TURKEY-KHATAIY BORDER, UNDISCLOSED COORDINATES

While the Red Cross-Allanean refugee camp started its daily routines, there was something unusual about the situation. Normally, the Turkish armed forces began early patrols along with UN peacekeepers near the border at 4 AM sharp. However, they were no where to be seen; there was much more activity from nearby airbases. Suddenly, a large convoy of a couple hundred vehicles ranging of size and amour broke through the border's walls. It surprised and frightened most of the refugees in the vicinity, and the UN peacekeepers were tasked to move them away from the border. An FBE correspondent, reporting and monitoring the refugee camp's quality was starstruck, and quickly pulled out his camera crew from the press tents.

"Jesus Christ, what the hell?! Get up, look out side!"

Kenny Rodriguez, the reporter in question, pulled a tent's entrance wide open, almost ripping it apart; "Ken, what the f--" "Yeah, look! You think those are Turkish troops?"

"Well, look," the cameraman points back, "they're flying the Turkish flag, it's obviously Turkish Armed Forces..."

"But, that equipment... I've never seen it before in Syria or Turkey--"

"What're you trying to prove here? I'm gonna get the camera"

They quickly sprinted towards the border wall's security checkpoint. It could've only been described as an organized chaos. Many soldiers followed the convoy; it was only a few moments before a storm of bullets pelted through the border gates, and quickly injures some of the FBE crew. In panic, they take refuge in one of the abandoned buildings just outside the wall. Just as quickly as they were struck by bullets, the storm died down, and the thundering sound of M1A2 Abrams, Bradleys, Foxhound LPPVs, and other copious amounts of armoured and logistical vehicles and tanks soon filled the eardrums of the passerby. The screams of K-22s soared through the sky

It was of course, not the Turkish Armed Forces, or at least the entire convoy wasn't. Freilibre had agreed in secret with Turkey to authorize a large land army-- something that Freilibre wasn't too keen on-- to secure parts of the border and northern Khataiy. The 7th, 8th, and 9th International Brigade attempted to secure the west, while the 2nd, and 19th attempted to secure parts of the east simultaneously in order to capture the centre. Freilibre was not usually experienced in a total land invasion. The last time it was attempted (with Russian support) was during the Second Indo-Freilibre War more than a decade ago. This time however, they had the logistical support of an ally, along with the confidence of NATO and the United Nations.

This was not an invasion, at least in Turkey and Freilibre's eyes, merely to "secure" the border, as said before. UN peacekeepers quickly followed the convoys, and patrolled the various small villages along the Mediterranean. The FBE press got security and escorts as quickly as they could to capture the extraordinary event. The convoy stopped about a few kilometres away from the border gates, and secured several more villages and abandoned housing. The group quickly experienced a full defensive from government forces, and several vehicles were bombarded with antiaircraft and artillery. K-22 aircraft continuously intercepted government aircraft and breached Khataiy airspace multiple times. As the FBE team continued filming, a Chinook landed in a secured LZ near the front lines, and several JSOF operatives came bolting out.

Sergeant Belmont, the commanding officer of the 2nd Gold squadron of the 2nd JSOF regiment, followed the team and breached a multitude of buildings within the village. "Sergeant, all clear," another JSOF operator said, while jogging towards him. "Good. Start setting up base. I want direct and constant contact with the Navy and Air force as soon as possible," Belmont replied, "those front lines are too shaky." The soldier stepped out of the building, and started off with the rest of his squadron. Turkish soldiers and Vraxuis mercenaries quickly provided logistics, and the base was promptly set up, along with communications with high command.

During the establishment of the commanding base, the 77th Mediterranean fleet's Saxa-class missile cruisers FCS Margret IXX and FCS Roeland started strikes against known military bases, information that was provided by the numerous "patrols" of AWACS and AEW&C Boeing E-3 Sentry and Saab Swordfish MPA aircraft before and during the civil war. The aerial reconnaissance missions before the civil war proved essential in carrying out this Freilibre-Turkish "fortification" of the Turkish border.

The resulting missile strikes struck a northern village near the new border lines and several anti-aircraft and SAMS were destroyed. Not all missiles hit their targets, and some resulted in the destruction of numerous houses and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the UN peacekeeping forces entered the newly secured border lines and started Red Cross missions across the area; setting up refugee camps and checkpoints that proved to be extremely helpful in the refugee crisis in the Turkey-Khataiy border. A peacekeeper from Russia started his day with the news of the events and the new drawing of borders. He began to write down his thoughts in his logs, something that he was ridiculed for-- it was the only way to ease tensions while seeing the madness of war: "Apparently the Turkish started to 'redraw' its borders-- I call it a devious invasion though. They have the moral high-ground too, setting up refugee camps and checkpoints within the new territory. Meanwhile Russian soldiers continue to back these terrorists in the other side. I don't know what to think anymore. While they send us out here for a noble cause of peacekeeping, we have no power to help these troops-- and the terrorists and thugs that we protect refugees from are the same ones we fund and supply."

The Freilibre Administration for Commonwealth Defence Director Keith Herrington:

"This is not an invasion? So Freilibre has troops in occupied territory of a sovereign nation, yet this is not an invasion?"

"What about the situation in the Khataiy-Syria border or the Turkish-Syria-Khataiy tri-border? Will Freilibre interfere with that too?"

"Are there any JSOF SpecOps active in Khataiy that we are unaware of?"

MISSION REPORT

Overview: Pilot Recollection of Osprey Crash.
Who: Jenny "Viper" Thompson

Transcript----

Captain Johnson(CJ): Okay, let's start, where exactly were you when the Osprey crashed?

Jenny "Viper"(V): So, we were just over the battle between the Ahrar al-Sham and the Khataiyan Democratic Forces,

CJ: I already know what you were doing but for the sake of records, what was your mission?

V: We were there to support the KDF with supplies, and to survey the area

CJ: Okay, now tell me what happened,

V: So, I was escorting John, the pilot of the Osprey, in my F-35C, we were flying over the battle and after he dropped the supplies over the KDF, is think he was attacked by one of the technicals on the ground. I was higher up so I couldn't tell. But I saw his aircraft going down into the forest there. They were pretty low though, so I think he and his crew survived the crash.

CJ:Hmm, the good thing is, we are sending our AART1 in to try and rescue them,

V: Okay, but I feel like I could've done something, y'know?

CJ: It's alright, the mission didn't go as expected. That happens a lot, now go get a shower or something. Relax, you've had a long day

Viper stands up to salute Captain Johnson,

CJ: You are dismissed,

Dexter Hartin, head commander of the Huntpublic Special Forces Command(HSFCOM), had been notified of the Osprey crash. The Navy and Airforce had requested the use of the Airforce Airborne Rescue Team 1(AART1). He had been planning the mission ever since he learned of the accident. Here's what would happen. A small squad of 10 personnel would be deployed via stealth helicopter. Once the crashed Osprey and its crew have been found, they would radio for the helicopter to pick them up. Easy. But, Dexter knew that it wouldn't be that easy. Something always happens. He would have drones flying over the presumed crash location, get coordinates, and get the team there. And have F-35s spotting for any enemy soldiers anywhere near the team. This would be a stealth operation. Well as stealth as it could be.

The mission briefing would happen later today.

(At the JACT Medical FOB)
Dr. Na'im Yaser was nervous about the HPAG soldiers being there that he began to verbally berate them every time he passed them on the base. It was getting to a point where senior doctor Hyder Mus'ad had to tell PCC Janice Velazquez about Dr. Yaser's actions to which she told Dr. Hyder Mus'ad to make sure if anything is found out to pin it on Dr. Na'im Yaser. Something that Dr. Hyder Mus'ad had done before, but this time it would be different because Dr. Hyder Mus'ad liked Dr. Na'im Yaser so it wouldn't be something easy for him to do but it was his job to protect JACT and if that meant using Dr. Na'im Yaser as a scapegoat then it would have to be done.

The JCE workers had finished the runway and the first AC130 from Jurestist was do to arrive with the supplies requested as well as the SAM torrents to protect the airfield that the JCE workers had made. When the AC130 landed all of the JCE works and JACT personnel had unloaded the plane bring the supplies into the Medical FOB there were a couple of crates that were placed aside and HPAG soldier Jacob Ventankourt noticed that the crates were labelled with a list of items that were in the crate Jacob noticed that while most of it was medical supplies there were items that while he didn't know exactly what they were for he knew that they weren't for medical use, so he took a picture secretly and brought it to HPAG Agent Kristen Srotov, asking what JACT needed with that chemical.

