On the second of May of the year two thousand and eighteen of our Lord, His Excellency Roode Mann, in his capacity as President of Galatea, has signed the Galatean Housing Authority Act into law. The President has directed that the text of the law be printed without delay in the Galatea Gazette and be registered as Public Law 2018-05 within the civil codes of Galatea.

As provided for by its text, the Galatean Housing Authority Act shall come into force throughout Galatea in thirty days.

The bill says nothing about a randomness factor one way or another. A randomness factor is what we had discussed prior, but considering it's not in the bill, it won't be in the final process either.

Seeing as the Food Waste Reduction Act has failed in the House of Tribunes, the President has seen it fit to take no action on it. The Office of the President notes for the record that the bill is a money bill and, having never received a recommendation, would have been null and void even if it had proceeded from the House of Tribunes.
