The One World Climate Alliance is an official international alliance of nations that helps address the threats of climate change by curbing greenhouse emissions. Nations or organizations that wish to be part of The One World Climate Alliance must sign the The One World Climate Alliance Accord. For nations that don't wish to join can be a observer nation. In the The One World Climate Alliance here we discuss the issues of climate change facing alliance members and do projects to work to make the world a better place.

The World Assembly on record repealed many pieces of legislation that were vital in adapting in a world where climate change is evident like GA # 261 Rain Forest Protection Act repeal, Reduce Automobile Emission #257 repeal, # 42 WA Environmental Council repeal which are just a few vital to efforts regarding climate change. In The One World Climate Alliance we hope to fill the void where the World Assembly failed and show real leadership to help protect and adapt as climate change is a real issue facing all nations. As I the nation of Odinburgh leads this new alliance I hope many nations will join The One World Climate Alliance. Any nation can join if agree with what this alliance is aimed to do. It is time to stand up against climate change and march toward a healthy future.

2. Pledge to curb emissions.
3. $100 billion insured yearly for developing nations.
4. Loss and damages covered which insured by the alliance.
5. Help nations in health crises relating to threats of climate change.
6. Members may withdraw from agreement and withdraw is effective 1 week after being notified.
7. Any laws made by OWCA will be enforced only on members who willingly signed appropriate documents guaranteeing access to this organization.
8. OWCA openly recognizes sovereignty of nation-states not belonging to the organization to follow policies other than those outlined by its members

I, Maki Kojiro, Shogun of the Empire of Greater Nifon, am addressing this letter the honorable authorities of "The One World Climate Alliance". At first, do permit me to state that the Empire of Greater Nifon DOES NOT in any way intends to intervene into matters of nations that freely chose to associate themselves and create policies based on mutual agreements. However, there are matters of concern that I do consider necessary to raise.

This organization has labeled itself "The One World Climate Alliance", when in fact, it represents only it's members and their believes. The Empire of Greater Nifon is NOT a member of the World Assembly and therefore does not consider itself to be bound by it's laws; neither does it acknowledge global warming as problem that the Nifonese state should concern themselves with. It is official stance of the Shogunate that the myth of "global warming" used to describe naturally ongoing climate processes happening throughout ages has been created by the international socialists to destroy the Nifonese industry. As such, it should be obvious that Nifonese laws are going to be different from those being enacted in other states, and it is official state of the Empire of Greater Nifon that those laws are of no concern to the Shogunate.

However, on behalf of Greater Nifon, I would like to formally request this coalition to state two things:

1) That any laws made by this coalition will be enforced only on members who willingly signed appropriate documents guaranteeing access to this organization.
2) That this organization openly recognizes sovereignty of a nation-states not belonging to the organization to follow policies other than those outlined by it's members.

Should those two conditions be met, the Empire of Greater Nifon will consider it's case closed. However, it's rejection will be treated as a sign to the Shogunate that this organization is nothing else than another front for globalist imperialism, and appropriate measures will be taken by the Shogunate to enforce it's sovereignty.