The JCE workers began setting up the SAM Torrents while seven JNA Marines got off of the plane and walked over to the radar building where JRIA Agent Galila Zaahira was. The JNA Marines awaited Agent Zaahira's briefing about the intel she had on the Ashura Companies which was a location of a weapon stockpile in Suwadiya, Khataiy in an abandoned school she told the JNA Marines that she wanted them to go get the weapons and bring them back here for the JACT and JCE guards to use as she though it would be helpful for them with protecting the staff and civilians at the Medical FOB. The JNA Marines saluted and walked over to the motor pool where they emptied out one of the JACT Ambulances and took that to the abandoned school in Suwadiya which was in the southern part of the city, but it would take them time to get there.

Fayruz village, Khataiy

Shiite rally in Fayruz

Fayruz village is a village in the middle of the Kurdish region that is several kilometers west of the Syrian border, however deep in the Kurdish region the town has a large Arab population with mostly Shiites, and with the advance of the Syrian groups this caused panic in the village with fears of a possible cleansing of the village that not even the government would do. Many were weary of KDF as well feeling alienated by their Sunni Kurdish led clique, the withdrawal of the government was bitter sweet causing half the county to plunge into complete anarchy leaving the Syrian Rebels and KDF being the only ones capable of providing security and administration, and given the choice between the two the Shiites chose KDF.

At the rally many wore Arab style clothing to show they weren't Kurdish and they waved Shiite religious flags with "Ya Hussein" written on them, the villagers who owned guns carried those as well and burned pictures of Khairallah and various Sunni scholars who rejected the Shiite sect. Clan leaders and community leaders met in a large building that acted somewhat like a city hall and event center, and spoke of the success of Ashura Companies in Suwadiya and looked to emulate it, but they also had an advantage that Ashura Companies didn't KDF and no Government interference.

Thus they banded together forming a new group calling themselves "Liwa al-Abbas" named after Abbas Ibn Ali the brother of Hussein both of whom died in Karbala, a statement was made declaring allegiance to KDF as well as announcing support for Ashura Companies as well as other announcements,

Outside Kurk Murzban, Khataiy

Kurk Murzban Regional Military Facility under attack

While Suwadiya and the Kurdish regions had been engulfed in conflict Kurk Murzban had been quite in spite being taken over by the National Coalition led by Khairallah's rival General Waseem but it wasn't for no reason, Government forces in the city withdrew after a fraction of the forces there defected while the other fraction simply withdrew to the Regional Military Complex which housed barracks, offices, and a runway with a few hangers and landing pads, it was also well fortified and the soldiers there thought it was just best to wait out the whole situation. However the Forces loyal to the NC had been plotting to take over the base by using their own form of shock and awe to intimidate the forces their into surrendering whilst killing as little as possible as many of the NC's forces knew the men there and were friends with most of them as many were stationed at this base, and thought of killing their own friends was difficult to reconcile over political difference, however it was inevitable and was going to happen.

The first phase of the attack began slightly before sunrise with artillery being fired at the runways, fuel stations, and weapons depot. This woke many in the base causing panic as the explosions began to go off the base's alarms did too with the men rushing to get their guns and put on helmets and other articles of clothing, they then began running to the nearest basements and bunkers, while others began to make sure the base was put on lock down making it impossible to leave or enter, the barrage of rockets, howitzers and improvised artillery made from propane tanks went on for a little over an hour several men died in the process while trying to go to the different locations on base.

The next phase of the attack was done with a large convoy of vehicles mostly technicals and government vehicles that the defectors kept with them such as UAZs, BMPs, and 1 T-55 tank, as the convoy came a Konkurs located inside the base was fired at one of the BMPs hitting it causing pieces of the armor to fly into the air and tore part of the BMP's tracks causing it to stop, soon after the T-55 fired back at the base into building causing smoke to rise and the building to get damaged, while technicals and individual soldiers began returning fire, after roughly 20 minuets they were able to make contact with fighters in the base without even breaching the base's defenses.

"HEY!" the commander of the NC's operation yelled after telling his men to cease-fire,

"What do you want! You can't attack us like this you are traitors!" yelled back a government officer from a defensive positions in the base still within yelling distance

"We don't want to hurt you, Khalid we used to share this base just let us in."

"After you hit us with artillery and began shooting at us? Why the fuck would I do that?"

"You hit us first with that Konkurs, and thank God no one died either, you just damaged the BMP, we can talk this out."

"Talk this out? First you hit our base with artillery for no reason, then you come here with this circus how do expect us to respond?"

"Look Khalid let me in, forget everyone else..."

Khalid thought to himself for a moment, looking over the concrete barrier he was behind, he was holding his gun tightly he saw the large amount of people he also saw the building where the gate's controls where he peeked over again and pointed his gun at them and began walking, and yelled,

"Yassin put your gun down and approach slowly!"

Yassin put his hands up slightly after putting down his AKS-74u on the ground, and began walking slowly to a door near the gates that was locked that was meant of indivudals to get in and out, then Khalid got the keys and opened the door quickly grabbing Yassin and throwing him to the ground and putting his AKM in his face, and said,

"You son of a bitch traitor, your mother is a fucking whore you know that! Why shouldn't I shoot you here and now?! You murdered 20 innocent people for no reason, these people who once looked up to you, these people were Muslim how are you going to tell Allah about this, they were kids 19, 20! Do you have a brain?! Maybe I should shoot you and find out!"

"Khalid, please stop, I didn't mean too just calm down before more die!"

Khalid had a tear come down from his eye, Khalid was 39 and Lieutenant while Yassin was 42 and also an officer, both enlisted around the same time and served together for a long time, both had been to Yemen in late 2015 to advise Saudi forces and look after Khataiy's limited forces there, both had also been trained at the same base near the capital and had shared a long relationship as friends together,

"Yassin why just why, how could you betray your country and murder innocent people and do all this after everything, does your wife know?!"

"Khalid this is about fighting corruption we need a new government, it is sad it has to be this way and I did not want to kill anybody, get that gun out of my face and we can work this out, Wallahi (Arabic for I swear to God, taken very seriously in Arabic culture)"

Khalid broke eye contact and put his gun to the side then looked back into his eyes and offered his hand to help him up, then said,

"We aren't giving you this base go back to Kurk Murzban."

"That's not what we want, we want you to surrender all the arms here all the tanks everything and we guarantee your security, we wont even evict you from here just let us share and use it."

Khalid was shaking his head,
"You're delusional, you've seen Waseem right? He's addicted to something, you know it I know it everyone knows it, do you really want what he wants? He wants to make this country into Venezuela or something, the Iranians like him the Algerians and Russians like him, Sisi likes him, why do you? Do you remember Yemen?! Have you not seen what the Iranians did to Iraq and Syria? We are defending our country!"

Yassin rubbed his eyes and sighed,
"I don't agree with most of what he says but he is right that Khairallah and the Baath Party are corrupt we need reforms that simply wont happen under Khairallah, Waseem has even said he's willing to bring some new form Democracy that isn't corrupt and maintains order, he's not a Communist or a Shia or a Kurd he's a patriot, he means well."

Khalid made a confused look,
"You've never even met him! Where was he when we went to Jordan? Where was he when we went to Yemen or Libya? Do you not remember when we were in Libya with the Qataris and the rebels when we were trying to take Tripoli he was there on a plane leaving because he supported Ghaddafi, and when we were in Jordan helping secure the border when that Syrian missile hit us at the border station he was talking about why Assad is his hero, and when we went to Yemen he was talking about how we take it up the ass from the Jews!"

Yassin put his hands on his head and sighed again,
"Look fuck politics, let's talk business, you can either leave and pretend we outnumbered you, you can stay and we can share the base and satisfy Waseem and Khairallah, or kill each other over it, you choose, if you leave you can destroy all the heavy equipment forget the equipment we just need this base."

Khalid sighed,
"You have 30 days here then we're going to renegotiate this deal, and I don't want any fighting here any arguments about either side and you keep your hands off of our equipment, all of it, that you bring is what you leave with, if you cross me you'll regret it."

Yassin smiled and shook his hand,
"Khalid don't worry everything is going to be fine."

Khalid opened the gate and the convoy proceeded into the base.

