LEADERS DEBATE: ZARTOSHT SHINES

Saeed Jalili, Yasser Salim, Jamsheed Zartosht, Khaliq Harun, and of course Davud Akbar met for the most dynamic and interesting leaders debate yet. The opening statements began with a flash, and from the PBC studio, things got dicey quickly. Akbar emphasized national reconstruction under the SDU, the completion of the railroad, and rural outreach. Jalili emphasized the strong moral backbone of the UIC, and criticized Akbar's immigration policy. Salim gave a direct plea for an Iraqi Assembly and Self Determination. Harun emphasized his party's unique positions on several key issues, but Zartosht began truly magically.
"I believe the way things are is not the way things have to be. You're going to be told tonight by these two (motioned to Saeed and Davud) that the only choice you can make is between two parties who've been running things forever. I'm here to persuade you that there is an alternative. I think we have a fantastic opportunity to do things differently for once. If we do things differently, we can create the fair society, the fair country we all want: a fair tax system, better schools, an economy no longer held hostage by greedy bureaucrats, decent, open politics. Those are the changes I believe in. I really wouldn't be standing here tonight if I didn't think they were all possible. So don't let anyone tell you that the only choice is old politics. We can do something new; we can do something different this time. That's what I'm about; that's what the People's Party offers." It many ways it was a breath of fresh air, Akbar's accomplishments still hit hard and were effective, but it was repetitive. Jalili was also repetitive and a bit stiff. Though everyone knows Zartosht, he's never had this kind of exposure before. The debate followed, with Akbar and Jalili beginning a ferocious debate on immigration.
Davud Akbar: This guy's been cozying up to radicals who reminiscence about the tyranny of Khomeini and the corruption of Fereydoun. Mr. Jalili went to the terrorist sympathizers and said, "I'm your guy." His immigration position is a front for insidious and dark racism."
Saeed Jalili: More of the Prime Minister showing his contempt, his hatred of the faithful Muslims in this country. I spoke to devout Muslims, not terrorists. I do not support violence, but Akbar says I do because he has no argument against the fact that bringing thousands of Catholic Europeans who despise our way of life is maybe a bad idea. Let's hope his hate of religious men and women becomes fear come election night."
Zartosht consistently presented compassionate conservatism all night, with centre right positions with a centrist bent. Akbar did well, and Harun also made an impression, and Jalili got his base filled with zeal but the verdict is in on this, Jamsheed Zartosht wins the debate.

The polls put the election within reach for anyone, the SDU only ahead by 7, this is definitely a competitive election. And leaders should treat it that way.

As tensions rise across the globe the Holy state has confirmed several times it's intention to stay neutral, rather then get involved in war the state has spend it's time throughout the year on internal development and progress. After hard work and large amounts of investment the government has finally reached sufficient development to properly enter the advanced weaponry market and development, although tried in early 2017 and 2018 with the creation of the Pax and Solus main battle tanks (the second of which was very successful in performance) but sadly failed to enter the market or receive any international recognition.

As of now the government is now attempting to to enter the advanced weaponry and development market properly this time the government has founded an agency with the sole purpose of research and production of said advanced weaponry. The agency will be called LAWD for short of in full term Libyan Advanced Weaponry Department. The department is going to have a budget of 3.3 Million Libyan Currency and will have it's HQ begin construction in Sousse.

As of now great detail is un-available to the public although more is expected to be released as time goes on.

ACHEUS shows new weapons products

ACHEUS recently unveiled new products in the increasingly popular Hobart Military Expo

HOBART-During a hosted Military Expo in Hobart, ACHEUS Military Service Provider unveiled to the public 3 new products that will be added to their sales lists: the AAS Seahawk missile, the Ach-15 HoZA self propelled howitzer, and Saildrone. Unknown to many, AMSP confirmed that the products had already been declassified to the government since January and has since sold them to buyers to the protest of many watchdogs. Two of the three new products are part of the so called PROJECT EPYRIS program of ACHEUS and the government. The last one, Saildrone, was a joint partnership project with Helios III.

