Long or short haul: Long
Frequency: We expect there will be flights to a minimum of three destinations within Nortainland, each getting 3 services to and from Laclan per day
Should a First Class lounge be built? Absolutely. Note here that Royal Airways is being designated Terminal 2, one of 15 terminals (Terminal 1 is exclusively used by Libertarian Airways, our flag carrier)
Other requirements (eg. customs, luggage): We require that all bags are thoroughly checked in departure from Huterrica. This prevents any substances that Huterrica has legalised (e.g. Cannabis) that may be illegal elsewhere from leaving the country.

We would also like to ask if Libertarian Airways and Royal Airways wqould like to start an air alliance?

Image

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are pleased to commence thrice-daily flights to and from Terminal Two of Laclan-Dale International Airport in Huterrica. There is only one public airport in Great Nortend owing to our very reliable domestic railway network, so only Royal St. Christopher's Airport will be served. We presume any required luggage checks will be conducted by Huterrican officials by the airport however we will be sure to clearly inform all passengers of that requirement. At the present moment in time, Royal Airways is not seeking any air alliances however we will record Libertarian Airways as a possible future partner.

I beg to remain Yours faithfully,

Stuart Hardram,

Dear Sir or Madam,

Having looked earnestly at the potential for passenger embarkment for these routes to the Union of Christian States, it is the honest belief of the Court of Directours that we are unfortunately unable to presently accomodate in a fiscal sense owing to our financial responsiblities the commencement of aeronautical flights anon to the aircraft landing destinations you have proposed, at this current moment in time. Given that we already have flights twice daily to New York in Chemung, we believe a regional airline such as Christian Airways would be better suited for your proposed destinations.

However, we shall be sure to keep your request in mind and should there be any change in the present circumstances as they may so arise, we shall certainly be able to be at a position where we can re-examine the merits and benefits of your proposal and hence re-consider our decision in the fulness of time.

I beg to remain Yours faithfully,

Mr. Hardram,
Regard your airlines decision to decline our previous request on flight operations to the UCS, I would like to personally invite you to look at the Foreign Airline Registry of the UCS. The registry gives detailed information about airports in the Christian States, and allows for airlines to apply for certificates to operate in the UCS, as well as to apply for routes to any airport that best suits the needs and desires of your growing business. We hope that you take up this opportunity to expand into the UCS at a rate that suits your airline, and I look forward to receiving an application from you soon.

Sincerely,
Henry Gallier
Director of the UCS Federal Aviation Administration

Sir Colling Barnes, KH
Managing Director
Royal Erbonian Airways Corporation

Dear Sir Colling:

Valkea Airlines is always looking to expand its domestic, regional, and international destinations for our customers around the world and provide them with the best experience as they soar through the skies. As a fellow airliner serving passengers throughout the world, we have assessed the demand for flights between Valkea and Great Nortend. Accordingly, we have decided to approach Royal Erbonian Airways Corporation for the prospect of a codeshare agreement between our two airlines. We do hope that you will consider.

We would like to reaffirm the following agreements that comprise our codeshare relationship:

  • Valkea Airlines and Royal Erbonian Airways Corporation agree to to share certain flights operated by either of our two airlines and market them under each of our respective flight numbers.
  • First and Business Class (or equivalent) passengers of our two airlines, including eligible members of our respective frequent flyer programs, are given access to either one of our lounges, where available. This only applies to codeshare flights.
  • This codeshare agreement will be reviewed by both airlines annually and may be renewed or ended accordingly depending on future circumstances.

If any of these proposals may require further elaboration on our part, particularly on any legal procedures that are required by the laws of the Republic of Valkea and the Kingdom of Great Nortend, we are willing to accommodate. We can even arrange a meeting between our two airlines to further discuss our future partnership if so desired.

Should there be any questions, concerns, or suggestions, you are free to contact our Director of Corporate Communications or any of our operations staff. We recommend that you send us an application on our official storefront to confirm our partnership and avail of any additional services we may offer to passengers. We hope that this endeavor will be successful for both parties.

Sincerely,

Emilia Tarvainen