Arzan, Khataiy

Arzan is a city northwest of Kurk Murzban and east of the border that was taken, there was a small battalion there that acted much like a rserve or auxillary force that was establizhed for such an event, after the border was breeched the battalion was mobilized and was expecting support from Kurk Murzban without realizing what had transpiried there hours earlier, the city was out on lock down with local police helping man makeshift checkpoints and city streets being filled with trucks such as Toyotas, Fords and Chevys with rockets fixed on the back and 2 howitzers were also brought in outside the city while on rooftops SPG-9s and Konkurs anti-tank missiles were set up while on the upper floors of other buildings snipers took positions, along with HMGs being set up in windows facing West, the government also issued an evacuation of Arzan to Kari Khan a town near the Kurdish region North of the Capital.

Outside Arzan the army seized construction equipment to dig trenches and dirt mounds, while sandbags were also being put up on various buildings, incharge of the battalion was Col. Faris Jabri he was wearing aviator glasses and a black beret along with his olive fatgiue and black combat boots and a large gold watch, he smelled of both tobacco and cologne, he smoked cigars frequently he also kept a trimmed beard that was gray with spots of black.

He walked into an office that was empty because of the evacuation on the front desk lied a map of Khataiy with areas marked to indicated both the NC and Freilibrean forces and Allanean camps and so on, Col.Faris said "What's going on here..." the other soldiers studying the map turned suprised to see him and put up their right arms to give him Roman Salutes,

"There's no need for formalities what is going on here, we have no communication from Kurk Murzban's base and now we have a foreign army invading, what are we doing?"

After putting down their arms one of them spoke,

"Sir, we were mobilized and on the TV they're saying that an army from Turkey seized a portion of our territory, a convoy is comming soon of the border guards who withdrew."

The colonel cross his arms,
"What do you mean they withdrew? They are border guards not little girls!"

The other soldier replied,
"Sir they claimed to be UN and they had superior equipment and numbers there wasn't much that could be done..."

The colonel shushed him and turned up the volume on the TV mounted on the wall of the waiting area, on the TV was Middle East Perspective a state-owned news group that was meant for a Western audiance but obviously broadcasted in Arabic, the anchoar said

"The Turkish and Freilibreans have declared that they are redrawing the border..."

Col.Faris's eyes opened wide,
"Shit... I want everyone here to settle in if their forces come close to here give them a proper welcome, I personally want to debrief the border guards and I am calling in the paramilitaries."

The soldiers both said
"Yes sir "
And carried on as he walked out.

FSA tank taking aim at KDF

It was a warm day with a slight breeze, it was rather beutiful out the fighters of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Islam, and various FSA groups were gathered surrounded by KDF cut off after an HTS convoy was hit by a drone strike but another group of reinforcements was comming straight from Syria, a group of Inghimasi fighters were also comming along from HTS meant to storm a village in KDF territory to destract them and force some of KDF's fighters to withdraw to handle them.

While in Syrian rebel held territory at the border station HTS fighter met Allanean agents, an HTS commander named Abu Dhar al-Maghrebi was there, he was wearing mostly black, a black pakol, a black salwar, and a black balakava, while his pants were olive and rolled up slightly above his ankles showing his black socks and he wore blue sneakers, he was a Moroccan from a sub group in HTS, but had connections in France through his large family who was divided between ISIS and HTS but relativws on both sides sent him a message over Telegram, an encypted messaging app, about a man willing to support them he was sucipcious and had a few other men stand near in case they were going to be crossed as the Agents came up they pulled out their guns taking aim,

"Stop! This station is not open right now, I want you to turn off your car and step out, we're going yo search you!"

Him and 9 other fighters surrounded the vehciles being used by the Allanean agents, then opened their doors and ordered them on the floor, the agents were searched, after that Abu Dhar said "Show us what you have, my cousins say you have radios, capatagon, and other equipment."

While back at the battle area as the Huntpublic's plane came crashing down the fighters looked up and saw the fireball comming and began yelling "Allahu Akbar!" and quickly moved to see of they could capture the pilot to take him hostage for ransom.

We demand to speak with Freilibre's government in a neutral location such as Belgium, Georgia or South Africa this is beyond a violation of our airspace this is a violation of our land and a very serious act of aggression we demand Turkish forces withdraw completely as well, this was unwarented and uninivted. Furthermore we will not order our forces to back down as this is a violation of a terrtiory and it will be defended but we ask in turn for the advance to halt before any unessicary deaths are caused.

(JNA Marines Arrive in Suwdiya)
The JNA Marines arrive in Suwdiya during mid-day and wait until nightfall to go into the abandoned school to search for the weapons stockpile. They search each floor of the school including the basement for the weapons which they find them but notice that it's not just one crate, it's nine crates of weapons of different ordnance levels and they realize that they won't be able to take all of them back to the JACT Medical FOB so they decide to take some of the high explosive weapons and the mounted MGs which they begin loading the weapons into the back of the JACT Ambulance once they're loaded there isn't any room in the back for the other three JNA Marines then one of the Marines remembers that the JACT Ambulance has places for JACT Guards to stand when the back of the Ambulance is full so the other three use those for the ride back but keep their eyes open for attackers. While they were leaving an explosion happens at the school emanating from where the rest of the weapons were located.

While on the way back the JNA Marines run into JACT Underguard Taha Mansoor and his convoy and decide to link up and join them on the way back to the JACT Medical FOB. Underguard Taha Mansoor was filling out his report about the work that the medical staff did and that there were no incidents with attackers or the mercenaries that were still in the area somewhere which Underguard Taha Mansoor ordered the JACT Guards under his command to be on the lookout for them or any aggressors to the convoy.

Suwadiya, Khataiy

The five A-143's each armed with 1 CBU-85 cluster bombs roared over Suwadiya, the MQ4A Greyhawk sensor operator had lazed the target and the first buzzard made its run. The Target was the house of a wealthy Shia businessman who let his house and backyard be used as a command center for the Ashura Companies. The Buzzard went to MIL Power and broke away from its target after the bomb dropped. The CBU-85 did not just level the command building it destroyed the whole block, everyone in the command center was killed. The JACT Convoy was travelling and had seen the explosion in the distance JACT Underguard Taha Mansoor radioed to the rest of the convoy including the Ambulance with the JNA Marines to be on the lookout as that could have been caused by anyone as there are many different nations involved in the Civil War here and they don't know which side they're working for. The convoy was still ten miles away from the JACT Medical FOB, so Underguard Taha Mansoor told the convoy to speed up but to be alert. The convoy picked up speed as many of the medical personnel were scared as the convoy picked up speed but they just wanted to get back to JACT Medical FOB where they felt safer.

Inside of a Boeing CH-47 Chinook

"Alright, here is what we are doing," says Adam Chester, leader of the AART1 team, (see special forces factbook), "We are supposed to basically go into enemy territory, near a battle between two opposing forces, and rescue a down Osprey team. Easy right? Seriously, this should pretty basic and simple,"

The Chinook arrives over the USS Warrior, and lands in the middle of the deck. And a group of ten people hops out. Not all of them are men however, one is female. Her name is Amy Tudor, she is specially trained in communication. She is able to speak in almost ten other languages, especially Iraqi, considering what region they are in. The group then meets with Captain Johnson, and they get a further debriefing of what their mission priorities are, and what they need to do.

The AART1 is to be deployed near the crash of the Osprey, and then they need to find the aircraft. Once the group has found the aircraft, they will radio in for a helicopter, and then the mission is a success!

While doing a mission over a battle between the Khataiyan Democratic Forces, whom we support, and Ahrar al-Shalam, Tahrir al-Shalam(HTS) and the Free Syrian Army(FSA) forces, a Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey had crashed into hostile territory.

According to a heavy blocked transcript released by the government, the pilot of the Lockheed Martin F-35C Lightning II(whose name is not revealed) states, "He was attacked by one of the technicals on the ground". The pilot believed that the Osprey was shot down by a technical on the ground. And from what surveillance and intelligence could tell it belonged to the Ahrar al-Shalam.

How the photos were taken are classified. And the government had denied any information to us other than what we have. From what we know the government has a secret plan in order to save the crew that had crashed down. More information will be released once it has become available to us.

As soon as the plane stopped, the back doors went down to the floor, revealing the large amount of supplies that were inside, the crew of the plane got off and cordially greeted the people of the Coalition "Greetings, we have brought our support from the Baltic Federation, it's a pleasure to support your ideals!" said the Delegate of AN-178, a man in a dark military uniform who had in his hands a notebook where all the supplies the plane was carrying were recorded.

