to right.

On the left border, I would like the letters: DAMHO. On the right, I would like the letters: MFLCC. They will run vertically from top to bottom.

The border background shall be blue and the letters shall be in gold.