The AAS Seahawk is primarily designed as an anti-submarine and anti-ship missile. There are variants for ships, planes as well as submarines. The missile has been clocked at a maximum speed of 230 mph, one of the most fastest anti-ship/sub missiles due in part to cavitating technology that was developed heavily by a combined force of AMSP, ACHEUS, Helios III, the ministries of Defense and R&D as well as several national scientists. The missile's guidance systems are heavily accurate, relying on Saildrones as well as atmospheric satellites to pinpoint coordinates of vessels rivaling that of an Exocet anywhere on the Pacific, although it is still operational only in the South Pacific, or to a certain extent of the Saildrone fleet's range.

The HoZA is a SPG, however it was primarily designed to be a highly mobile vehicle with PROJECT Bridge's concentrated efforts on improving speed and mobility ,and accuracy and economy. This was based from the Australian Army's requirements with the Army envisioning to create a highly mobile response force that could be fielded anywhere, anytime. The HoZA has a firing range of 37-40km and has an outstanding 8 second readying time before and after firing, proving that it could be used for fast paced offensives as well as tactical retreats. The Army is reported already have 30 HoZAs with several more ordered.

The Saildrones was primarily designed for Helios III's research projects, however the ACHEUS was able to gain rights to develop a military Saildrone. The Saildrone is able to operate in the seas and oceans for close to two years, without the need for manned guidance as the Saildrones are able to operate independently using physics. The military Saildrones have been equipped to serve as early warning system with customized Eagle Eyes, jamming devices and sonar technology to record the ocean floor, monitor the atmosphere as well as coordinate with each other to gather invaluable intel of the ocean floor back to Australia's military through cybersecurity giant Argus CyberSecurity.

The company is scheduled to unveil more products within the year, with emphasis on sea vessels, drone technology and military transports. ACHEUS has declined to interview concerning development of an aircraft carrier.

This is a special bulletin from PNN, we are taking you directly to the National Assembly Building in Tokyo where Prime Minister Ado is making a crucial announcement.

People of the Japanese Islands and of the World, today I come to you with a heavy heart. Early yesterday morning the cannons of the Federation of Socialist Republics roared across the Andes as the nation formally declared war on the Magellan Republic. This attack on Magella is in direct violation of the Osaka Doctrine set forth by the Alliance of Pacific Nations as Magella's sovereignty is under direct assault by the FSR as the FSR has not stated that it is coming to the aid of any nation currently in the conflict but is intervening on their own accord. To this government that is viewed as an act of aggression, and while it is true that Magella declared war on Puertollano that was declaration was due to a signed mutual defense pact between them and the ADE and as such Japan does not view Magella as an aggressor. This attack has not occurred due to an intervention in a war, but due to the Republic's recent split from the FSR. This is ironic as the FSR itself has now become the imperial power, the very thing it stands against.

Due to this the nature of this attack and the Osaka Doctrine the Republic of Japan, Micronesia, The Marshall Islands, and Kiribati voted this morning 107 to 31 for a Declaration of War on the Federation of Socialist Republics. The goal of this war is to enforce our doctrine in the Pacific, demonstrate that Japan has the ability to enforce this doctrine, and our primary objective is to ensure that the Magellan Republic continues to remain a free and independent state within the Pacific Rim. Japan has been committed to Peace since the end of the Pacific War, but now we must once again enter the Chaos of War. Japan's 1st Submarine Battlegroup off the Coast of South America has now been set to wartime status and the 2nd Submarine Battlegroup is en-route to the islands, passing Kiribati yesterday after resupply. The Army and Air Force are standing by for deployment as well.

Japan will not stand idly by as a nation is stripped of its sovereignty. We call upon the fellow members of the Alliance of Pacific Nations to take actions to aid us in ending this conflict either through diplomatic channels or military means. To the FSR we say this, our lines of communication are open. We wish to bring this conflict to an end and are willing to conduct talks, but we will not agree to any scenario where the rights and freedoms of the Magellan Republic are stripped away.

President Ousted by Motion of No Confidence

President Yankov was ousted yesterday by a Motion of No Confidence over at the National Assembly staged by the Right-wing Monarchist Majority Party, National Movement for Stability and Progress. The vote of No Confidence went to a number 192-48. Radev left the Palace earlier today and went to retire from public life at his estate in Burgas. As of earlier this morning at 6am, the Presidency is passed on to Simeon Saxe-Coburg-Gotha as the 2nd President of the Republic.