"It has been a tedious trip, but finally we are here with the supplies, we will help to unload the load of the plane but before that, we need cargo vehicles" said the Delegate of AN-174 said to all the people present, the crew of the plane sat in the back door of the big plane, waiting for vehicles to arrive to download and complete the operation. They also expected to know a little more about the people that made up the National Coalition, since they had never seen them in person.

They knew that the people present were just simple sympathizers with some other minor soldier, but they expected to meet some important representative of the Coalition.

This is disturbing I didn't authorize the shipment of those chemicals onto the FOB, but it confirms what Dr. Hyder Mus'ad has brought to my attention about Dr. Na'im Yaser and the Level C labs. Here's Dr. Hyder Mus'ad now, Dr. Mus'ad tell Ms. Srotov what you told me about Dr. Na'im Yaser.

Well it started when we arrived here in Khataiy he was writing down something I didn't see what it was until a little later on but four days into our campaign he left his notepad open I don't usually look at people's personal notes, but Dr. Na'im Yaser was acting suspect so I looked and I saw that he had notes with names of known terrorists and numbers next to them. I don't know what the numbers mean but they could be monetary offers or it could be something else entirely only Dr. Yaser knows.

I have already have JACT Guards pick up Dr. Yaser and bring him to the new holding cells built by JCE in the storm cellar that was found. I have also transferred the Ashura Companies fighter who we just found out is Shakir Abdul-Aziz a known terrorist who has carried out many attacks on western countries as well as in Jurestist. Both will be held in the cells until the JDF can secure a place for them in our interrogation faculty. I however can't grant you permission to speak with Dr. Yaser as he's still an employee of JACT and this is an internal matter to be dealt with accordingly.

(After speaking with Kristen Srotov about Dr. Na'im Yeser's actions she requested that both of them leave her office as she needed to make some private calls to the JACT Board of Directors to discuss what they wanted to do about the situation)

After leaving PCC Velazquez's office Dr. Hyder Mus'ad was concerned about the HPAG leader asking about the Dr. Yeser situation though he knew that JACT protocol required a scapegoat if people suspected anything about JACT Secret Projects they've done it before and they may have to do it again. Dr. Hyder Mus'ad had returned to the Level C labs where he planted all incriminating evidence in Dr. Yeser's locker and workstation which he did with gloves. After Dr. Mus'ad finished planting the evidence Dr. Yeser walked in and started going through the stuff putting his fingerprints on all of the stuff that was planted there. Dr. Yeser didn't ask questions about the stuff there he just got his personal notebook and left the lab, but when he got outside of the building the JACT Guards were waiting for him and in front of the HPAG soldiers they place him in handcuffs and brought him to the holding cells they also openly brought Ashura Companies fighter Shakir Abdul-Aziz to the holding cells at the same time. After both men were placed in their cells the JACT Guards then went to the Level C lab where Dr. Yeser's workstation and locker was and boxed up all of his personal items not only did they take stuff from the level C lab where he worked the JACT Guards also boxed up his personal items from his room in the barracks then brought all of it to the JACT Guard main office.

General Nashid got up to the podium, the situation in Khaitay was concerning him as it appeared a new situation involving a growth in Shia terrorism was occuring, Bashriyya had few Shi'ites but Nashid personally was still concerned about it, since the Shi'ites more often operated in networks with other revolutionary groups including non shiite ones. It was Nashid's view that the growth of Shi;ite terrorism was something of concern to everyone.

"The current situation in Khaitay was planned from the beginning." Nashid pulled a paper out from under the desk, "No one is denying the President of that country was abusing his power, Khairallah abused his power and went the way of a Pharaoh targeting the Kurds solely for their ethnicity nevermind the fact that they are also part of the Sunnah."

The day was the usual time that Nashid would broadcast a public message to his people and this message was no different. " Khairallah sold his soul and sold his country out to Western imperialists." Nashid ranted on "Khairallah is kicking these people out of their homes for economic development. "

OCCUPIED NORTHERN KHATAIY, UNDISCLOSED COORDINATES

While the constant exchange of gunfire died down in the remote villages and abandoned ports, the international brigades started operations of a secured command post, complete with satellite communications, radio masts, and anti-aircraft SAMs. Turkish-Freilibran soldiers continuously patrolled the new border, and occasionally fought off individual rebels and dissenters. The glistening pristine white UN vehicles and Red-Cross Toyotas and Mercedes contrasted the gritty, dirtied infantry units and camouflaged soldiers. There was a clear difference between Turkish and Freilibran soldiers, in not only their faces, but equipment, clothing, and even in attitude. The Turkish soldiers had modern equipment for sure, but JSOF and Land army infantry clearly had the advantage of being from a rich European country. A battalion of Vraxuis PMC mercenaries constantly shipped supplies from the Red Cross-Allanean refugee camp to the new command outpost, following the initial convoy's tracks.

Inside one of the buildings, commanding officer of the joint forces of the 7th, 8th, and 9th International Brigade, Brigadier Éric Desrosiers, was stationed in the new command post, now designated Far Reach Outpost 1. As he stood in front of the dozens of maps and laptops stretched across the table, a message relayed from command central in the Turkish refugee camp and UN peacekeeping depot via video call:

"Commander Desrosiers, congratulations on your successful offensive. Because of the current situation, outcome B has been initiated. All troops are to maintain position and hold off possible counter-offensives."

"Yes, sir," he said, while saluting, "JSOF are operating under high council's orders, as requested."

"Excellent, commander. It's imperative that absolutely no one else knows of their whereabouts, or their existence. Blackhawk helicopters have been dispatched to the LZ following outcome B."

"Yes sir, we've received an encrypted confirmation. AEW&C and AWACS will be escorted out into the Syria-Khataiy border from Israel, and the ASFA has been given the go to start round-the-clock satellite reconnaissance missions."

"Keep us updated, commander. This is a crucial, black operation."

"Sirs, about the situation in the Syria-Khataiy border and the Kurdish region--"

"Talk to your men about that. They're your affairs, not ours."

Desrosiers stopped the call, and swiftly ran out of the building, quickly assembled courtesy of the PMCs and Turks. As he looked on, he saw a flurry of commotion, however a bit more calmer than usual. It signified that the government may have either focused elsewhere, or that they were building up a defensive, or a counter-offensive. All they needed to do was to wait for reports from the air force and navy; the dreaded waiting game. Meanwhile, they had to constantly pick off any intruders that posed a threat. Refugees were redirected to the Red-Cross facilities elsewhere, and UN peacekeepers were only stationed as additional border patrol. It was an odd mix of cultures and nationalities, and the commander feared it would create a divide within the joint brigades. And so, to promote cooperation between the different soldiers, he ordered combined recon missions to survey nearby outposts and villages.

As one team approached the city limits of Arzan, the Freilibre soldiers ordered them to stop. As they got out, it was only then noticed by the Turkish soldiers that among the "patrol" group, there were several snipers, to monitor activity near the city. Private Sami Yılmaz, a newcomer in the Turkish armed forces, followed them, "Hold on, I thought this was just to patrol the border?" A larger, taller Freilibre soldier, who had a clear French accent replied back, while carrying some equipment, "Oh we are patrolling the border--" he looked back at his other mates and grins, "--our rightful border."

"Three o'clock, a few degrees to the east," interrupted another Freilibran who was carrying a map, "yeah come have a look at this, based on our snipers here, here, and here, and with the 1 PM recon missions from NATO, it looks like they're scrambling to build ditches, moats, all the lot. Seems to me like it's an outcome B, then, eh?" The soldier looked back at the Turk, who was still in confusion. Sami had nothing to say. He couldn't really anyways, since he was quite nervous when talking to bulky white men like them. In any case, this patrol only deepened the divide between the Turks and the Freilibrans.

Overhead, several K-22 fighters flew near the city and went over into the Mediterranean-- presumably they were scouting the area. As they started setting up positions, there were several reports of car bombings and scavenged government vehicles that tried to enter the new border. The brigade responded by moving tanks-- which were only to be used for defensive forces-- into front lines and firing at the rebels.

ADÉLAÏDE, DOWNTOWN, PARLIAMENT SQUARE

Thousands of kilometres away, a special diplomatic mission was preparing to leave for Adélaïde International Airport, to fly to Qatar to meet with the Khataiy government and president in person. In the mission was Prime Minister Ursula, the FACD Director Keith Herrington, and several other officials and numerous aides. A few hours before, they managed to strike a deal with the Qatari embassy and allow for the two country's leaders to meet in Doha. A rampage of reporters and press hurled at them as they tried to leave the parliament, it was only when the Prime Minister arrived with her security detail that order followed. They took no questions, and only told the press one thing: "We will be answering questions at Doha, not here." And with that said, the convoy drove off with Adélaïde Metropolitan Police escort.

