But proper burritos, like what I could get in the Mission in San Francisco, not these meat tubes in the 'southland'...put some cheese and sour cream in that motherfucker. Maybe some veggies or a chopped up tomato. Guac. Make a proper burrito. Or breakfast burritos.

I like thick crust combo pizzas.

Fake Chinese food with meat that tastes like candy.

French fries. The first time I had french fries I couldn't speak yet (too young I know), and I had this look of delight on my face, the bond between me and french fries was set from then on.

But I've been cutting down on all the starch. I now don't really ever eat bread without meat and another food rich in vitamins.

There is a lamb dish my Indian friend's mom made that I looooooooooved. She was casually making it one day and I wanted to be adopted on the spot. It was some sort of lamb stew style thing, but she also had what looked like a cupcake sheet on the stovetop with little pools of oil in it. She'd throw this pastry thing on it and it would puff up like a balloon and then you'd tear that up and eat the lamb stew type thing with it. It was soooo good. I have no idea what it's called. What's worse, people have since told me and I never remember.

Potatoes go better over a bed of fluffy red lentils and mirepoix in a red wine reduction (Barolo on this occasion), seasoned nicely (basil, oregano, black pepper, salt).