Parliament voted on the Restoration of the Tsardom in a vote 200-40. The Constitution is to be heavily edited in a Convention in August 28-30th. President Simeon signed the bill put forward by the National Assembly. Simeon has been offered the throne but he declined in order to go to a more modern approach. Prince Boris of Tarnovo has been announced as Tsar of Bulgaria. A coronation committee has been set up headed by Former Tsar Simeon.

French Confederation declares full neutrality

The Parliament of the Sixth Republic has voted to reassert the French Confederation's neutrality in what some figures are calling "the Fourth World War," although the validity of this title is still being debating by Republic academics who question whether or not the American-Soviet War counted as a Third World War. Regardless of this irrelevant scholarly debate, Prime Minister Lamar made a speech to the full debating chamber of Parliament in which he outlined the reason for this position;

In 1983, with the old Soviet Union and North American Alliance exchanging rocket fire, our nation stood as the leader of the European Federation's deterrence strategy with assistance from the other major members. It was our nuclear arsenal, our naval fleets, our brave soldiers, and our armored divisions, alongside those of all of our valued partners, which guaranteed that Western Europe would not be dragged into the horrible conflict. Sadly, much of Europe, the Pacific, and South America now stand at odds over a conflict that began hundreds of miles away. Well, I will not allow our Confederation to be dragged into this affair. The Confederation shall remain neutral. Just like in 1983, we shall be more than capable of destroying any enemy who dares attempt to bring their wars to our doors. That does not mean that our Republic is abandoning the rest of the world however! We invite all powers involved in this affair to discuss terms of peace, and will advocate strongly for such conditions in the CSN. I also caution our European partners; don't let our continent be destroyed because of this, just as Orostan and Zackaroth almost destroyed each other over a disputed line in the sand on another continent!

The Prime Minister received a standing ovation from all parties in the Parliament, and the Governing Coalition has even been offered the support of the main conservative Opposition during this time of crisis.

France and Zackaroth agree on investments in Z.A.C

After many months of discussion, Zackaroth and France have come to a final agreement on French investments in the Zackaroth African Commonwealth. While not all details are known, from what was released by the High Leader's office it seems both France and Zackaroth have vested interest in improving the ZAC. The deal as known is as follows.

- France will invest into new, modern housing for the ZAC, in return Zackaroth will purchase domestic airliners from France. France shall assist in building the required new airports as well as provide parts and repairs. Much of the focus for housing will go to Somalia, as it is the state most in need of updated infrastructure. Kenya shall be reciving most of the new airliners and airports, with France helping promote the destination as European vacation hub.

- France will assist in building new sea ports in Djibouti. They will use mostly unemployed peoples from Djibouti to help build these ports, giving them a living wage as well using the same methods used in Cambodia to help educate the masses within the state.

- Zackaroth will sell France raw materials from ZAC and use the money to buy large amounts of copper(Editors note: This was suspected to be from Magellan but the current war there makes it unclear if Zackaroth will still buy from them). The copper bought will be used most for the electrical works in the new housing being built across ZAC.

-ZAC will be a major provider of agricultural goods and supplies to many Francophone nations. In return France will get first pick in investing in ZAC's agriculture industry over other nations.

-Finally, France will be the first country allowed to invest in ZAC's own mining industry, able to explore and set up mines for the vast raw materials that lay within the Commonwealth's borders. They be taxed at a low rate. However, oil exploration is still not allowed and mining operations will be limited as to not steal resources and jobs from Commonwealth people.

Details are still emerging about this game changing trade deal. Already ZAC has been showing marked improvement from the Mogadishu Plan and its expected this deal may bring the ZAC and the Zackarothian economy to new heights.

Government to aid CIS but declares strict neutrality

CANBERRA - The House reiterated House Resolution No.5 which declares the country's neutrality from any foreign conflict that has no identified connection or threat to the country's state of national security. This decision comes after recent survey polls of about 12,000 respondents of which 44% answered 'Neutral' answers compared to 10% 'Interventionist' and 30% 'Isolationist' answers.

The Australian government is closely monitoring the ongoing crisis in South America and the Eastern Pacific as the players involved are that of its CIS allies as well as important economic partners Magella and the Austrian-Danubian Empire. Unfortunately these countries are going to war against each other, in spite of peacetalks and CSN intervention.