Once their two hour drive was over, and were quickly passed through security, they boarded the government A330; complete with a small Freilibran flag on the fuselage, the colours of the flag and the famous shield-with a cross emblem on its vertical stabilizer. Critics had always complained about the emblem being misused as a sort of symbol for a 'crusade,' that depicts the Christian cross. This was valid criticism, especially during a highly religious-themed civil war like this.

The A330-300 took off with the escort of four K-30s en route to Doha. While at cruising altitude, the government back home sent a communique to the Khataiy government in Qatar:

Her Majesty's honourable 34th government, the Sohrab administration, and the Freilibre Administration for Commonwealth Defence is willing to actively partake in mutual cooperation between the Khataiy government and the Freilibre government in Qatar, in order to cease further foreign activity and to investigate terrorist attacks that have occurred on Khataiy soil, and the borders near Turkey and Syria. This mission is to promote peace and stability in the region, while also actively working with our forces on the ground to provide security to refugees that have been impacted during this time of civil emergency.

The Khataiy government has the freedom and the chance to open this meeting to the press, or to speak about such a cooperation in private. Meanwhile, we should admit that the recent redrawing of the Turkish-Khataiy border was done by Turkish Armed Forces, and they were to secure refugee camps that were under attack by terrorists-- terrorists who were let into the country by the Khataiy government. While we condemn their actions of inaction, we must respect their opinions and attitudes regarding their own affairs in their own country.

As of today, a diplomatic mission from Her Majesty's honourable 34th government has been dispatched to Doha to meet with their government in order to talk peace. No matter how these talks go, it is imperative that there must be some sort of order created after, to help the refugee crisis.

Allanean Fleet

The Allanean ships moved slowly, gracefully, one by one, through the Gibraltar Straits. They were still days away from their target, but training was already beginning aboard them. Prize teams rehearsed their movements, rifles at the ready. Weapons crews repeated their actions, bouncing into combat alerts. Slowly, certainly ,the fleet drew nearer.

The Old Man of the City

The Old Man continued shipping drugs, rifle ammunition, radios to the two rebel groups he claimed to support – the Ashura Companies and Da'esh. So far, again, none of the rifle ammunition was in any way malfunctioning, and the radios seemed okay, their encryption still closed off to anyone without a key. The drugs, of course, could not be tested in the field, but at least in the short term they appeared alright. Indeed, even taking them had no unusual effect - they worked as advertised, at least in the short term.

JACT Underguard Taha Mansoor had ordered the convoy to come to a stop as there was a bridge out that lead back to JACT Medical FOB so he had to stop so he could look at an area map to try and find another way to get to the Medical FOB. While Underguard Taha Mansoor was looking at the map a JNA Marine came over to see if he could help. The both of them looked over the map and found another route, but they would have to take the convoy through one of the hot zones where there was heavy fighting going on as well as airstrikes. JACT Underguard Taha Mansoor was nervous as this was his first command and it showed the JNA Marine looked at him and told him that "sometimes there are no right or wrong choices in a command situation." that made JACT Underguard Taha Mansoor feel a little better but he didn't want to put the medical personnel in danger, but he knew he had to get back to the JACT Medical FOB so he made the call. After which everyone loaded back up into the convoy and departed towards the hot zone or "Hot Route" as Underguard Taha Mansoor called it. He also told them not take chances and to keep their eyes open.

On Khataiyan Soil, co-ordinates classified.

The AART1 team was dropped off in the general location of the crash, up on top of a mountain, overlooking a valley-forest below. It was at night and dark out, so it would be difficult to find the crashed osprey.

"Alright guys, the moon is behind us so we need to stop skylining. Let's get down from here," says Adam Chester, leader of the group.

They enter the valley below and turn on their night vision goggles. It was kind of hard to see with the night vision goggles since it is pretty blurry to see through. Not that it was a problem. The AART1 are arguably one of the most elite forces in Huntpublic and maybe even the world. They are specially trained in all weather and all situation rescue missions. They travel by foot as it was the stealthiest way of traveling. They also avoided major pathways.

The team's weapons are silenced M4 Carbines, with ACOG scopes or Holographic Reflex Sights. But the Suppressors of the team, the ones who have LMGs, didn't have any silenced weapons. If attacked by any group of people, the suppressors will provide an insane amount of suppressive fire to escape and/or kill anyone who attacked the team.

After a few hours of searching the team found the crashed Osprey and the crew with it. A couple of people were dead, and a few seriously injured. Only one or two were functional enough to provide help to the injured crew. When the AART1 came to the crashed osprey, one of the functional crew members called out and picked up a rifle, "Hey! Hey! Put that down!" shouted Adam, "We are friendly, we're Huntpublican!", Adam tried to calm the situation down, he didn't want any of his men or the crew members to die from friendly fire.

"Okay, we are the Airforce Airborne Rescue Team 1, we are Huntpublican Special Forces, and we are here to get you guys back home. Alright?" says Adam,

"Yeah, yeah I got you," responds Charlie, one of the survivors of the crashed Osprey.

"Amy, radio in for a CASEVAC, tell we got three dead, and 3 more seriously injured. And we have two still alive and relatively well with minor injuries."

"Yes, sir," says Amy.

"Don't worry man, we'll get you out of here," Adam says to Charlie, trying to relieve the stress that he experiencing. Though that really doesn't do much. The group waited there for about 25-30 more minutes before a Blackhawk came in. Only one.

The Helicopter landed in a relatively open area and they called for the survivors and the people who died of the Osprey crash to get on. Since three were dead and three were seriously injured, a lot of space was taken up. So, the AART1 team was left there for other helicopters to come in and pick them up.

"We need to send only one in, for stealth purposes," says the pilot over the sound of blades 'chopping' the air.

After a few minutes after the helicopter left the area, a few shouts could be heard in the distance and then the sound of small arms firing. At first many of the members of the AART1 stayed quiet. They thought that the fighting was somewhere else. But then the iconic sound of bullets whizzing past the heads of the team members. A suppressor used his LMG and opened fire at the direction of the where the bullets came from. The Rat at tat of bullets could be heard coming from both sides. Then, rocket launchers were being fired. Many of the AART1 members tried to take cover but it was almost futile.

The shooting died down a bit. No-one was hurt on the AART1 side, but that couldn't be said about the other side. A sound of a truck could be heard, and then a large sound of fire came from it. It was a technical, Ahrar al-Sham's to be more precise. The headlights of the truck were on, so at this point, Adam came up with an idea.

"A few of us need to distract the truck, you guys need to continue to draw fire from the truck while a few of us sneak out the back way and take advantage of our night-vision goggles, the light of the headlights screws with their own night vision so we can sneak around and kill them." And that is what four of the men did, they snuck around under the cover of darkness and flanked the technical and the men with it. They picked off many of them with their suppressors, but the fighting was so loud that many of the enemies didn't know. Once the only gun still firing was the technical's, they noticed that they've lost all of their men around them. Then a grenade started to bounce inside of the truck.

BOOM

A bright explosion brightens up the night, the AART1 had won the battle, and after a Blackhawk came in and picked them up. The mission was a success and a great example of how ingenious the Huntpublican Special Forces are.

"Oh sh**, where is the pilot? There should be at least one more person on the Osprey!"

"F***, we totally forgot about him, we might need to get back,"

The mission was a success, the AART1 successfully acquired the crew from the crashed Osprey, though they did encounter Ahrar al-Sham forces and they've been attacked. But they were successful in fighting them off. Overall the AART1 had no casualties. The crew from the Osprey had 6 casualties, and 2 of them were minorly injured. There were only five survivors though. The three others had died. Though the pilot had been missing, nobody was found and he just wasn't there.

Tell Sulayman village, Khataiy

Former government tribal fighters declaring the National Army

Tell Sulayman is a Sunni Arab village slightly in the Kurdish region, the village was home to many of the Government's tribal fighters who were in the paramilitaries that carried out the evictions that caused so much tension in the first place, many simply stayed after the withdrawal of the official government forces now left to their own discretion to do what they want. They had plenty of weapons, vehicles and men and the Kurdish region being left in Anarchy many felt the need to defend their own villages from criminals and the various fighting groups and even rival tribes. The tribal fighters were one of the few remnants of the government east of the Kurdish line and with the recent deceleration of the Abbas Brigade joining KDF this caused panic among the Sunnis, the thought of a Shia-Kurdish alliance was the worst nightmare for Sunni Arabs.

