Surviving orbital reentry would mean he hit the Earth at the terminal velocity for a person. There are actually calculations for the durability needed to survive that (shockingly), and it's a lot lower than you'd think. Generally averages around Wall Level+, but can be as high as Small Building Level.

Wouldn't be too surprised if small arms in the Halo Verse were ~Small Building Level (given that modern small arms can range between Street to Room Level already), though I'd have to read up on that, as I'm not an avid Halo player.

Given that his AP is Small Building, him punching a tank is also roughly a Small Building Level feat, which as SS would scale to his Durability, making that Small Building Level as well. So everything would match up there.

Looks fine. Before we accept however, I'd like the stats to comply with the vsbattleswiki stats (speed is the mosy confusing one). Use them instead.

As for the skills, please clarify them, and how they work and such. Even a blurb of fluff would do. Anesthetic Touch for example, could use some clarifying on how strong the anesthesia is, how long it takes vefore the anesthesia begins working, etc.

This is especially critical for Immortality and "the Disease". We'd also like you to put some info on how strong and such the zombies made from tbe surgery are.

Also, Apto, by "speed" I think Slender means 049 can move faster than the eye can see, while 049-2 can move at regular human speeds.

It literally says Subsonic (Faster than the Eye) on the wiki, just left out subsonic because in reality, anything below sonic or supersonic like speeds is subsonic. As for the disease, the 049 story may have been updated and overhauled but there's still next to nothing about what the disease is.