However the government also stated that the country's state of neutrality will not mean that it will not participate in the conflict, of which it will although not in military terms but through aid, material and humanitarian missions, however this is mostly going to the CIS South American states. Under the name Operation Red Ribbon , bulk,container and cargo ships of the Australian National Line, numbering about 550+ will be chartered to deliver these aid and relief goods under strict escort by the Australian Third fleet(see position) and will dock at Naval Base Bolivar where it will be unloaded over the course of several months until the last shots will be fired.

The country will also be establishing safezones for civilians in the countries that will be affected by the war. Currently Australia has 3 overseas bases in South America, 2 in Andea and 1 in Puertollano. These bases will be ordered to allow around 1,000 to 3,000 refugees which will be given food, shelter and medicine which will be brought in from the said Operation Red Ribbon. The bases' personnel will be ordered to not fire before fired upon, and asks the war's opposing sides to not attack these Australian bases or otherwise get attacked by sea from stationed 1st and 2nd Underwater Squadrons in the Carribean and Pacific coasts as well as 2 Hobart-class destroyers, and from the air from Talara Air Base's AH-17s Attack helicopters and FA-19S stealth fighters.

The Australian Navy will also deploy the Black Sea fleet in another operation codenamed Horizon(see position), and will be directly sent to the Magellan coast as soon as possible to evacuate Australian citizens [first] and South American refugees back to Australia.

In spite of war and chaos, Australia will see this as an opportunity for its economic sectors as the need for agricultural products will rise to feed armies, minerals and rocks to build machines, rubber and plastic to make supplies and weapons to use, all of which Australian industry is more than ready to provide at low prices due in part to Chinese labor.

SOFIA - Australian private companies and AusGroup corporations yet again strike deals in the Bulgaria-European markets with millions upon millions of investments.

To kickstart its new round of investments in the country the company will help establish free trade zones or special economic zones in areas surrounding TransGen shipyards which already dot the country's Black Sea coast which churn out 300-500 ships annually into the world market, notably European and Asian shipping lines.

Alongside these SEZ and FTA, Varna will be developed by Australian developers to become a high tech hub that will be the envy of Southeast Europe through Software and Cybertech giant Argus which will be managing internet connections in Bulgaria and will also serve as a major service provider through establishing a local market center and office facilities with the goal of expanding to Austria, Ukraine and Russia.

Helios III will also be allowed to establish a office and development facilities in the country to help sell and provide green energy systems to Bulgarians and other European customers as well as partner with Bulgarian scientists to help build new Solar and Wind energy plants for Bulgaria's national power grid.
Other Australian corporations include textile and goods manufacturers that will be opening new industrial and manufacturing sites in the Bulgarian SEZs to produce goods and products nearer to Europe's markets.

Government announces new global investment company in partnership with Atlantia S.p.A

Today the National Sovereign Wealth Fund, a money-generating department of the Ministry of Economic Development, announced that it has made a partnership with Atlantia, Italy's largest construction and transportation company, to create a subsidiary of Atlantia named Edifice Global Investments which will invest in foreign countries globally in a strictly business-orientated manner with its corporate by-laws stating that the company can in no-way act politically. The company will be initially funded 40% by Atlantia and 60% by the Sovereign Wealth Fund with the expectation that the company will be able to run off its own profits after its first year of operating.

CEO of Edifice, Gabriella Friuli, has said that the company aims to take on property development in its first 2 years, with plans to initially begin developments in London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Sofia, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. She then went on to lay out the companies long-term plans which include the construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, hospitals, train routes and other general infrastructure which Atlantia is traditionally know for building, she also said the company would be buying shares in other companies similar to what the Sovereign Wealth Fund does.

Edifice Global Investments will use Atlantia's global network of construction workers and resources to conduct its developments but will employ local construction companies in areas where Atlantia does not have a presence such as in South America and Pakistan.

Widespread Cheating Leads To Exam Crack-down at School

At a school in Kajo Keji, South Sudan, accusations of cheating on a widespread scale have led to a crackdown at the school surrounding the exams.

It was reported that, with the policy of in-house invigilators for examinations, a number of the teachers would sign up to be invigilators for their student's exams, and allow notes and other forms of cheating in the exam, provided they were not made obvious. Further, there are accusations that some teachers were telling some students the answers in the exam, despite a policy of no communication other than if they ask for help, and then not helping them in any way that would impact on the examination.