The tribal leaders knew that if they didn't take action now KDF would take over the tribe's areas and villages and that if they fought back they would likely lose, while if they simply joined KDF they could continue to hold their villages without Shias or Kurds entering them, and thus the National Army was conceived with former Government fighters now joining their former enemies, the leader a former Sergent in the Army and Commander in the Tribal Forces paramilitary group, his real name was Yahya Jibreel, but he decided to call himself by a Nom de Guerre, "Abu Qaqa", he stood in the center wearing digital desert camo and tan shemagh with a pistol holstered in his belt and he spoke with a strong voice,

"In the name of Allah the Most Gracious the Most Merciful, our country is in crisis divided between warlords, criminals, and terrorists. Our communities have come under a state of lawlessness, banditry, and chaos, we live void of order we are the united tribes of the Kurdish region and out of interest for our people the innocent who seek peace and security we understand we must band together in this dark time. We also stand by in support of our friends in the Khataiy Democratic Forces who seek justice and freedom for our people and we gladly accept their mission and declare our participation in it."

The tribal forces began fortifying their villages and continued to fly the flag of the Arab State of Khataiy with checkpoints flying tribal flags, the tribal forces were by far better equipped than KDF's core group with police pickups, technicals, armored vehicles, large caches of weapons, uniforms and so on but they did lack numbers and were rather isolated, and it does go without saying there is strength in numbers and with the international community supporting KDF it would have gotten to the point where KDF held the upper hand and that could not be the case.

The Tribal fighters also sent a delegation of tribal leaders to talk in Akbez with KDF leaders about autonomy in KDF and protecting Arab territory along with the Kurdish line and elsewhere. Tribal fighters paraded in Tell Sulayman with the trucks flashing their police lights and sirens while they flew flags and showed off their equipment.

Outside Tell Sulayman serious work was being done to build defenses, trenches, concrete barriers, mounds of soil and junk and other forms of makeshift defenses. While fighters put up DShKs and anti-tank missiles and dug out areas for mortars.

The Syrian rebels were able send supplies from Syria to the front lines in Khtaiy, however the supplies and reinforcements came slowly in phases to avoid attracting attention from the drones and other aircraft. On the trucks contained ZU-23 ammunition, RPG rounds, 7.62x39mm ammunition, food, water, and essential supplies while other trucks carried the reinforcements and another truck carried the HTS Inghimasi shock troops.

At the front line Ahrar al-Sham and HTS fighters engaged Huntpublic's special forces as they raced to capture the pilot from the shot down plane, the cracks and pops of the AKs filled the air while the sparks of the bullets leaving the gun illuminated the area each individual fighter stood as it was still dark outside. The fighters of HTS and Ahrar al-Sham were very experienced after fighting battles in places like Aleppo, they also learned the ways of Mountain warfare in Latakia, Idlib, and Northern Hama, HTS also had a number of Chechen fighters present who also were experienced in mountain warfare from Chechnya and Afghanistan.

They exchanged fire, Technicals from Ahrar al-Sham supported the HTS-Ahrar members handling the special forces by firing at the helicopters and enemy SpecOps that they could see, one of the trucks was blown up killing everyone inside while the SpecOps forces fled the location.

While the nation descended into chaos, the capital was still firmly under Government control a rally and parade was organized by the government to boost morale and popular support for the war and incite hatred against the enemies as well as intimidate the enemies. The areas where the parade and rally were held were covered with flags, posters, and other decorative items.

The soldiers paraded while wearing traditional Arab outfits and riding horses then more soldiers came out wearing modern uniforms carrying their rifles and chanting "Allah, Khataiy, Omar, ouu Bas!" (God, Khataiy, Omar, is all we want!) and after them drove by several technicals, APCs and other vehicles used by the army. At the end of the parade path was a large screen with posters around it of the President with quotes of his and a verse of the Quran saying, " If thou fearest treachery from any group, throw back (their covenant) to them, (so as to be) on equal terms: for Allah has no love for the treacherous. [8:58]" while on the scree various tracks played with clips of the President showing his charismatic nature such as visiting farmers, other clips showed his masculinity such as him emptying a clip of an AK firing it in the air, another clip showed he was religiously devoted visiting Mecca and so on. As the music continued to be played clips were shown of Freilibre's and Turkey's army , the missile strikes on the capital and other parts of the country and Kurdish rebels. Then at the end a speech of the President was shown from Qatar,

"We will cleanse the nation of the traitors, it is what God commands us to do collectively. We will be valiant and steadfast in front of the invaders and we will repel them and make them regret their actions, Khataiy will be the graveyard of the invaders. This is our second great revolution, the long needed purge of the degenerates, ungrateful, and corrupt when we emerge victorious the world will know a new power and know that the Arab nations will not be easily intimidated and bullied and we will remain with swords in our hands as our brave knights step fourth with love of God and Country in their hearts defending their people and homes, we will be economically independent and powerful and they can't stand this, but rejoice God is on our side!"

Celebrations continued throughout the night in the capital the environment was very festive in light of the conflict.

We are glad the Government of Freilibre is open to negotiation and discussing this matter in person, we hope there are beneficial outcomes for the people of Khataiy and a peaceful resolution to the crisis, however force will be used if we deem it necessary.

Yesterday, one of our V-22 Ospreys had been shot down by enemy technicals on the ground. It was tragic and it had fallen into a very dangerous area. Unbeknownst to the public, our government had been planning a rescue mission that would result in the rescuing of the Ospreys crew. The Huntpublican Government used a secret special force that we know very little about. They are the Airforce Airborne Rescue Team 1(AART1). The government claims that they have operated in missions that we don't know about, or ever will. Regardless, the AART1 was able to successfully rescue all of the crew members. Though, unfortunately, three of them had passed because of the initial crash itself.

We mourn the losses of Husbands, fathers, brothers, uncles, and friends. Though many have died, many have lived. And Huntpublic, as a nation, is grateful for the surviving members.

When they finally finished talking, Kristen retired without saying a word, obviously she distrusted them and would notify the other leaders of the HPAG, in part, Kristen felt sorry for the PCC Janice Velazquez, since she did not appear to be a bad person, but with her actions it was difficult to trust her, she has communicated with Jacob and Gabe by radio, all had agreed to meet at the laboratory exit. they knew that there were people nearby, but that would not be a problem, since the Nyevzkyan agents began to speak in Ukrainian, they were sure that nobody there could understand their words.

PCC Janice Velazquez goes to scream but Dr. Hyder Mus'ad shoots her in the stomach looking at her while standing over her and Ashura Companies Fighter Shakir Abdul-Aziz came walking up with the box of research which Dr. Hyder Mus'ad puts into a backpack and goes to shoot Ms. Velazquez one last time to kill her but JACT Guard Commander Shukri Qamar came running over with his weapon drawn shouting at both of them to halt when Ashura Companies Figther Shakir Abdul-Aziz opened fire on him causing him to take cover and allowing both Dr. Mus'ad and Shakir to escape in an unarmored JACT jeep towards an Ashura Companies controlled area. JACT Guard Commander Shukri Qamar ordered four JACT Guards to go after them while he checked on PCC Velazquez and get her to the critical care building by carrying her there.

Shit I should have been with her if I had gotten to our meeting earlier I could have stopped her from being shot.

Commander Qamar looks at the two JACT guards that were supposed to be guarding her and asked them where they were, to which they replied that she told them that she wanted them to take a break and get some sleep. That angered Cammander Qamar...

MISTAKES GET PEOPLE KILLED AND I DON'T DO MISTAKES, NOW GET OUT OF HERE BEFORE I LOSE MY COOL!!

After Commander Shukri Qamar stopped yelling at them both of the JACT Guards left the critical care building to go check on Dr. Yeser in the holding cells, but when they got there they found him badly injured so they radioed for medical support in the holding cells some EMTs came and started to treat Dr. Yeser. The EMTs stabilized him enough to transport him to the critical care building, while the two JACT Guards investigated the area first by checking the cameras.

A doctor comes out and informs Commander Shukri Qamar that PCC Janice Velazquez was going to be fine, but she would have to remain in the critical care building for the duration so she could be monitored.

