(Draft) Liberate Region Of Islam

Postby Likar » Mon May 07, 2018 7:06 pm

I want to discuss this proposal: Liberate Region Of Islam

Observing that the region had over 40 nations in its youth.

Arguing that the region had been a growing region, only to be destroyed by raiders.

Noting that the region, even though with many nations moving to the newer United Empire of Islam, has historical importance.

Further noting that the raiders, Christadelphia, has raided over 26 regions, most of which had many nations.

Hereby liberates Region of Islam

It has an active founder that more than likely won't CTE any time soon. This isn't needed, so I'm against.

Echoing what Lenly said above. There's nothing that can be done right now.

If we're going by the population graph, and the fact that this region has never had a WA Delegate, it's safe to say that this is a founder-imposed password that the SC can (by game mechanics) never remove. Not to mention that RoI's population once reached the heady heights of four members, never to do so again, and you have a Badge HuntTM on your hands.

Drop this proposal. Now.

I don't think it's fair to accuse Likar of badge hunting. It really just seems more like they're new and don't know the nuances of the game mechanics when it comes to these things. Don't be so quick to draw conclusions.

I wouldn't be opposed to this proposal, and would vote in favor of it as a resolution. I also feel, though, that a better resolution would be to condemn Christadelphia.

Tinhampton, your post is a little rude and over the top. This seems more like a new person to the SC trying to do something good rather than a badge hunter.

This comment has no relevance to the debate at hand and is borderline trolling to boot. RL Islam isn't really a consideration of the SC. If you want to debate the merits of Islam in Western society take it to General. Regardless before posting again I suggest you look over the site rules.