These accusations come from a number of students and staff within the school who do not condone the methods of cheating. One student said it ''reflects poorly on me because I'm not cheating. I just go in there, having worked my hardest in revision, but my work means nothing because everyone has been allowed to cheat.'' A teacher also said it was 'disgraceful and immoral', and would 'bring the school into disrepute.'

Some of the staff have even gone so far as to imply that the senior management within the school have endorsed this cheating practice. They suggest the senior management endorse cheating as it boosts the rating given to the school as performances improve, without having to put any money or work into improving grades.

This stinks of high-level corruption within the school, but which surely also leaks into central government and regulators overlooking the use of cheating within the school to boost results. Sudan Today calls for an investigation into the practices in schools, not just in this school but in schools across the country, and also calls for tougher regulations and policies to prevent scenarios like this playing out any further.

Leaders from the British Isles, India, Egypt, the Overseas Territories, and all DEU nations have been invited to the coronation, but the heads of state of the Entente nations and Prussia have been given special seating near the Royal Family.
• A coalition of the Labour Party and the Liberal Democrats formed a coalition government five years ago under Prime Minister George Harding, leader of the Labour Party, but a new general election is coming up. Early polls suggest that conservatives may enter the next election with an edge, if only for the failure of the coalition government to come to an agreement on major bills.
• Leaks indicate that Prince Ryder and PM Harding had a meeting in which the two had a fiery exchange not befitting of a conversation between a royal and an elected official. Both the Royal Family and the MPs of the coalition government have so far declined to comment on this.

Defense of Magella!

Early into the Müller dominated political climate, Ben is already coming through on promises. Within months Germany is already directly fighting the FSR and Puertollano along side our European allies and even more notable what Müller calls our "German brethren from the South" the Austrians.

Now apart of this conflict Magella who activated its MDP with the ADE after the attack on the URT Carribean island, faces invasion from the country they just seceded from, the FSR. Earlier today when Müller was asked about the announcement to defend Magella this is what he had to say. "It is currently the GUAFs number one priority to not let the FSR have any kind of victory over Magella, because any loss in Magella could have disastrous consequences in the new Cold War."

ETC Announcements!

Today the ETC Announced two major things, both original German proposals. Firstly the project EUROPA has reportedly been speed up and instead of its early 2020 production start date, it is now set for mid September. This is huge as the reported MAHEM Cannons could play a massive role for Germany in the defense of Magella.

The other major announcement is that after 3 aye votes the ETC has brought the Soviet Union into the EUROPA project (but not fully into the ETC). The Soviet Union will be subject to article 3 Subsection A of the ETC, however many political experts agree that the Soviet production of EUROPA tanks are safe for the foreseeable future due to the Soviets Entente ally France as well as its ally the GU being the 2 biggest influencers of the ETC.

Edifice Global Developments- Summary of NAF$2,000,000,000 projects in Australia

Edifice's most expensive project is located in Melbourne, at NAF$800 million, the project, dubbed "The Family of Skyscrapers" consists of 4 skyscrapers on a single site, all at varying heights. The three main towers, which will be built in a row, are to be purely residential with 30% of apartments being classified as affordable housing, located on the lower floors, and the remainder being luxury apartments right up to the most expensive penthouses which will cost up to NAF$30 million each, with panoramic views over the entire city of Melbourne. The final and second tallest tower, which will be located separately from the row of 3, will be purely for commercial and office use, to be home to call centres and major Melbourne-based firms. The grounds around the buildings are to be made into a public plaza to give back to the community with underground parking for residents and the public to avoid car-lined streets.

The project being undertaken in Sydney will cost NAF$600 million, and will consist of several smaller towers that will be outside of the CBD unlike the towers in Melbourne. 6 of the 7 towers will be purely residential with 20% affordable housing on lower levels and the remainder being luxury apartments costing up to NAF$11 million each, significantly cheaper than the apartments in Melbourne. The 7th tower will be a luxury hotel which will have exclusive access to a pool area in the courtyard of the ring of towers, however the rest of the courtyard will be open to residents, but not the public. Underground parking for residents and hotel guests will be provided and the public street outside of the development will be widened and made into a public plaza to appease local residents.