Commander Shukri Qamar then gets on the radio asking for an update on if they caught up with them yet, but the reply he gets is that the JACT Guards that were chasing them had lost them so Commander Shukri Qamar ordered them to return to the FOB. After which he gets on the FOB PA system and announces PCC Velazquez's condition and that the Medical FOB would be on alert level Vega which means that all persons on the base would have to have their ID's visible at all times in all areas, anyone who didn't have a visible ID would be stopped and questioned. After the announcement all JACT Guards and Medical Personnel then pinned their ID's to their coats or guard uniforms the JCE Guards and Workers followed suit. Commander Shukri Qamar also pinned his ID to his uniform.

The Four JACT Guards that were chasing Ashura Companies Figther Shakir Abdul-Aziz and Dr. Hyder Mus'ad had returned and informed Commander Qamar that they both made it into the Suwadiya outskirts.

After the four guards went back to their posts Commander Qamar then made a call to JACT Director Jeanette Williams to explain the situation to her and that it would be best for them to ask the HPAG Soldiers to go after Shakir Abdul-Aziz and Dr. Hyder Mus'ad as JACT Guards weren't trained for that kind of operation. Director Jeanette Williams denied his request, but Commander Qamar knew that if they get the research back then a lot of people could die if the Ashura Companies ever used the bioweapon so he made a choice to ask them personally to get the information and Dr. Mus'ad.

Commander Qamar walked over to where the HPAG leaders were sitting and asked if he could have a word with them privately he also explained to them that JACT regulation 23 gave him the authority to ask for help if he deemed it necessary.

After the order had been given, the fleet moved twords the beach. Half a mile out was the closest they could get (darn RoE), and the closest they wanted to get. As the ships dropped anchor once more, nine Panther HTT-21's lifted off from various ships, each carrying 15 of the 135 NSOD fighters assigned to the area. Each would head to a different location, but most would go to KDF controlled areas to solidify the groups hold. But some, some would be dropped off close to shore and go ashore under the cover of darkness to plant bombs in cities and promote insurrection. If they were captured by enemy forces, they were ordered to either take the cyanide capsules they were issued, or shoot themselves in the head with their sidearm.

A large, blinding flash of light came out of one of the silos on one of Artheria's many artificial islands in the Atlantic. And so did an 80 thousand pound hunk of steel carrying a three warheads, each of which contained a bunker busting bomb, one of which was aimed at the Capitol building of Khataiy. The other two would fly aimlessly into random buildings in the capitol city, hopefully scaring the civilians.

As the missiles began to hit the city's emergancy alarms went off with civilians going into basements and soldiers helped guide people, the explosions were bright illuminating the city as they blew up. The explosions shook the city with windows vibrating and car alarms going off, televisions across the nation were interrupted to the Government's channel showing in big letters on the screen "URGENT WAR NEWS" while scenes of the explosions went off with the ticker on the bottom reading "Imperialist terrorist forces are doing this to your nation seek shelter and remain resiliant!" while this played in the background then the station showed clips of the Army encountering Ashura Companies, stock footage of the President, and footage of various locations in the country such as the Grand Mosque, large flagpole, mountains etc.

As the equipment and reinforcements came the Syrian Rebels were no longer encircled, they were able to resume the offensive with Inghimasi shock troops spearheading it by attacking a village near by causing some KDF fighter to withdraw to ward off the attack there, as a portion of KDF left HTS fighters began moving on the postions left while the FSA and Ahrar al Sham covered their flanks on the left and right, in the village where HTS sent the Inghimasis as KDF arrived they were ready to fight to the bitter end with one detonating his explosive belt after 15 minuets running to a KDF technical while the others fired RPGs and LMGs such as PKMs, HTS used drones to record the battle showing the entire area how they along with the other rebels attacked KDF and how the Inghimasi fighters fought intense close quarter combat, while GoPros showed a first person view of them shooting and moving with a Nasheed playing in the background after the video was edited and uploaded online.

After the HTS advance the FSA launched their own offensive towards the Northwest supported by Ahrar al-Sham, the FSA though working with HTS were affraid of it getting too powerful and doing what ISIS did in 2014 and capturing their positions after defeating KDF, Ahrar al-Sham too felt weary of HTS in spite of their long alliance, however recent clashes and events though somewhat resolved made them very sucipcious. The FSA since the early days of the civil war back in Syria always worked with al-Qaeda including ISIS when it was part of it but never truly trusted them, and knew that though they were effective fighters, that with their service came a price being allied with al-Qaeda which made them a target and gave people a reason not to like them and fight them.

While Inghamasi shock troops fought until running out of ammo and progressivly started blowing themselves up HTS' main fighters and Ansar al-Haqq arrived to relieve the surviors taking 2 KDF fighters prisoner, the FSA in another village used intel obtained by Turkey and Saudi Arabia to map out the area and use counter-guerilla tactics. In the village the FSA captured they found tunnels where KDF fighters hid as well as ammo, guns, and a mortar they also captured 1 technical while HTS captured a few guns donated by sympathetic countries.

As Turkish and Freilibrean forces invaded in the Northwest near Kurk Murzban other border locations with Turkey still under Government control were reinforced with more soldiers and police. The borders were sealed and a process of fortification was underway, Government forces put up sand bags, Hesco style barriers, barbed wire, while machine guns like DShKs were put up along with Konkurs and SPG-9s incase any vehciles came or snipers fired from buildings in the Turkish side. A few miles back near the border trenches were being dugout with tracktors with the dirt being put in dump trucks be used for fortifications, villages close to the border were evacuated to a government base where a shelter was set up. Anti-Tank mines were places in certain areas and along the border fence and other locations that could be seen from Turkey, several of Khataiy's flags were raised as well as Baath Party flags (same as Palestine's flag), as well as large billboards saying "Khataiy is Arab!", "Your war is a war against God and his people!", and a quote from Khairallah "The Ottomans fell, because they oppressed the Arabs." The signs were written in Turkish, Arabic, English and German. The government reviewed the North Korean-South Korean DMZ as a good example of long term defenses as well as good examples of the power of psychological warfare.

After all the airstrikes against Khataiy's government this made Waseem's forces uncomofrtable as it ruined their public opinion making them look like they requested the airstrikes and missile attacks and that theybwere proxies of foreign forces, this caused some mistrust from locals while some actually welcomed it as they wanted a truly democratic future for the country.

We are Liwa Jabhat al-Ahrar (Free Men's Front Brigade) we are soldiers of the National Coalition for Khataiy and we represent the legitmate President General Farid Waseem. We demand the Syrian terrorist forces to leave our country and if we encounter Qutbist, Wahhabi, Zionist terrorist forces from Syria like Daesh, Hatesh (HTS), or the so called Free Syrian Army along with the Ansar al-Haqq terrorists we will fight them, Khataiy is a united, free, secular nation free from radicalism be it Sunni or Shiite. We also demand that KDF swears complete alligance to the National Coalition we are allies in a common cause for a common people and if you join us we will bring victory together. We also demand that foreign imperialist forces end the bombing campaigns on our people our war is with Khairallah not with our brothers and sisters, we demand an end to the murders! We also warn Turkey and Freilibre our Resistance forces will not tolerate foreign occupation and violation of our soverignty if your forces come closer to Kurk Murzban or advance further we will take serious action for our country!"

In Kurk Murzban a parade was held with technicals and pro-Waseem soldiers marching the flags of the National Coalition, SSNP, and other banners covered the streets while large portraits of General Waseem were carried by the soldiers. After the parade NC fighters met up with Yassin's forces at the base outside the city and were planning to attack Turkish and Freilibrean soldiers and take that area before the Government did, at the base Yassin had another conversation with Khalid about the upcomming operation.

"Khalid come with us think of all the glory we'll share in this."

Khalid replied,
"No you are already guests here at this base, Im not joining your rebellion too, I told you Yassin this is the most cooperation you're getting this is still Arab State of Khataiy territory, Waseem's territory may surround us but that's a problem for a different day."

Yassin was silent for a moment then reasoned with him,
"Khalid this would benefit both of us Waseem and Khairallah may fight but we don't, just think about it maybe they'll realize we're all on the same side here."

Khalid felt kind of bad,
"Okay Yassin, I'll give you artillery support but that's it."

Yassin was happy and said,
"Thank you Khalid you have no idea how much you're helping this country."

After Khalid and Yassin talked, Yassin's men from the NC began to move to the "new border" area with technicals, BMPs, their T-55, numerous trucks, as well as their men several miles away a command center was set up with tents and communications to Kurk Murzban's base where Yassin could coordinate support from Khalid's loyalist forces, Yassin talked to Khalid on the radio after arriving, "Okay get ready with the Howitzers," then he gave the coordinates, while a drone was used to survey the area, the drone pilot had his phone attached to the controller and it showed what the drone saw, the operator said to Yassin "There's a lot there, they got some heavy equipment with them." Yassin nodded then walked back over to the radio to contact Khalid, "Okay you have the coordinates, we got some new ones, we're going to fire some rockets to shake themup a bit, then I'm going to ask you to fire the big guns." Khalid replied "Sounds like a plan." Soon after Khalid exited to the base's communication room to the administration building, he walked into an office that had a desk with a phone with direct contact to the Defense Minister's personal cellphone.

The Defense Minister fled the country to Qatar with the President and other government officals, he was sitting in his highrise apartment suite, he was watching professional football when his phone started vibrating in his pocket and he answered,

"Who's calling from Kurk Murzban?"

Khalid on the other line said,
"This is Lt. Khalid Fawaz, Khataiy Free Arab Army, calling from the Kurk Murzban Military complex."

The defense minister was relieved but also confused,
"What happened there, I thought we lost the base, we still control it?"

Khalid replied,
"Waseem's forces came in and made somewhat of a deal with us, it was like being held hostage but now they're attacking the Turks and Freilibreans and they're having us provide artillery support."

The defense minister wasn't sure what to make of what he was hearing and asked,
"So you shared the base, and now they're attacking the Turks, they trust you?"

Khalid said,
"Yes they trust us I know their commander..."

The defense minister was happy,
"Good support them let them fight our battles for us and when the time comes we're going to take it all back, good work you're a hero."

After the call Khalid went back to the communications room and picked up the radio, "Khalid where were you? We need you to strike now!" Khalid replied "You got it" he ordered the strikes, the rockets fired and soon after artillery blew up sending dirt and soil in the air while technicals from the NC fired on The Turkish and Freilibrean soldiers.

On board the USS Warrior's runway

In response to the KDF's battle with the HTS and FSA forces, Huntpublic has decided to put even more relief to the KDF forces. The Air Dominance Force will be sending three A-10 Thunderbolts to provide support. Along with an F-15 escorting a V-22 Osprey, which will drop ammunition and weapons to the KDF.

The three 'warthogs' split off, heading towards their destination. Once over the area, the beautiful sound of the Brrrrrt from the planes could be heard. Well, not so much for the people on the other end of the gun.

While the A-10 Thunderbolt II's were engaged in the close-air support, higher above the V-22 Osprey was dropping supplies over the KDF-occupied area.

JACT Underguard Taha Mansoor and the JACT convoy were traveling along and everything seemed quiet, but that changed when the lead convoy car hit an IED and flipped causing the convoy to stop with all of the JACT Guards getting out and rushing to the lead car to get the men out of it the JACT Follow car being armored protected them. The lead Follow car was totaled so they had to blow it up the rest of the way the seven JNA Marines also took up positions of defense looking for any enemy forces that may be coming. When just over the hill some fighters came running towards the convoy firing their weapons so the JACT Guards returned fire along with the JNA Marines.

The one of the JACT Guards noticed that one of the fighters was carrying a flag which was that of the Ashura Companies so they kept firing but there were too many so one of the JNA Marines decided to use the MG that they had in the back of the JACT Ambulance they were using to transport the weapons back to the JACT Medical FOB. The JNA Marines set it loaded it opened fire on the fighters coming over the hill one of the fighters with a sniper rifle had hit JACT Underguard Taha Mansoor which made one of the EMTs run over to him it was then a JACT guard Marshal Asra Abbas grabbed the radio and radioed back to the Medical FOB that they were under heavy fire and then ordered everyone to load back up and speed out of there and back to the FOB as fast as possible.

Many of the JACT Guards kept firing and until the Ashura Companies fighters began to retreat, but once all of the gunfire stopped they looked around as the EMTs were loading Underguard Taha Mansoor then they looked at the Totaled JACT Guard Follow car and wondered how they could blow it up then a JNA Marine handed them two RPG rounds and said use these so carefully they rigged up the two RPG rounds like a bomb and placed it inside the flipped car after grabbing any paperwork that was in the car after which they set off their own IED to destroy the car as much as possible before speeding off to the Medical FOB.

Commander Shukri Qamar had gotten the news of the convoy attack and wasn't pleased that there were more wounded coming into the medical FOB that weren't civilians but JACT Guards. It really hit him hard that Underguard Taha Mansoor was wounded as he looked at him like a son. Just then the JACT Convoy had arrived and the JACT Ambulance carrying Underguard Taha Mansoor sped straight to the critical care building where they rushed him inside, but it was too late as he was pronounced DOA(dead on arrival). The news had gotten to Commander Qamar and in front of the HPAG Leaders he kicked an empty bucket sending it flying towards the helipads before landing close to them.

The other two wounded JACT Guards would have to be sent back to Jurestist for treatment which didn't put Commander Qamar at ease at all.

The Entire Parlament was debating about entering in the Khataiy Civil War,many of the people in the two cameras were debating that an intervention there was worth of it and since the Goverment was supporting the rebels in the neigboring nation of Syria many thinked that nothing will be won there and the heavier debate was happening in the upper camera and the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs were present there since they were the main pusher's of the proposal.

"An intervention there Prime Minister will be just an stupid idea,enter in an war that has no end it's stupid" An Royal Represent for the Conservative Party yelled in his microphone.

"We know very well the risks of enter in an war that can bring us problems in the future people,but we must remember very well that there is people there that needs help" Says the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ikezawa Sayuri very calm about the situation.

"With all respects Minister Sayuri what can make us change of opinion in this issue because if we look very well almost none of the people present here is supporting that" Responded an Royal Represent for the Mervay Social Democrat Party.

"Maybe none of the people present will support the entrance of the Kingdom in the Civil War in side of any faction but our mission will be of Peacekeeping and Humanitarian Aid,our troops there will be an group of 135 soldiers that will drive in an convoy through the nation in help of the people as the Air Force and the Navy follow that too" Says the Prime Minister Edward Vianna very calm and sure that with the why of send an force there solved many of the members here in the Royal Camara will support the idea.

After more hours of debate,the camara approved the project with an vote of 170 in favor and 130 against it. In the low Camara the project was approved before pass to the Royal Camara and in an hour the troops and forces being sent to Khataiy were being called to be transported and an document was open to kingdom people to see what it was being sended to the Middle eastern nation in the press this was called the largest peacekeeping mission sended in the history of the Mervay Royal Force

The Kahlan Amnell moved gracefully through the dark-green waters of the East Mediterranean, the ship's entire body painted white like a bridal dress. Around her – dozens of miles away, in fact, barely visible on the horizon – the other fleet vessels went, like bodyguards escorting a noblewoman to her wedding. Even now, the Kahlan Amnell scanned the radio waves for terrorist communications, while Allanean reconnaissance drones sped through the skies.

Soon, members of HTS and the Ashura Battalions would begin feeling unwell – some were beginning to vomit sometimes after a battle, others would have their hands trembling. A few days – some would begin hallucinating, and it might be seen as the result of the lack of sleep that is inherent in war. Taking more of the drugs that the Old Man had sent them seemed to mitigate the ill-feeling for a while – but then the effects only got worse. Some went mad, clawing at themselves or screaming in terror. Yet others went to sleep and never woke.

The truth was simple indeed.

The Old Man was a front – the most suspicious social media posters were right. In this case, he was a front for a poisons laboratory under the Organization for Armed Shenanigans. After the first shipment of drugs had turned out to be pure, the Organization added methylmercury to each pill. Every one of the hundreds of terrorist fighter that had taken the drug to keep himself awake or to make himself more confident in the battles he fought against so-called 'infidels' was also taking a dose of the poison.

Of could, it would not kill on the first dose, nor on the second, nor on the third. Indeed, even after the effects were felt, when one took the drug, captagon masked the effects of the poison -creating the illusion that the fighter was feeling somewhat better. This meant he would take more of the poison, and it meant that there would be more time for his comrades to take more of it, for more combatants to be exposed.

Eventually, of course, the ploy had to be uncovered.

In the meanwhile, another one of the Old Man's tricks began to make itself felt.

One out of every thousand rifle cartridges the agents had sent was flawed – just enough that it would be hard to discover that by simply firing off a magazine or two. But one in a thousand cartridges was loaded with a far more potent gunpowder than that meant for the terrorists' AKs. When it was fired, it would blow up the gun in the fighter's hands, with spectacular results. It would probably not kill – at least not always – but it was quite possible to lose a few fingers or get a few pieces of shrapnel in the face or even in an eye.

And still this would not be everything.