BRISBANE:

The final project, based in Brisbane, will cost NAF$600 million like the project in Sydney but will consist of two large connected towers and will be located in Brisbane's CBD. The tallest tower will be purely residential with 30% affordable housing and the remainder being luxury housing, with prices up to NAF$20 million for the largest penthouses, between prices in Melbourne and Sydney. The second, smaller, tower will be purely office and commercial units which will be home to call centres and prestigious Brisbane-based firms, similar to the 4th tower in Melbourne. The interconnectivity of the two towers means that many of the apartments will be bought by employees working in the office tower, meaning that they will not need to travel or go outside to go to work, cutting down on commuter traffic in the CBD. Underground parking will still be supplied for residents and workers however.

Magellan Start-Up Program!

The Magellan Republic is in a difficult situation. Situated on a continent inhabited solely by South American powerhouses and European colonies (combined with its complex relations with both, expanded further here), Magella rarely has had an opportunity to become the super-advanced nation it has the potential to be. This is due to a number of factors, including historical and current Orostani opposition, undoubtedly due to the nation's inexplicable need to have dominion over South America.

In an effort to finally allow Magella it's spotlight, the Ministry of Science and Technology, one of the most well-funded, announced the official beginning of a project that has been worked on for a while: Start-Up Magella! One hundred startups from around the world are chosen annually for a number of different projects. Thee startups apply and show off in a Start-Up Magella Demo Day, hoping to get chosen. Once chosen, many of these start-ups have a high guarantee of success, with the program sponsored by many of Magella's top technology cooperatives and many executives searching for competent new talent at the demo.

Programs include funding and other benefits for female founded-startups, those with just prototypes, and even those still in their conceptual stages. Once chosen, the startup founders can apply for further grants or look for investors, either in Magella or elsewhere in the world. Thanks to contracts with Magellan top raw and refined materials cooperatives, including Cooperativa de Acero del Pacífico, Celulosa Arauco y Constitución, Sociedad Química y Minera, and Cooperativa del Cobre de Magella, among others, startup founders are guaranteed everything they need.

In addition to receiving funding, materials, mentors, office space, and visas, startup founders are encouraged to visit the Mediterranean Commerce Guild Trade Embassies for information about supply, demand, and location in not just Magella, but also the entirety of Rome. The only conditions imposed on graduating startups is that they must become sponsors for future founders, offering investments, mentors, etc. At least one startup founder must settle in Magella and heave at least one headquarters there, in addition to incorporating and assuming business operations in Magella.

Despite being well-funded, the Start-Up Project is also looking for partnerships with companies worldwide, to expand opportunities for applicable founders even further. Most notably, the Project is reportedly looking to partner with some Australian AusGroup companies. It has already secured partnerships with many large names in the technology business worldwide, in addition to its domestic partnerships. Partners include the German Robert Bosch GmbH and Japanese Mitsubishi Heavy Industry. Additionally, a substantial part of the Project's resources are in southern areas, where Project Frontier endeavors are currently taking place. Not only does this make cost of living for the founders substantially less than in very large cities like Santiago or Mendoza, but it also promotes the growth of such cities.

Special CSN News Report: Days of Rage and Nights of Fear grip Africa as ICN supporters launch attacks.

As the war in Nigeria heats up again, the ICN promised to hurt countries that are aiding the CSN forces against it. They called on all their supporters to kill as many people as possible in a show solidarity with their violent interpretation of Islam. This has inspired many of the smaller organizations and violent lone wolves to attack 4 African countries in the span of a few days, leaving many dead and many African nations on edge for more attacks.

Niamey, Niger

4 suspected gunmen attacked a market place in the city of Niamey. The brutal attack led to the deaths of 40 people and injuring over a 100 in the crowded market place. Police forces where able to kill the gunmen and disarm an unused bomb on one of them. Niger officals are looking into whether or not these men where trained in Nigria, radicalized and came back. It is suspected they where not affiliated with any group of terrorist and may have just been inspired.

N'Djamena, Chad

Chad's capital was hit when a garbage truck was driven into a police academy and exploded violently. This lead to the deaths of a confirmed 150 people, with upwards to 400 injured. The attack comes at a time where Chad is experiencing great social and religious upheaval, as the recent ban on slavery has angered many of the Berber people, who claim slavery is part of their tradition and heritage and many children they take in would be worse off in impoverished homes. While Chad struggles to contain the violent nature of some these protest, it also struggles to end slavery for good, falling well short of the goals imposed by the French when it accepted the deal. The ICN has recently supported the cause of the pro slavery camp and thus the attack on the capital may have one inspired by them.

Porto Novo, Benin

A car drove through a crowd of people within the city of Porto Novo, killing 12 and injuring at least 40 people. The suspect fled the scene and Benin authorities are still searching for them. It is believed an ICN supporter was the cause of this attack. The suspect planned on killing more people from the guns stashed in his car but quick arrival by authorities hampered that. The ICN promised special punishment for Benin if it continues to allow the CSN to funnel forces into Nigeria.

Lagos, NSRA

The NSRA suffered a massive blow as two of its three candidates for president where killed when a car bomb went off near the debate grounds for the last debate of the election season. This has compromised the new state as they have to find replacements candidates for a new election, per the CSN guidelines. This only leaves FSR hardline, Adebayo Ali as the only surviving candidate. He believes in bucking the trend, fully supporting the FSR and peacefully spreading socialism in Africa. The other two canidates, while also supporting the FSR, where also open to working with other nations as well and not as committed to spreading Socialism, as it may go against the CSN rules put in place.

Zackaroth comes to agreement on copper sales with The Magellan Republic

Today Zackaroth has announced it has finalized a financial deal for the The Magellan Republic to supply its African Commonwealth with much needed copper in the ongoing construction projects to reinvigorate the region. This deal had been reportedly been on the table for money months but was never finalized due to world events taking place in South America. However, with approval from the High Leader, the deal has finally gone through. Most of the deal is classified under the Zackarothian Trade Protection Act, but one of it facets is that Zackaroth will pay the The Magellan Republic 5% above the market price for copper for 5 years.

The High Leader was questioned on if the current war in South America would cause any issues in the transport of said copper but he disagreed. " In this respect, we have declared ourselves neutral in the conflict. We haven't offered weapons or money to support their war effort. This deal was on the table long before the war began. We will be using our own merchant ships to transport the copper between The Magellan Republic and our commonwealth"

When asked if he was worried about the FSR attacking or harassing Zackarothian merchant vessels in the region he responded with "No, I am not. SYDNEY - After the recently concluded Iranian Leader's Debate, Avanroa News was able to, in partnership with local television networks, broadcast the popularized debates to thousands of Australian homes in the country. The ongoing Iranian presidential elections is believed to be a hot topic to many Australian and many keep up with the news of the said country's elections. Although the government has not voiced out support for a particular candidate, the government has stated that it will support a leader who 'responds well to opportunities and is flexible to adjust to the political climate of foreign affairs'.

According to Avanroa News, the Iranian Leader debates had a 33.1% viewership rating, which is 10% higher than the recently showed episode of Game of Thrones. Tensions build as elections approach

As elections rapidly approach, riots and rowdy protests have skyrocketed in frequency. In Isfahan, a mob of Islamist rioters attacked a settlement of Polish refugees and attempted to do something violent, police preventing anything bad from happening. Islamist rioters also demonstrated against the Akbar government, calling Prime Minister Akbar a "dog for the NAF", or "the slave of the French pigs." Europe builds "fiscal resistance"

The DEU Assembly last week voted in favor of a Sixth Republic proposal surrounding the allocation of DEU Standard Bank dividends to contributors deemed to be at "risk of fiscal instability". The payments, which will be provided out of a strategic investment fund, will allow for greater support and "resistance" to budgetary pressures or forced austerity. The value of this as a form of social security, as one example, is invaluable to European prosperity and has so far been welcomed by respondents to a Continental Standard survey. 54% of participants are in favor of the move, while 38% oppose it due to concerns that it is a step closer towards DEU fiscal union. The Sixth Republic's DEU representatives have denied such suggestions, saying that their intent in authoring the proposed policy was merely to give some level of assistance to "good neighbors and friends should they need help and aid in times of trouble and need."

French Confederation soldiers are dying on foreign soil. That is the reality we face today, and have faced for the last year. The rest of the world does not care; they are too busy killing each other in South America over a couple of islands that will be underwater within a century if climate change is not controlled. And what of our allies? The North Americans and Persians at least stand with us, in solidarity during the horrors that we are only just learning about from within Enwang, Oron, and the jungle. Even the Australians are still actively involved. But what of the British, the Germans, the Soviets, the Romans, the Scandinavians, or even the Japanese? They all either never deployed, have left early, or have halted most strategic involvement in recent advances. Where was the solidarity that was present in Indochina? Of Libya and Algeria? Or the Regime Wars? It is a CSN mission in name only now. Now, the blood of only three countries is being spilled for the benefit of all. They free ride off of our deeds.

The Government, which we support during this time of global crisis despite our ideological differences, must do more to ensure that the CSN does emerge from this affair successful. Must ensure that the atrocities of Oron see justice. And must do so as quickly as possible, with as fewer causalities as possible. A city of over 100,000 inhabitants turned into a ghost town is something we have not seen since the American-Soviet War. And we must continue our work to ensure that it does not happen again. No matter the cost.

Malacca declares it's neutrality

Today, sultan Mansur II of malacca has released the following statement concerning the war in Nigeria:

With the Puertollanoan Presidential Election on the horizon, President Castillo has taken to a crowd of supporters to speak his mind:

Which brings me, why have they planned their illegal military actions only prior to the Presidential Election? I think we all know. They are afraid of our movement, the movement for Socialism. They knew that if they fired missiles at our people that it will hamper the upcoming elections. They knew all of this, it is no co-incidence. The Romans and the Germanic Union have made a concerted effort to undermine the political outcome in Puertollano, because they know the outcome will not suit their imperialist agendas. Hence, by declaring war, they have put campaigning on a hold, I am bound to military office, giving the Opposition free reign over the nation. The Germanic Union and the Romans understand that very well. Therefore, we condemn this blatant attempt to influence our elections! It only proves my point that the Conservative Coalition is but a puppet of European colonialists, they are relying on the military prowess of their imperialist buddies to even barely survive this presidential election. Viva la Puertollano! Death to the Imperialists!

Bilateral Relations made with Malacca!

A senior Puertollanoan diplomat has emerged today, in the upcoming country of Malacca, with new bilateral co-operation and relations between the two nations. In official agreement, Puertollano has agreed to discount the cost of petroleum to Malacca in turn for discounts of rubber and other materials produced in Malacca to the Bolivarian Republic. Further, a visa-free tourist agreement was made, setting to expand the tourist industries of both Malacca and Puertollano, with easier access of travel. Puertollanoan protesters demonstrate outside Persian embassy in solidarity

The recent protests in Persia have ignited demonstrations in Puertollano, in solidarity with the United Islamist Coalition, for the most part. The Communist Party of Puertollano organised protests outside of the Persian embassy in the capital of Bogota to demonstrate their solidarity with the anti-imperialist sentiment growing within the United Islamist Coalition. Outside, the protest organiser, who would only be called 'Commandate Gomez' said that: "the people of Persia are sick are tired of being the puppets of Europe, of France, of the DEU. It's only about time that they stand-up". He further said that: "all Persian dual citizens in Puertollano should vote for Jalili, and all Persians in general should vote for him, he's truly a man of the people." When questioned about the UIC's aims in establishing religious law in the country, Gomez simply replied: "that's better than being being the tools of the West, and the tools of capitalism." Despite the theocratic message, many Puertollanoans feel similarly about the Persian elections. David Akbar, the incumbent Prime Minister is looked upon negatively, due to his co-operation with many enemies of Puertollano, and having publicly criticised President Castillo in the past. The Puertollano Society for Anti-Imperialism has invited Saeed Jalili, and the United Islamic Coalition to a national conference (in which President Castillo will attend), to speak about Persia's efforts in fighting against the neo-colonialism conducted by Europe and the NAF towards their nation.

Franz Van Utrecht, a former dutch sailor recruited by the government to become the new Supreme Admiral of the Malaccan navy, has met with the sultan to discuss a new type of frigate. Malacca resumes further Sumatran industrialization plans

His Majesty has announced to the media, that he is open to foreign investors, willing to help along with the industrialization of Sumatra. The Melaccan industrialization program first began in the late 1950s, under the supervision of the previous sultan, Ibrahim I, in an effort to boost production. This program was put on hold after his death, nearly complete. however His Majesty has great interest to continue this plan until completion.
